During this 2.5-hour workshop you’ll learn how to temper chocolate and, from it, craft 2 types of Belgian chocolates. Pralines: The most famous Belgian chocolate, consisting of a delicate chocolate shell with a creamy filing. You’ll learn how to make both the shell and the filling from scratch! Mendiants: Chocolate discs studded with dried fruits. Crispy and delicious! You’ll make at least 30 chocolates, which you can either eat on the spot or take home to family and friends. With our easy technique and chocolate theory, you’ll be able to make your own chocolates once you return home! NOTE: we take up to 20 participants per workshop due to the popularity of this activity, you work at 2 or 3 participants per chocolate machine . The tour is fully wheelchair and stroller accessible but do keep in mind that Bruges mainly has coble stone streets. This is a Free Walking Tour, which means you only pay a small online booking fee up front. At the end of the tour you can decide for yourself how much the experience is worth to you.

You will join me in my workshop in the heart of Old Bruges and learn to handmake your own sterling silver ring. During our time you will have hands on experience of forging, shaping and finishing your own silver ring. First you will choose which finger you would like the ring for, measure your silver and cut to size using a handsaw. Next you will choose from a wide selection of hand stamps to add a custom message onto the inside of the ring. This could be a name, date or your favourite beer! You will learn how to hammer the silver into a ring shape using mallets and a triblet. I will then heat and solder your ring while explaining the process of heating and joining silver together. Next I will show you how to add textures and markings to your ring. This is your unique ring and your time to really show your creative side! The last step will be to choose the finish and polish; this could be highly polished to add some sparkle, a satin finish or even a rough forged look to your ring. Finally you will have your own silver ring to keep, handmade by you in the Heart of Old Bruges, a fabulous and unique way to remember your trip to our magical city. Other things to note No previous experience of jewellery tools or working with silver is needed to enjoy the workshop and make a ring. We will use 925 sterling silver for your ring. We have a safe place to store luggage

Bruges has a well-preserved medieval centre. It's lovely to discover the beauty of the historic core. The tour consists of a guided walk and a boat trip. Discover beautiful places such as the Gothic Town Hall, a hidden courtyard with wooden houses and the magnificent city palace with its slender towers. A visit to Bruges is not complete without a boat trip on the canals. For half an hour, the captain will take you on a tour of some amazing spots. This give you the possibility to discover the wonders of Bruges from a completely different angle. From the boat, you can admire secret gardens, authentic views and romantic corners. Don't miss the unique beauty of this city listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The guide will give you advice on bars or the well-hidden gems that challenge you to stray off the beaten track. We'll surprise you! After two hours you will have plenty of ideas to enjoy your time in Bruges in a great way.

Would you like to explore the most beautiful city in Flanders under the moonlight? Let yourself be captivated by its charm on this night tour of Bruges, which includes a beer and chocolate tasting. The most typical products of Belgium! At the designated time, we will gather in the picturesque Jan van Eyckplein square to begin this nighttime walking tour of Bruges. After a brief introduction, we'll start strolling under the moonlight through this beautiful Flemish city of canals, considered one of the most beautiful in Belgium. It's like something out of a fairy tale! Our first stop will be the central Grote Markt, where we'll admire the illumination of the Belfry bell tower and the famous guild houses. Next, we'll head to De Burg square to see the facade of the Bruges City Hall and visit the interior of the Basilica of the Holy Blood. According to tradition, this temple safeguards a revered relic of Christ's blood, collected by Joseph of Arimathea and brought to Flanders in the 12th century. We'll continue the tour by visiting several bars and pubs in the historic center of Bruges. In total, we'll enjoy a tasting of 3 Belgian beers.
