I highly recommend Lyndall’s home for your stay. We came from the US for my son’s wedding. The location was excellent just a few steps off Lygon to restaurants and tram stop in one direction and around corner to park and fabulous coffee shop with both savory and sweet bakery options that we visited daily during our stay. The main House has everything that you need, kitchen with large table for dining and all amenities for cooking. All beds very comfortable and baths and showers wonderful. Washer dryer was so nice! We rented the main house as well as guest suite in back which was perfect for us as we were 3 adults and 2 children. The guest suite was very comfortable with queen bed private bath. And was a wonderful place to retreat in the evening . The back yard space has a large table which we used everyday! Lyndall was an exceptional host from my first communication. We arrived to breakfast food in fridge, toys and books for our kiddo’s. She made us feel welcome, love to come back!

This was a perfect base for our extended family holiday. Comfortably slept 8 of us. Well equipped. Jarrod provided great instructions. Close to train station which made trips to city a breeze

We had a fantastic stay! The location is excellent, the house was spotless, and Tara and Claire were incredibly responsive and accommodating hosts. We especially appreciated the pet-friendly aspect, as we were travelling with our two dogs, and the courtyard was perfect for them. It’s worth noting, as mentioned in the listing, that the house is their family home, which is reflected in the children’s bedrooms and some personal items throughout. This didn’t affect our stay at all, but it’s good to keep in mind. Thank you for hosting us!

Really lovely house in a great location. House is very spacious and comfortable with good quality kitchenware, sheets, towels etc, aircon in every room, gas cooktop, and even a bath; and super easy walking distance to Woolworths, Aldi, Chemist warehouse and loads of restaurants. The only problem (apart from one with the keys which was resolved in the first couple of days) was a strange loud intermittent noise coming from one of the aircon units; but this was unexpected and completely outside Penny's control and she was very responsive and did everything she could to try to get it resolved, despite being away on a retreat. Would definitely stay here again as long as that problem was resolved.

Bright and cozy, with a fantastic location. Functional amenities and cool rooftop garden - this was a great place to stay in Melbourne. The kids enjoyed the local park and we enjoyed the local wine bar.

Lovely house with a comfortable bedroom and living room. Walk in shower with plenty of hot water. Two amazing bakeries within a block or or two and several wonderful restaurants within a few blocks. Easy walk to Vic Market and subway. Loved my time at Helen’s and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Nina and Brian's apartment. The location was excellent—close to restaurants, a supermarket, and public transport, with the city center within walking distance. Nina and Brian are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed chatting with them about our travels, and they kindly shared recommendations for destinations they had personally enjoyed. Since we visited during Christmas, they even surprised us with a thoughtful gift and a card, which was such a sweet gesture. They are exceptionally helpful and respond very quickly to messages. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone seeking comfort, safety, and a convenient location near the city center while still enjoying the peace of a quiet neighborhood.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was fantastic—conveniently close to both the tram and metro stations, and within walking distance of numerous restaurants and parks. The rooftop was a highlight, offering stunning views of the city, especially during the New Year festivities. Kim was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful with any questions we had about the property. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Great place in the heart of Collingwood with many restaurants, cafes, pubs and eclectic shops on the doorstep.

A great spot in the heart of Carlton! It was so useful having a tram stop right outside the house and while it was on a main road, it was lovely and quiet. All amenities were clean and easy to use, making our stay super relaxing. We stayed during 35 degree heat so having the aircon upstairs was also amazing. The hosts were very friendly and receptive and we would definitely stay here in the future!

If you need a place in South Melbourne, look no further! Incredible host, beautiful house and the beds are AMAZING! So comfy, I didn’t want to leave! A nice quiet street but also close to the hustle and bustle of South Melbourne. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Lovely place , easy to find location , short walk to south Melbourne markets , which are worth a visit if you don’t mind the crowds , great little coffee shop / cafe on the corner ( very close ) . Madeline was very kind with special request . All over great stay at Madeline’s place , would definitely stay again .

This lovely new home has quality appliances and everything you need for a short or long stay. The kitchen is well appointed so great for preparing your own meals. The beds are super comfy and with both rooms having their own bathrooms it’s perfect for sharing with family or friends. Laura is a attentive host, reacting quickly to questions and requests. Having Yarraville train station 10 mins walk was great for trips to the city so the car stayed parked at the unit for the duration of our stay. Thank you I’m sure we’ll be back in footy season.

Suvechas house in St Kilda was very well placed, described in the App, easy to find and check in and a great long term stay for a family of five. Good beds, fully equipped kitchen, good AC for very warm days, and large bathrooms. She proactively brought us Christmas decorations and a Christmas tree and checked in on our wellbeing several times during our six weeks stay. Warmly recommend for families!

We drove from Canberra to Melbourne for a 3 night stay for an appointment. Accommodation had to be proximal to the appointment location, be neat and tidy, comfortable (especially during the Melbourne heatwave) and clean. After considerable searching and much disappointment with most of the places on offer we were thrilled to find this exceptional gem! It was everything we needed as well as being quiet, private and with the car secured safely in the garage which has internal access to the house. Additionally, after making the original booking, Andrea was able to accommodate a last minute extension to our stay which was really appreciated. This was our first time using Airbnb, and we were very fortunate to find a great place like Andrea's. Andrea was the perfect host and very responsive to any questions asked. We have told family and friends about this wonderful place and will definitely be booking here (pending its availability) for future Melbourne stays. Thank you so much Andrea!

So grateful to Ryan, he rescued us from a situation where we had to leave our previous accommodation without notice. Itt was refreshing to arrive and find everything working as it should.
