John and Steph are a hard-working couple doing their best to provide an exceptional stay for everyone! We were not disappointed and The Tower is steeped in history! We stayed in the front tower room, which was grandiose with enormously tall ceilings and with a lot of character. The breakfasts were amazing too! All in all we really enjoyed our stay and our visits out to the Welsh countryside… Thanks very much for looking after us so well 😊

A lovely comfortable room, super clean and everything I needed for a nights stay. Superb breakfast available for £10. Lots of selection and beautifully cooked. Definitely recommend. The only thing I can think of that could be improved is a new telly but that’s minor detail as everything else was great

We stayed for 3 nights with our 2 girls and the place was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and visiting friends nearby! Clean, Cosy and Comfy. Feeding the lambs was a real bonus, thankyou for that Rachel, made the girls weekend!! Would highly recommend!!

Lovely friendly host. The house was exacally as described with a delightful garden to sit in. The area was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was very good - excellent homemade vegetarian sausage for me and good quality meat sausage for my husband :) Thank you Felicia

We loved all the little touches like a mini fridge a coffee machine with pods, kitkats, toiletries in the bathroom and a guide to hilbre Island. the bed was super comfy and looked beautiful. We loved the chickens and Syd! Also only a 2 minute walk to all the pubs bars and restaurants. It was really nice we would definitely stay again!

Wow what a find this place is. Its stunning. The house is amazing, like being in a time capsule. The furnishings and fittings are amazing. Llinos is lovely. So friendly. As are the numerous cats and the pointer dog! The room we stayed in was HUGE with a conservatory addition and a private bathroom down a step into a corridor. Towels provided. The bed was EXTRA comfortable. Tea and coffee with a kettle probided and a fridge with milk and water. Tv available too. Wifi also. The breakfast was lovely with homemade marmalade too to finish off the homemade bread toast left from the full welsh. Yoghurt and fresh orange and a pot of tea and coffee provided. My hubby and i left fully relaxed and stuffed with food ! We will be back definitely. Many thanks to the hosts for an amazing stay. Tracy and steve.

Ann was such a great host welcoming.The Manor house was amazing. Such attention to detail, beautiful views, super clean and a gorgeous breakfast all made to order. I would totally recommend Anna place for a unique and comfortable stay.

We had a lovely stay at Julianne & Neil’s place. Their house is in a very quiet neighbourhood and we were given clear instructions to arrive at their place. The house is decorated tastefully. We had exclusive use of the breakfast parlour which overlooks a pretty garden & had everything provided for a filling breakfast and Julianne kindly invited us to help ourselves to hot beverages any time we liked. Both the bedroom and the breakfast parlour are very bright, airy & cozy. We loved the bedroom with its book-lined wall that held very interesting and popular titles. The bathroom too is quite spacious and holds many thoughtful touches. The highlight for us was that we could pay & charge our electric car at the house. Overall, our 2-day stay was very comfortable at Julianne and Neil’s and they have been very friendly & welcoming hosts. We would highly recommend to those looking to stay in the area. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we are in the area. Its a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ b

Pat and her partner were so lovely and kind. They were very welcoming and we felt safe and secure staying in their house.

We stayed in the Forge which is a lovely stone annexe to the main house, luxuriously appointed and very comfortable. We were visiting our daughter at Edge Hill uni and this was the perfect base. Janet was also very helpful in helping us get various things sorted out for our daughter, going way beyond to assist. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of tasty, wholesome options. We will stay here again, and look forward to our next visit.

It would be an injustice to Oscar if I didn’t comment with such sincerity, when stating that there are far too many superlatives to list on here about the studio. 5 stars throughout encapsulates my experience! Oscar was generous in so many ways and deserves to receive continued success with his Airbnb offering. Having returned home and told my husband about my experience (he wasn’t able to join me on this occasion) he’s admitted he’s jealous! I’m therefore now in the process of arranging a date to return with him. Thank you for everything Oscar.

Very welcoming, comfortable and well equipped. Plus the host even supplied bread and milk which was very much appreciated.
