Go back in time and ride a penny farthing bike on the streets of Westminster in central London. Since the late 19th century, Londoners have had a continued love affair with the high wheel bicycle, officially named the Penny Farthing bike for their wheels’ resemblance to the British penny and farthing coins. • We'll meet at the culturally significant London Scottish House in Westminster and we'll introduce you to the bike and provide you with your safety equipment. • Then we'll head out onto the streets where you will learn to safely mount, ride, and dismount. • After a short coffee break, we’ll head out on a leisurely guided journey around the Westminster area, past many iconic locations such as the Palace of Westminster, the gardens of 10 Downing Street and Buckingham Palace. After a short photo stop, we’ll roll on back to London Scottish House and return to the present day. PLEASE NOTE, this is a physically demanding experience and is recommended for intermediate to advanced adult bike riders at least 5 feet and 3 inches (160 centimeters) tall and under 220 pounds (100 kilograms). Although we take all the safety precautions we can and do our best to create a fun, secure environment for guests, there is risk of injury maneuvering a penny farthing bike and you will be participating at your own risk.

My Oxford University and City walking tour is the best way to visit Oxford: an unforgettable 90-minutes in the world’s greatest university - led by a recent graduate of the University of Oxford (BA Philosophy and Theology, 2020-2023). Starting at St Michael at the Northgate Church, we'll head to Trinity College so you can see inside for yourself. We'll then visit all the most important sites in Oxford; taking in the Bridge of Sighs, Bodleian Library, Radcliffe Camera, Divinity School, All Souls College, the University Church, Examination Schools, Merton College, Christ Church, and finish at Christ Church Meadow. On this tour, you’ll discover a thousand years of history and tradition, learn from first-hand experience what it’s like to be an Oxford University Student, and visit some of the most incredible architecture in the world. I keep my tour groups small and personal – there’ll never be more than 12 people – meaning you’ll be able to ask all the questions you want.
