Monica was the best host I've met. The communicaton with her was very easy, her response time is super quick. The instructions to go in to home is very clear and she is supporting the instructions with videos. Her place is exactly as it seems on the photos and maybe even more beautiful. The view from the balcony and the terrace is mesmerizing. Neighbourhood was very calm and quiet but it might be because it was off season when I stayed there. Although the neighbourhood is calm, the markets and closest shopping centers are only within 15 minutes driving distance. House is also very close to the Villa Balbianello. The house was very clean, Monica left everything we need in the fridge and kitchen. Lastly she helped us a lot during our stay with her recommendations for restaurants, shops, facilities around the region.

Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Das Spa ist ein Mehrwert, besonders im Winter. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt alle nützlichen Informationen für den Aufenthalt.

Perfekt; von Ankunft bis Abfahrt. Ein Kleinod, ideal zum Eintauchen in die totale Entspannung. Wir haben es geliebt. Und Wieland, der Gastgeber; super hilfsbereit, großzügig, einfach alles 100 Prozent👍!

Die Burg von Lierna ist der ideale Ort, um den Comer See zu besuchen. Erstens ist die Unterkunft perfekt ausgestattet/eingerichtet. Die Aussicht ist unglaublich, egal wo man hinschaut, es gibt den See. Zweitens liegt Lierna außerhalb der belebten touristischen Gebiete, bleibt aber trotzdem attraktiv mit einem Bahnhof, einem Hafen, Restaurants usw. Drittens ist Maurizio ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber, rücksichtsvoll und sehr freundlich. Wenn Sie den Comer See besuchen müssen, zögern Sie nicht!

Fantastischer Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen für alles in Varenna. Es gab an einem Tag ein Problem mit heißem Wasser, wurde aber schnell behoben. Ich werde wieder übernachten, wenn ich in Varenna bin!

Die Einheit entsprach der Beschreibung, war an einer sehr günstigen Lage, und die Schlüssel befinden sich in einem Schließfach, das flexible Check-in-/ Check-out-Zeiten ermöglicht. Die Unterkunft hat nicht viel von einem Wohnzimmer (zwei Clubstühle in der Küche), aber die Schlafzimmer sind groß und verfügen jeweils über ein eigenes Bad und ein Bett, das groß genug für 2 Personen ist. Es war der perfekte Ort für zwei Paare.

Wir fanden die Unterkunft gut gelegen und schön. Sara war eine sehr reaktionsschnelle Gastgeberin und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt am See sehr genossen.

This is a very special place - the peace and calm of the surroundings lets you hear the birds chirping from the moment you wake up all day long. The beauty and character of the neigbouring buildings and surrounding gardens (narrow stone corridors, arches and beautiful plants) together with the view of the lake made it feel like being in a fairytale. And Bobby, who is such a kind, discreet and helpful person. We absolutely loved our stay!

Dies ist kein einfacher Ort, den man überprüfen kann. Einzigartigkeit, sollte das Wort sein, um es zu beschreiben. Diese erstaunliche Villa bleibt der Geschichte treu und wurde im Weg gelassen, damit du ältere Tage leben und erleben kannst. Du solltest erwarten und darauf vorbereitet sein, dies zu genießen, anstatt den Zustand der Möbel, der Küchenspüle...... Ich habe mich in den Garten, die Bäume, die große Terrasse verliebt..., meine Schwester konnte nicht aufhören, die Villa selbst zu bewundern. Die Lage ist zu färben. Der Gastgeber war ansprechbar. Der einzige warnende Punkt, den ich machen sollte, ist, dass ich denke, dass der Gastgeber es schaffen sollte klar, dass der letzte, notwendige Spaziergang, um die Villa zu erreichen, ziemlich steil und für viele nicht geeignet ist.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Bon emplacement excentré, au calme, avec le centre-ville accessible à pied. Bon rapport qualité prix et bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente.

Thank Serenella for hosting us. The apartment was pristine, view was beautiful, basket was full of complimentary items. Anyone that needs some time to collect themselves and be away from civilizition and think things through, this is the spot! Thanks again .

Sehr angenehmer Kontakt sowie schnelle Antwort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, modern und sauber. Auf der Terrasse konnten wir super entspannen und die Sonnenstrahlen genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leo war sehr proaktiv und flexibel, wenn es um Check-in und Check-out ging.

Absolutely wonderful. My fiance and I celebrated our engagement and it was perfect. Comfortable, private, peaceful. Everything we wanted. Not only did we love the home, but we loved the town. Simona couldn’t have been more generous, kind, and welcoming. We will never forget our stay here and can’t wait to stay again at Simone’s home!

This was a lovely experience for myself and my partner. Our host Giulia was incredibly flexible with allowing us to eat and become familiar with the town before check-in. The place itself is built on an old medieval castle which was quite interesting & unique. It was charming and had everything we needed and some nice touches like a selection of teas & snacks. The breathtaking views had us in awe every day. The beach directly beside us was peaceful and not crowded. The local restaurants each had their own authentic (delicious!) tastes, and the surrounding towns were easy to get to. This ultimately made our stay extremely peaceful yet exciting. We thought it was handy that we could take a quick train ride to Varenna and Bellano so we did not have to adhere to the more limited ferry schedule - were able to catch a breathtaking sunset this way! Overall, we could not recommend this experience more and was the highlight of our 2-week Italy trip.

La casa si trova sulla collina sopra Bellagio nella frazione Suira. Il paese e le varie frazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi con brevi passeggiate. Noi abbiamo lasciato la macchina ferma per tutto il soggiorno e abbiamo usato le mulattiere per le nostre passeggiate. Perfetto per chi ama la tranquillità e il silenzio. Con i battelli si possono raggiungere tutte le altre note località del lago. La casa è ristrutturata di recente in modo impeccabile e con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno. Con i cane abbiamo apprezzato la presenza di un giardino.

La casa, con vista spettacolare sul Lago di Como, è una scelta ideale per famiglie o gruppi di amici. Disposta su due piani insieme a due bagni completi, uno con doccia e l’altro con vasca, per un comfort totale. Le camere al piano notte sono ampie, con pavimenti in parquet che conferiscono un’atmosfera calda e accogliente. La cucina in legno, ben attrezzata, e la grande sala da pranzo, con un divano super comodo, sono perfette per momenti di relax o convivialità. L’ospitalità della host è impeccabile, sempre disponibile e attenta a ogni esigenza. Perfetta per chi cerca una sistemazione piacevole e accogliente in una delle zone più suggestive del lago.

Very comfortable stay. Clean apartment, nice outdoor area, great view from the bedroom. Able to walk down to the lake (of course as typical for the area with some step work on the way back up), and some good food spots nearby. Annalisa also helped us with finding the best way to enter a hike to a Refugio. Thank you!

The apartment was a wonderful place to stay on Lake Como and Bellano is lovely and quiet. The location is fantastic, so close to the train station (direct train to Milano) and the ferries to other towns on the lake. The Bellano Orrido waterfall is amazing and the town is lovely, with the waterfront walk, a historical centre and plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes. The apartment has a view of the mountains and is so close to the water. Antonella and Donatella were so responsive and helpful - and the apartment was beautiful, with plenty of room. We loved it!!

We were incredibly happy with our stay! Loved the place so much we chose to stay in for the entire first day and just enjoy the house, laying out on the lounges and enjoying the beautiful spa and lake view! Everything was perfect, highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Muso—it truly felt like a home away from home. The living space was comfortable, and the views were absolutely stunning. The convenience of having a boat stop right outside the door made exploring the popular areas of Lake Como a breeze. Plus, there are nice restaurants and a supermarket just a short walk or drive away. We would definitely stay here again! :)

Our stay at Pietralago in Blevio was incredible! The place itself is beautiful, comfortable, and has amazing views over Lake Como. The host was very available and helpful, which made the experience even better. The only challenge is reaching the location—it’s a bit tricky to get to, but the instructions are clear, and it’s well worth it once you arrive. If you’re looking for a stunning, peaceful getaway with spectacular lake views, Pietralago is the perfect choice!
