My family and I had a wonderful stay. The place was very homely, comfortable and clean. Communication was great with the hosts and they really made us feel welcome. Perfect for a family getaway, especially the kids room! The view was amazing and ample space for us five. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family.

We loved our stay at Ocean Springs - could not have been more perfect for all of us, particularly the grandchildren, with the beach and sea at the end of the garden. And to sleep hearing the waves... Wendy was a very proactive host who responded immediately to our queries pre-arrival, and on arrival when there was a minor WiFi glitch (all sorted). You can feel that the house is a much loved family home, rather than a sterile holiday let. Wonderful selection of books, board games, toys - and fossils! Really clean on arrival. Very well equipped kitchen and dining space. Beds very comfortable with good quality linen and towels. A huge bonus is both the conservatory area with bins full of beach toys/games and flip flops, and the garage with kayak, body boards and, for the one wet afternoon we had, a table tennis table and pool table. Local Co-op only 8 minute walk. Excellent butcher, fishmonger etc at East Wittering. A great house for a relaxing beach holiday.

We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

We had a lovely time at Shaun’s house. It was such an interesting place, very close to amenities in Eastleigh and just exactly what we were looking for 😀

This is such a great place I almost don’t want to write such a glowing review as it means we’ll end up with less dates to choose from for our return visit 🤣. Such a beautiful house, the photos don’t do it justice and Kate and Jonathan were wonderful hosts. The beach is right on your doorstep, it was perfect for morning walks with the dog, and lazy afternoons watching the sea merge into the sky from the patio seating.

A lovely house, fabulous spacious kitchen for family gatherings and a super sitting room on the top floor with amazing views. No en suites but a bathroom on the ground floor and the middle (bedroom) floor were enough for us 6. Wonderful location with constantly changing views as the tide rises and falls, we loved the area and the local walks. Many thanks Maggie and Andrew!

Would one hundred percent recommend this place as high quality accommodation exactly as described. The host was extremely flexible and friendly. Everything worked. Dream home.

Antonia is the perfect host, clear instructions, friendly and very welcoming to their family home. Their home is beautifully thought out inside and out. Nice personal touches around the home, which makes it feel like a home from home. The view from the bedroom was again thought through well, nice touch! Ideal location for couples or family gatherings. Location is ideal spot for a peaceful getaway, just a few minutes away from the local beach. We will definitely be returning! David’s cottage was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. He was welcoming and approachable, checking that everything was as we wanted, and also leaving us a lovely bottle of wine. The cottage was warm and comfortable with a pretty Christmas tree greeting us.

Great place, and one of the most welcoming host I’ve ever encountered. Everything just perfect: 10 minutes walk from centre, very clean, well equipped kitchen, large dining room etc. I’d warmly recommend to anyone would want to spend some quality time in Cowes.

A lovely place to stay. Nathalie was really friendly and welcoming. This cottage was like home from home, exactly as described. My kids loved the trampoline and Louis the dog.
