Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans ce logement très agréable et très bien aménagé. Très bien situé, à quelques pas de la mer et proche de la vieille ville, à voir absolument. La gare est située à quelques minutes de l’appartement ainsi que des magasins et restaurants. Hastings est une très jolie ville, parfaite pour visiter la région!

We had the most wonderful stay as a family at this truly gorgeous apartment in an equally gorgeous location. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed - the space is full of natural light, beautifully clean, and has such a calming, homely vibe. It’s perfectly situated with easy access to both the vibrant Brighton seafront and the city centre, making it ideal for both relaxing and exploring. Having a dedicated parking spot was such a bonus, and the local residents were incredibly kind and helpful - it really added to the sense of feeling at home. What stood out the most was the host’s amazing communication: so quick to respond, thoughtful, and reassuring throughout our stay. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave. This place felt like a little slice of calm and joy, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly, highly recommend!

The place was such a quirky, lovely space. The main bathroom with double shower and steam room stood out and the flexible living space. Was perfect location and especially with parking so close to the pier etc it was great value for money. Hosts were fab, attentive and responsive when needed. Thank you for having us and we would definitely stay again.

Had a lovely stay in the cottage which was so close to a great quiet beach. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our New Year week stay at Sea Sure, great location, right on the seafront, but close to local pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants. Paid parking right outside was cheap and easy to organise via the Ringo app and free parking was available nearby too. Ideal for dog walking on the beach at low tide or on the very well maintained promenade at sunrise and sunset and in Egerton Park, just a short walk away. The basket of goodies to welcome us was much appreciated and the property was cosy, comfortable, well decorated, beautifully clean and lovely and warm on what turned out to be a couple of stormy winter days. Best place to stay in Bexhill I would say, thanks so much Gemma and Marc.

Great little cottage within walking distance of the beach and railway station - ideal for day trips along the coast. Street parking was always available around the corner. The cottage is tucked away on a side-street away from the busier seafront road and the main road, so it was quiet and undisturbed. Abraham's communication regarding arrival, access and other useful info was pro-active and helpful. All in all, a great short-break holiday experience for us.

Location, facilities, parking and accommodation exactly as Will has described and PERFECT for a city break for a couple to explore all of Brighton's best places within very easy walking distance. The parking arrangement is brilliant and easy to get to and,as is said in the details, literally 3 minute walk to the accommodation. Inside the accommodation is everything that is needed and of good quality in a very well used space. Location fantastic: local area some great pubs and restaurants; few minutes onto Brighton beach; 5 minutes walk to Royal Pavilion , then into The Lanes. Communication with Will accurate and prompt - met Will when we arrived (we were a bit early) - great bloke and so helpful.

We had the best stay at 5 the lawn. Jude’s attention to detail is insane and the place is simply outstanding. Everything was so picturesque. Jude was a great host, she ensured we had everything and made sure to let us know if we needed anything at all she was just a message away. Jude was a massive help in recommending a local decorating company and ensuring everything was set up for our arrival. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his birthday getaway. We will for sure be returning. Thank you Jude for an unreal stay.

Nice little camper trailer house. Thin walls and small...but that's part of the package. We enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the beach. Near Eastbourne. Five minutes to LIDL. The heat was a little wonky. But our host was very helpful and provided excellent communication. Loud neighbors partying late the first night but quiet our second night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

As a family we had a fantastic 3 days staying at the park dean complex. The accommodation was clean, warm, quiet & even had home from home bits like salt, pepper, oil & kitchen equipment which was great for us. Tina communicated & responded to messages without fail. We will be back very soon!

Great spot for a visit to Camber Sands and the surrounding area. Quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the park and walking distance to the beach. Beautiful view over the fields behind, very peaceful. Great base to visit the area - Rye, Hastings etc. we loved our break here. The caravan was perfect for us -clean, well presented with essentials and very relaxing.

Amazing host answer any question was a last minute booking looked exactly like the photos comfortable and clean will definitely be coming back for longer next time great location very pleased Thank you again hope to book again soon 🙌🏼

Great place, right at the beach, place very clean and tidy with all you need. Lisa was very helpful and explained all we needed. Would recommend for a nice break out of the city.

Great location on parkdean resort, lovely outside area for the kids. Chalet was very clean and well equipped, perfect for a family of 4! Claire was very responsive and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay! We would definitely return x

Dolly’s Delight was an absolute treat. We very kick enjoyed our stay there. Superb accommodation, with luxurious bedding, 2 good showers, very well equipped and with a view of the sea. By night the stars shone brightly. The Bay is a lovely quiet park but with the benefit of the facilities at the main park 1 mile up the road. We ate at The Boathouse one evening and the food was very good with some good choices for children. We’ll definitely be booking again. Thanks Jenny.

Amazing place and lots of amazing view from where we stayed. Loved the cliff nearby that was short walking distance. Definately will go back

Our hostess Jo was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The view of the sea was incredible, and the house was clean and very charming with it’s different levels and details. There was also a great selection of movies and books, and the TV was perfect for relaxing. The only thing to note is that the stairs are quite steep. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Just returned from a family trip staying at sandy toes. Had an awesome time, accommodation was amazing lots of room for 6 adults and 1 German shepherd who all had a ball. Definitely will return 👍👍 thanks Lisa 😘😘

Stayed here for 3 days with my partner and we had such a lovely stay! Hosts went above and beyond to provide a space that felt like home and the space was so cosy and beautiful 😍 the view was stunning and just a relaxing way to escape from reality for a while. We really appreciated the little things like snacks / food / beverages available, as well as the easy to connect WiFi and Netflix availability. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around however we mostly just went to the gym / leisure centre and made use of the sauna and steam room 😂 highly recommended if you want an easy-going host and a peaceful retreat for you and your partner

Fantastic what the hosts have done with the tiny box, modern looking & everything you need - Great location in the middle of the marina - lots of activities bars & restaurants & just a short walk or bus ride into Brighton city centre - very enjoyable 3 night stay & would recommend We will be back to the marina for another get away in the future Many thanks Steve & Jade

An incredible stay in a beautiful apartment. The view across to the sea was spellbinding and you can watch the sunset with a lovely glass of wine. The flat has everything you could possibly need and is thoughtful as well as top quality. The coffee machine was outstanding. The shower was perfect, the beds comfortable and there was a very clever and easy way of accessing the flat. St. Leonards has so many incredible independent and interesting shops, fabulous restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and bars, as well as a market with beautiful things. Lots of art and vintage shops and within bus, train or healthy walk from Hastings with it's equally amazing shops, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. So much to see and do and then to come home to a calm and beautiful apartment is just wonderful! Thank you so much for everything.
