Our engineers really like this apartment, absolutely no complaints at all. It's clean, is easy to get to, and has everything we could need. The host, Caroline, is very helpful, she responds quickly to any queries, and gave detailed instructions relating to the flat, she also offered to give us ideas of things to do in the area. A great host!

We stayed at Stephanie’s place between Christmas and new year. Great location for exploring the Laines and the city centre. Hosts were very responsive and very helpful when we locked ourselves out!! We’re a family of 6 and found the place to be well equipped and comfortable. Would recommend staying here and would definitely look to stay here again

It was a good place to stay. I am really avid cook and so could have used with bit more upscale kitchen items, but other than that it was a solid and good place to stay

We loved our stay here! Everything was super clean and the apartment would definitely also be great for a slightly longer stay.

We really enjoyed our family stay - especially the books in the children's bedroom. There is a good coffee and lunch place (Fika) relocating to the street, and a great children's book shop (The Book Nook) on the next street. Whilst we spent limited time at the property, it was in a great location for exploring Hove and Brighton. There is a reasonable multi-story car park nearby. Alternatively, there is short term on street (paid) parking for dropping off, or visitors.

Good location and good-sized flat with everything you could need. Next to a coffee shop and round the corner from a Co-Op plus loads of takeaways, a short walk to the beach and into the city. Comfortable beds and living space, smart home features, and nice to have access to working spaces and monitors that double as TVs in the bedrooms. We ran into an issue during our stay which was not Andrew’s fault, and I can’t fault the way it was handled, as he was very responsive even on a Friday night and compensated us for the trouble which was appreciated. We also appreciated an extended check out he allowed us to have. It’s good to know that if anything does go wrong which sometimes just happens in any property, that he will handle it swiftly.

For a large group of males or females, this is just fantastic. Lots of comfy beds, great communal areas, lots of bathrooms - just perfect! And it just happens to be above one of the best pubs ever! Toby and his staff are super friendly and helpful, there is free pool and pub games, great dj's, superb selection of drinks and beautiful slices of pizza. If carlsberg did pubs... Hollie's communication is excellent. She is so kind and helpful- the best host I've known. They have no airs and graces, they just go out of their way to make your stay a great one. All in all a terrific place.

Mark was a first class host, friendly, approachable and very quick to respond. We stayed here for 3 months as our own house was being refurbished. It was a fantastic experience. The flat was a real home from home, a good sized and well equipped kitchen, amazing large lounge and massive master bedroom. I used the second bedroom as an office, which has a good size desk and great views over leafy gardens. The flat was very quiet and we’d recommend it to anyone. It’s in a great location, walk out the front door, look to your right and you can see the sea. Church Road is only a few minutes walk and it has an amazing range of bars and restaurants. Hove station is also nearby. We could not have wished for a better experience in Hove. Well done Mark !

We loved our stay at Chloe’s apartment! The apartment itself was so spacious, spotlessly clean and felt like a home from home. The location was great too, everything we wanted was within walking distance and Chloe was really helpful and responsive throughout our stay. I can’t recommend the apartment and Chloe herself enough!

Thank You, June - it was the second time we have stayed with you this year and it really feels like a "home from home". Quiet and private but close enough to the Marina or the City when we needed to be out and about. Clean, modern, everything you need with the added bonus of being almost in the centre of town. We stayed as a couple for a weekend break and really enjoyed our stay.

This place was a great find, great location on the seafront, easy to park, private garden/patio area, the accommodation was warm and welcoming, great attention to detail in the planning, the kitchen was fully equiped, bed was comfortable, host were exteremly friendly with two adorable dogs that we got to meet, we had a throughly good stay, very private self contained apartment, we highly receomend this as a place to stay, we shall be back again, very soon hopefully.

We booked Claire’s place for the weekend as we were visiting for that Brighton Half Marathon. The place was ideally located and only a short walk to Hove Lawns where it started! 👌🏼 The place itself was perfect for our family of 4 and located in a nice area. The best place I have stayed in Brighton. The apartment was perfect, very clean and spacious, smells very nice. The bathrooms were very clean and it was very in convenient having an en-suite too with a 2 single bed room, was perfect for our family. The apartment comes fully equipped with everything needed with all appliances from kitchen to the living room, the sofas are very comfortable and a smart tv was essential for us. The host was very nice, and communicates very fast with prompt replies, and it was very easy to check-in.

Charlotte was a fantastic host. The bottle of bubbly on arrival was a lovely touch too. We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in Charlotte's interesting and well loved home. The hot tub and roll top bath provided a great way to relax after visiting the beach and town. As artists the artwork on display made for great conversation points too. We feel inspired. Xx

Excellent host - Dean was welcoming and friendly and went out of his way to make it a lovely stay. The flat was really comfortable, well kitted out and beautifully decorated, we really enjoyed the hot tub! 2 mins walk to the sea and a lovely walk along the seafront into Brighton which took about 10 minutes. We had a great time - would happily recommend.

Just got back from a lovely, relaxing stay. Joanne is a fabulous host and so welcoming. I could’ve stayed all day chatting with her. We loved how peaceful it was and its location is superb for visiting Royal Tunbridge Wells and Ashdown Forest. Highly recommend Wilderness Wood which is a 2 minute drive down the road. Although chilly outside, we loved sitting out on the roof and listening to the birds singing and the grounds it’s in are lovely. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Pete est un hôte remarquable. Il a su répondre à nos besoins et même si le logement n'était pas aussi propre et fonctionnel que nous aurions souhaité, Pete s'est montré à notre écoute. Zainab and Ciara were both really responsive and friendly. The property was nicely decorated and spacious. Only thing I would mention is that if the Dentist is open, you can hear a lot of what’s going on upstairs, but we stayed on Fri-Sun so as soon as the dentist closed it was very nice and quiet.
