Ready for a surftrip in paradise just outside the bay? According the day's weather conditions we will select the best beach to ensure you can take the most waves possible in the safest circumstances. We'll meet at Galerias Vallarta and take my car to one of the the best surfbeaches just outside the bay (40 min) Once we arrive at the beach we will warm our muscles with a profesional beach warm-up technique. After that you will receive a a personalised briefing adapted to your level to understand the ocean dynamics and wave selection. Also in the water myself or one of my expert level cohosts will be assisting so for optimal wave catching. After 2.30-3 hours we will take our breath with some refreshments and prepare to make our way back to Puerto Vallarta Optionally we will have lunch (not included) in one of my favourite restaurants on the road. *Minimum age: 10 years/maximum age: 60 years ** If you're staying in Nuevo Vallarta(Nayarit) or Bucerias area we can pick you up, don't have to come to Vallarta.

Wether you're looking to try for the first time or perfecting a maneuver it all starts on the beach, where we select your board and talk about the wave we are going to be surfing. After a quick warmup we will cover all the theory and safety aspects you'll need to know, including practicing on the sand before jumping into the ocean! Once we are in the water the fun really starts! As you catch lots of waves, I'll be by your side with tips on reading the ocean, wave selection and understanding the dynamic of the spot. I want you to get the most out of this surf coaching experience, I go beyond the typical ¨how to pop up class¨ to provide clear technical advice that will keep you progressing every time you get in the water. Whether you prefer gentle Yin Yoga or more dynamic styles like Ashtanga or Vinyasa Power, the choice is yours. After the yoga session, we'll transition into a 20-minute sound therapy experience using Himalayan singing bowls to deepen your relaxation.
