Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at Alex's great apartment and would not hesitate to book it again. The apartment is well maintained, has some great views of DC, and more importantly very close to the metro, shops and restaurants. The gym in the building and the parking was an added bonus. The building itself is located on a slight hill and there are wonderful side walks, to do that walking exercise. We highly recommend this apartment.

Harrison is a great host. He was very accommodating with helping me find a parking spot for my suburban. Harrison is very friendly. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make our experience great. Harrison and Nancy brought board games down for us to enjoy while we relaxed after walking around the city all day. The private enclosed space is nice for dogs and I bet is a great place to hang out in the spring and summer. Unfortunately, it was chilly when we were there so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the space. I highly recommend this beautiful convenient place.

Our stay was awesome. Amy and Owen were friendly, super responsive, and very helpful. They also helped us out with kids things and other items we needed, even brought us down sleds when it snowed for the kids to use. It was also very comfortable there and it had all the amenities we needed for a month long stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Apartment is in a nice part of NE that is being revitalized. We felt safe & comfortable and found it convenient to events in DC

This was our 3rd or 4th time staying at Fish’s property during a visit to extended family. As always, Fish’s property is our Takoma Park home away from home! It is clean, spacious, and easy to access. We will continue staying here every year as long as it’s available!

Nuestra estadía fue bastante placentera, el lugar contaba con todo lo necesario. A pocos minutos de la estación de tren y de muy fácil acceso. Tom fue bastante flexible y no tuvimos ningun problema durante nuestra estadía! Todo estaba como se miran en las fotos y se describe. Totalmente recomendado.

La anfitriona es muy amable y atenta. Tuve varias dudas sobre el lugar y el hospedaje, y respondió a todas ellas. Hubo un pequeño inconveniente para poder acceder al departamento y al wifi a la llegada, debido a que no tenía un número de EEUU la comunicación fue compleja en ese momento, pero se superó de manera óptima y rápida. Por otro lado, al no ser de la zona, no tenía noción de que espacios como la piscina no están disponibles en estas fechas, me habría gustado eso se indicara en el anuncio. Pero, en general, la estadía fue agradable, cómoda y me sentí respaldada por la anfitriona en mi primera visita a la ciudad.

Will was awesome and the house was wonderful. Felt right at home and he was always responsive whenever I needed it. Will definitely stay here my next time I'm in DC. A++ all the way.

The house was bright and sunny and perfect for our family of 4+ my mom including our newborn. Beds were comfortable, everything super clean and small touches like water and charging lamps on bedside made it very nice. Hosts were super responsive and even brought us backyard furniture to enjoy the beautiful weather. Location is convenient in falls church and easy to get to 50. Was also a great neighborhood for walks with sidewalks.

6 of us stayed in this beautiful modern up to date home. We came to see the DC area and attend a couple of events. The home is in a beautiful area we saw deer on 2 different days during our 4 day stay. 2 the first time and 4 the second time. They have a patio with a BBQ and a fire table and chairs. The house was super nice and cozy while being roomy at the same time. We took the metro into DC (top notch metro system)everyday $13.00 for a allday pass or less if you buy multiple day passes. The metro station is 1.5 miles away. Lyft to station was $7 to $9 or 30 minute walk. Stores are nearby. I contacted the host and they were super good to respond right away. All in all I am coming back in the summer and will stay here again

Our stay was fantastic! We truly enjoyed the home and the area. Tyler's recommendations for things to do locally were awesome for us as newcomers/first-timers to the area. He was also very responsive to our needs and helpful in accommodating us, and we truly appreciate it. The home was very spacious and clean and the decor had a lot of character!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Claudia’s house. It’s one of the best AirBnB’s in which we’ve stayed. Ever. And Claudia is attentive, kind, and ready to make the stay a good one. This is this top of our list anytime we need an AirBnB in Woodbridge.

This place is conveniently located to all the DC tourist attractions and great restaurants, but still a a quaint and desirable neighborhood. I love that we were able to park our car in the enclosed garage for safety and security. We did not have to deal with driving to go anywhere, we just walked out the door, or if we got tired after 20,000 steps, the Uber ride didn’t cost much at all. There’s a Safeway to buy groceries about 3 minutes walk away. Loved staying here while visiting DC!

This home was perfect for our week stay! The hosts were responsive and very friendly from the moment we made the reservation until checkout. The home was extremely comfortable. I personally loved the cozy bedding, my toddler loved the deep soaking tub for bath time, and my mother was very grateful for the walk in shower. The home was in a great neighborhood providing peace of mind for my family and I. My older children took advantage of the large yard and if it was a tad warmer outside we would have utilized the fire pit 😊 We were a short drive from National Harbor, Tanger Outlets, Whole Foods and shopping in Alexandria. All in all, we had a great experience.

We just got back from Jackie's Place! The home was beautifully decorated and clean. It is private, but also close to the best that Alexandria has to offer! We loved walking to coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. We were there to visit colleges for my son and were surprised how close we were to DC and Georgetown. Having the parking spot was also great. We could just leave the car and walk everywhere. Thank you for a great stay!

We took my parents on their first to DC. It was also their first time staying at an Air B&B. The 3 floor (including rooftop patio) penthouse was beautiful and the view was amazing! You can see the Capitol and the Washington Monument from the picture windows and the view is even more spectacular from the rooftop. Rayna was very helpful and communicative, giving us tips on good places to see the Cherry Blossoms and find nice restaurants. NoMa Gallumet Metro station was within walking (or bus) distance for us, but not for my parents (in their 80s), but it was within easy Uber distance. Parking around the back of the building was easy and off street. I loved the modern layout of the penthouse. It is a 3 story walk up. Then, once inside, the bedroom suite, kitchen, dining area, and living room are on the main floor with another bedroom suite (glam bathroom) on the lower floor. We felt very comfortable and at home during our stay and would definitely seek to stay here again.

Lovely little apartment in the heart of Bloomingdale’s district within easy reach of the Metro, well served by buses and quite walkable to the White House. A range of good local restaurants are literally around the corner along with a couple of convenience stores. The apartment is very comfortable (great mattress!) and although compact has everything you need for a visit. Our hosts were friendly and super responsive to queries, and I would really recommend their place

I cannot recommend Ian's apartment too highly! The apartment is beautiful and was spotless. The kitchen is very well stocked with eveything you need. The location is terrific. There is a view of the Capitol Dome from the living room. There are many excellent restaurants near by and it is very easy to get down to the museums. Ian is a very responsive host and sent clear instructions for check-in.

Beautiful place quiet neighborhood Unit was well equipped and beautifully furnished market right across street. Easy access to public transportation

We had a wonderful stay. The place is very clean and comfortable. Sean and Megan were great hosts and were very responsive to all our questions and needs. Will definitely use again and highly recommend!

Ok. I want to give a fair and honest review of the place. First it was my first time using airbnb app, and I’m very glad I did. My airbnb in Washington was everything that was described. It was so much better than being in a hotel, (which I do a lot for business trips). The place was super clean, and beautiful. I loved the brick walls and the space was great for business travelers. There was snacks when I walked in the kitchen and a bottle of wine in the fridge, which I didn’t drink, I’m not a red wine guy, but I appreciate it being there. It was very convenient it has a washer and dryer which I did use, and knowing I didn’t have laundry to do when I got home was glorious. The metro is a few blocks away (5-10 min walk) Only 1 thing I would suggest. Get a new mattress. It is a little stiff for me but wasn’t uncomfortable. And 2 parking is not the best(you get a parking pass) but some neighbors take up two spots with crap parking not any fault of the owner of the property. 5 ⭐️

Matt’s place was spacious and “homey”. We all had our own space and bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast. Beautiful park within walking distance and really peaceful. Definitely will stay here again.
