Lorenzo went above and beyond as a host. Extremely fast responses and even helped me with some local recommendations. Highly highly recommend booking with them. Place is exactly as described, comfortable with all the amenities you would need. Very easy check in and access. The location is in a quieter area about a 15-20m walk away from the city center, or there is a tram close by (2min walk) that will take you in one stop.

Ottimo alloggio per staccare dalla freneticità, immerso nel verde, nella pace e nel silenzio.... La vista dal terrazzo sul lago è bellissima!! Casa funzionale e accogliente con parcheggio privato. Ottimo appoggio per spostarsi a visitare le più belle città umbre.

Séjour merveilleux à Florence, appartement très sympa et fonctionnel où nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous : bonne literie, environnement calme, de l'espace et de la place pour les affaires, etc. Idéalement situé à 15 minutes à pied du centre donc au calme. Place de garage, à l'abri et bien protégée : un must ! Enfin et surtout, nous avons été bien accueillis et Nicholle a toujours été disponible à distance dans la seconde, nous renseignant à chaque fois avec efficacité et précision. De plus, elle a été amicale et très souple quant à nos horaires de départ et d'arrivée... MERCI. Je recommande ++++

An incredible home, beautifully designed and restored. Rob and Illonka were both friendly, fun, and very caring for us. They came to help us when we had car trouble and always gave us fantastic recommendations for everything from parking lots to wonderful restaurants. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. There are plenty of towns and cities close by to visit, our favorites being Assisi, Gubbio, and Perugia. A car is a must, and this home has cylindrical stairs, so not good for anyone wobbly on their feet.

The loft is beautiful. If you are going to spoil yourself this is how to do it. Space to enjoy outside on a terrace overlooking Florence. A lovely space to sit and watch a fire upstairs or go down for a swim in the eco pool. Lots of loving attention has been put into this place and it shows. The bathroom was the best we have encountered on our travels in Italy. Thanks for making this space available and loving it as you do.

Smartly appointed and expertly renovated, this exquisite example of an ancient farmhouse sits atop a stunning ridge line with vast views and expansive mountain scenery inspiring and enchanting at every turn. Right in the heart of Tuscany, this spectacular piece of the Italian wonderland does not disappoint!

This place was beautiful and great. We were looking to have a quiet and relaxing time with accessibility to local activities and it was great. Nice place. Would return.

This small old house in the 12th-13th century medieval village is tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. We think the two bathrooms are a big bonus, it was very useful for us. In addition, we would highlight the equipment of the kitchen and the quality of the bed mattresses.The host lady lives right next to the accomodation, a few steps away, which gives security. She was very flexible and patient with our late arrival. You can only park a little further from the house, but it seemed safe and a short walk would not hurt.Overall, we recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic stay.

Such an amazing place. On the top floor with beautiful views over Siena. Lucia stocked up the refrigerator with water, juice boxes & beer and the cupboards with some light breakfast toasts, jam & Nutella. It was quiet and peaceful, no need for the earplugs we always carry. There are 4 flights of stairs to climb to get to the unit.
