The studio is compact but clean, modern, and well-equipped. I stayed for a month without any issues. A major highlight is the property's exceptional amenities—the pool is the largest I've ever seen at a residential or hotel property. While the location is a bit farther, I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and reduced noise pollution. Occasionally, you might hear the locals singing karaoke outside, which I personally found entertaining. Also, a helpful detail for remote workers—the table beneath the TV folds out and can be used as a workspace. A big thank you to the hosting team—the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. I usually don’t require much from my hosts, but I also find it strange when there’s no follow-up after check-in. They maintained the perfect balance between being attentive and respecting guests’ privacy. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would happily book again.

The place has great view and everything you need for a short stay for a small family. Host is very friendly and helpful.

Отличная небольшая квартира, есть все необходимое и 2 рабочих места. Единственный минус - кондиционер только в спальне. Посуды достаточно для готовки. В комнате было чисто и убирались достаточно хорошо и вовремя. Классно что на крыше джакузи. Также понравился сам дом, везде очень зелено и красиво)) рядом есть магазин со всем необходимым, овощная лавка, на первом этаже вкусное кафе где можно позавтракать) Хозяйка всегда была на связи и решала все проблемы если они возникали очень быстро, спасибо❤️

В комнате есть запах сырости, но в целом комната очень хорошая, просторная и светлая. В квартире есть все необходимое. Улица очень тихая. Мне очень понравилось что хозяева отзывчивые, быстро решают любые вопросы и всячески пытаются помочь.

Everything was great, only one thing - there is no elevator.

The apartment was great and as depicted in the pictures. It was impeccably clean and had absolutely everything (from soap and toilet paper to shower gel and trash bags) and we didn't have to buy anything at all. The views at the sea and the mountains is amazing. Anna always replied fast to our questions. Nearby there are lots of shops and cafes. I can absolutely recommend Anna's apartment.

What a fantastic find!!!!!! Victors place is spotlessly clean, it’s in a really cool location. 3 or 4 min walk to walking street that’s fun do see at night but this apartment is down an quaint alley (yes well lit and totally safe) with locals nice sized balcony that faces a really cute Parisian style neighbouring building. Reminds me of vietnams history. Victoer is quick to respond and to help. He gave me a great recommendation when I asked him if he could suggest a barber. This was very good value and I would stay again.

The host is very friendly and helpful. He even secured an extra key card for my gf to use. The price is much better than other places in Emerald and celadon park. I would stay again for sure!

Well situated apartment off party street. Centrally located but authentic Vietnamese if you don’t want to stay in a touristic hotel. Host was responsive and available after we locked ourselves out of the room. Highly recommended! Good value for groups or families.

Мы очень рады, что нашли эту квартиру. Нам было очень комфортно! Все было на высшем уровне. Мне не хватило только инвентаря для уборки, но потом хозяин предоставил. И для мытья посуды что-то. Все остальное было прекрасно. В квартире чисто, тихо, можно включать вентилятор или кондиционер. Можно проветривать. Очень большой холодильник и возможность готовить это просто супер. Отзывчивый администратор и охранник это отдельная любовь. Мы очень подружились. Спасибо большое!

My family spent an amazing month in this apartment! The location is great: right in front of the building, there is a big shopping center, a 24/7 supermarket, the beach, and a market. It takes about 10–15 minutes to walk to the central square. The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful! They assisted us with all our questions, provided a baby chair and cot, arranged cleaning, and helped with the transfer. It was the best experience we’ve had with hosts! Highly recommend this apartment!

Nice place to chill and change it up from D1. Easy walk to grocery, McDs, and even Thao Dien walking street. Hoang was responsive and gave clear instructions, making check-in/out easy and stress-free - very important!

Very friendly host

Eine gute Wohnung, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir sind meistens mit dem Grab in die Innenstadt gefahren, dafür war es aber angenehm ruhig im Apartment. Das Gym war klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigen. Gabriel und Justin haben uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

They are very nice and accommodating. We were a little late checking out and they told us no rush which was nice. Lacking in towels but overall great. Note the pool upstairs is adults only.

It was really wonderful stay there. The host Mila , is super responsive . Whatever i asked, she immediately replied back at most of the times. They are really superhost. The place is also spotless and host goes extra bit to get us comfortable. The place is in Landmark Plus and on 36th floor. They had provided almost everything , whichever is required to set you up a small home for few days. Rest , you have grocery store , just on ground floor of building. This place is really close to picture perfect Landmark 81. A nice walk is advised after dinner for Landmark 81. Pleasant atomospher all around. Must stay place......

Staying at this apartment was absolute delight! On the top that host was responsive, friendly ad eager to male my stay as smooth as possible. If you are looking for a unique and modern play to stay, this is the perfect spot. This place was clean, spacious and the view of Hanoi from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The hosts were responsive whenever we had questions as well. Highly recommend!
