Ferienunterkünfte direkt am Strand in Varkala cliff

Mani is a wonderful host and everyone working there is very helpful and dedicated. We visited in the off season and so the location and beach area was not at its best. Due to the monsoon the beach was closed. The accommodation was comfortable and as described. The light in the room is less than we are used to mainly because there is only one window at the end of the room. The breakfasts were wonderful and prepared fresh. Thanks Mani and all the best for the future.

Hannah was an exceptional host. She provided recommendations for good places to eat some Ayurvedic centers to visit if we were interested in that. She was always available to answer any questions that we had to offer suggestions for activities. She also helped us arrange an auto to go to the train station and helped me out with the medication when I got sick Five minute walk to the beach and in a good location around many shops and restaurants. House itself is located in a very beautiful surrounding with lots of trees. You wake up with the birds and she puts a lot of details in the decoration of the room and also the garden she has a yoga hall there Very convenient if you’re interested in doing yoga or any movement in the morning. the only negative thing that we could say was that the bed was quite firm and there is no air-conditioning only a fan, but it is what it is. And we definitely enjoyed our stay.

I booked this property for staying with friends and family during varkala trip. I must say it was my best experience since the place was very much private, very clean, calm atmosphere and easy check-in & check-out. Thank you brother for making our stay so much comfortable. I highly recommend this place

had an amazing stay at Sherly's , location is very peaceful, right next to sea, had amazing time with my wife. Our caretaker Julaj was very helpful and cooperative in making our stay wonderful.

it's a huge property with lots of space outside the bungalow too. the lawn is green and well maintained with Coconut trees all around. we can see and hear the sea lapping against the rocks . the view from the 1st floor is excellent. Valsa is very friendly and made us feel right at home and connected us with a good transport option from the airport and back. Their caretaker Ujjal is very helpful and prepared us some very wholesome food. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would come back in the future.

J'ai passé une très belle expérience chez Prema, une personne très ouverte, sympathique, et qui partage une belle philosophie de vie. La nourriture était absolument exquise, et la chambre vraiment belle et confortable. L'endroit est idéalement situé, près de la plage, tout en étant à proximité du temple millénaire de Janardhana, ce que j'ai particulièrement apprécié. Prema est également praticienne de Watsu, et j'ai réservé une séance qui a été une expérience formidable. Je recommande vivement ce séjour !

William's place is a great find! My friends and I loved everything about this place! The location and amenities were top, and the staff made our visit to Varkala all the more wonderful!

The suite was exceptional, providing a peaceful and relaxing holiday experience. The room's appearance precisely matched the provided photographs. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and readily available to assist with any needs. Getting to Edava Beach was easy from the property. The only downside was some drunk people hanging around the entrance and staring which was a bit annoying when we walked to the beach.

This was a true gem! The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to any queries or requests. One of our family had mobility issues and we were provided with a wonderful wheel chair that was perfect to move around the property. It was lovely having g two outdoor spaces that were covered to enjoy the beautiful scenery. There was some furniture that is a bit dated and in need of replacement in one of the rooms, but the beds were excellent and the bathrooms were beautifully appointed. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. There was a beach close by with hardly anyone on it, almost like having a private beach! Breakfast was provided, food was great! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff Highly recommend this for individuals as well as for larger groups

The place is a resort named coconut cove. They got beautiful beach views and super clean spacious rooms. The staff were very friendly and responsive. We had an excellent tasty breakfast which was prepared fresh. We all loved the food and the great ambience of the place. The rooms were very nice and all the amenities were provided as mentioned. I am gonna recommend this place to my family and friends for sure

Tira Resort, hosted by Jishad, is an absolute gem! The sea-facing view is stunning, perfect for sunset lovers. The accommodation is spacious, cozy, and comes with a private plunge pool that adds a touch of luxury. What truly sets this place apart is the hospitality. Jishad and his team are exceptional hosts, always attentive and welcoming. Everything about the stay was comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. If you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway with top-notch service, this is the place. Highly recommended!

Babu's property is located extremely close to the cliff, making communication quite easy. Everything was at a walkable distance. The room was also quite good with all necessary amenities. The host and caretakers were extremely helpful, helping us out with anything we needed. They also have bikes for rent, which helped us in exploring Varkala. The property itself had a wonderful charm to it, making the stay an unique experience. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone travelling to Varkala.

I will fall short of words to describe the beauty, class and charm this place has to offer. Starting from the location, to the linen, the crockery, the cutlery, the interiors, the lighting and view everything was nothing less than exceptional. The host is an amazing person with impeccable hospitality. He is rather a super host, Rafi is an exceptional person with a wonderful nature and is a great human being. This place is a treat and a delight to to ur five senses. This place is not a project but a dream turned to reality. Highly highly supremely recommend this place, if you like privicy and want to rekindle the romance in your life.

Had a great stay at Maadathil Cottages. This property is tucked away in a beautiful part of Varkala away from the hustle and bustle but still with easy access to everything. The cottage was spacious and clean with hot water and a great AC. The view of the sea is simply amazing and it’s just steps away from a sort of private enclosed part of the beach. The food was good and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The host is very friendly and responsive too. Would definitely stay here again and totally recommend this place. Thank you Mujahir!

Book this place if you want to literally stay at the beach. Absolutely ~ beautiful and breathtaking views! What makes it even special is a special access to the rocky shores of Edava beach 🏝️ We absolutely loved our stay here! 10/10 recommenced!

This place is at an amazing location- away from the hustle bustle of the touristy staff with the sea right in front. The caretaker- Ansaf is extremely helpful and takes care of everything you need! Definitely a must stay!

This place was absolutely magical! It was exactly as described, but experiencing it in person was even better. Caretaker Rajan was an absolute gem—so kind, humble, and attentive. And oh, his dosas are out of this world—don’t miss them! We were thrilled to have some adorable furry friends (a sweet Beagle) join us, adding so much joy to our stay. It was my wife’s birthday, and this place made it unforgettable in the best way possible. We left with hearts full of happiness and can’t wait to come back again!

If you are a group of 5 to 10 this house is the best place for vacation, superpeace full, no crowd at all. the beach is only 20 steps away, you can have some quality evenings with your group. caretaker was polite and helpfull.
