Ferienunterkünfte mit Sportmöglichkeiten in Upper Bavaria

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, ruhige Lage, sehr nette Gastgeberin!

My wife and I come to Germany nearly every year. This is where we will always stay in Munich. The location within 100 yards of a tram stop makes it an excellent location, but there is also a supermarket with a five minute walk and plenty of other restaurants that are outside of the tourist area. The kitchen was fully stocked, which we needed since we had to eat in on Christmas night. The washer/dryer unit is always helpful in Europe too. I highly recommend this apartment.

Sehr schöne und ordentliche Unterkunft mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen, Ausflüge etc in der näheren Umgebung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Andreas ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen, wenn es uns mal wieder in den Bayerischen Wald verschlagen sollte!

Coole Penthouse Wohnung in Giesing von einem mega netten und ebenso coolem Pärchen. Haben uns gleich zuhause gefühlt - gerne wieder. Preislich - ist halt München aber bei dem Standard und zu dieser Zeit sicher gerechtfertigt.

Ein sehr schönes Appartment, nicht sonderlich groß, allerdings auch für 4 Personen ausreichend, sehr praktisch und platzsparend mit dem Schrankbett. Die Küche ist auch super ausgestattet, uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Perfekt war ebenfalls der kurze Weg über den Flur ins Hallenbad, also Bademantel und Schlappen an und genau so zurück . Editha war eine super Gastgeberin, war stets erreichbar und super sympathisch. Für ein kurzes Wochenende definitiv zu empfehlen.

Für 3 - 4 Personen eine tolle Ferienwohnung in dem Predigtstuhl Resort mit Schwimmbad und Sauna. Toll mit Kindern. Ski Schule gleich nebenan. WLAN ebenso. Hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Winter 2025 in Sankt Englmar.

Die Wohnung ist etwas vom Zentrum weg aber einfach und schnell mit U-Bahn zu erreichen. Ich habe mich in dem sauberen und schönen Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Evan ist ein engagierter , seriöser und ehrlicher Gastgeber. Vielen dank dafür! Das wird meine Favorit Wohnung in München.

We had a fantastic stay at Nicci's apartment for a week. It was simply wonderful. The apartment was impeccably clean, and the view of Lake Tegernsee was absolutely breathtaking! The thoughtful touches, like the fridge stocked with local beer and treats, were much appreciated. Nicci’s warm communication, her generosity made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond. The location was perfect, with bakeries and restaurants just steps away, and easy access to hiking trails. We felt completely at home and can't wait to return! We highly recommend her place!

I’ve written reviews of Adrian’s place before but it’s worth repeating that he’s is a wonderful host, and the place suits my needs perfectly.

Wir hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung! Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet, was sofort für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt hat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend. Wir können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

From the moment we met Patrick and Amelie, they were very personable and welcoming. They walked us through the entire house, which exceeded our expectations and was even better than the pictures on the website. The location is very close to the train station, with great access to local amenities throughout the Munich area such as restaurants and Oktoberfest. They gave us great recommendations such as the Deutsches museum and their favorite restaurants, and transportation to get there. The beautiful balcony sitting off the edge of the kitchen was something we used every day. A really nice touch was that upon arriving, they offered us a bottle of wine and snacks. We immediately felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten dort alles was wir brauchten, daher gerne wieder. Highlight waren natürlich die im Haus angebotenen Aktivitäten, wie das Schwimmbad, die Sauna und der Tischtennisbereich.

Ein sehr schönes Apartment, super gelegen. In der Nähe gibt es eine Sommerrodelbahn, einen Walwipfelweg und zahlreiche Wanderwege. Wenn das Wetter mal nicht so gut ist, kann man sich die Zeit im Schwimmbad oder in der Sauna im Haus vertreiben. Eine Gaststätte mit leckerem Essen gibt es auch in der Nähe. Das Apartment an sich ist schön geräumig, sauber, hat einen ausreichend großen Balkon und eine Regendusche. Alles in Allem hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Our stay was PERFECT! - The house was even better than expected! Plenty of space, big kitchen, a great layout, and kid friendly. - The location was excellent. We had a slight hesitation about not being right in the city center, but the tradeoff for a great house with plenty of space where our group could be together was well worth it! The S2 stop was a 7 minute walk from the house and was super convenient for getting into the city. We didn't take an uber/taxi once during our stay! - Moritz and Janka were super friendly, informative, and flexible. You can't ask for better hosts! I highly recommend a stay here if you are travelling to the great city of Munich and want a comfortable and convenient home base.

We had a great week stay at the location. Three days of business, four days of tourism. It was conveniently located near my meetings, and the train down to the tourist area (and everywhere else in Munich) was within walking distance from the house. The house had a great living room, kitchen, and there were nice rooms on the second and third floor. (I would not recommend this for folks with mobility issues since it has a staircase that is almost a spiral staircase). The room on the third floor bed would have been tight for two people, but was perfect for me, the second floor bedroom was perfect for two. The host was super responsive and let us check in early and stay late at no extra charge. Check out was simple. We received local recommendations, and enjoyed our stay. If you are staying in hot weather, be forewarned that there isn't air conditioning and the third floor can be warm. It ended up being cool, and I was able to open up the windows so it was pleasant.

Einfacher check in per schlüssselbox. Geräumiges Haus, Betten waren bezogen und ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden. Wir waren nur für eine Übernachtung da und sind morgens gleich wieder abgereist. Zur Küchen Ausstattung kann ich daher nichts sagen.

Absolutely loved our stay at Patrick and Sophia’s house. Perfect for our two little girls, easy access to Munich. Enjoyed the park right across the street, the awesome Biergarten, and the very convenient grocery store. If you’re looking for a great family friendly place to stay in Munich, don’t hesitate!

Cornelia's place was absolutely beautiful! Such gorgeous decorations and intimate small touches everywhere. Lots of lovely antiques and small figurines paired with modern fixtures. Cornelia was so friendly and helpful as well! She showed a passion for her home, and that made it even better to stay in a place that is so well loved and cared for by the owner! She showed me around the entire house which really helped, and she has a great book with suggestions for food and places nearby. The home has so much space for a large family or group, and everything in it is new and beautiful! The house has everything you could need from washer/dryer, hairdryer, shampoo, towels, blankets, piano, games, bikes, ping-pong and more! The location of the home is ideal for Starnberg visiting, and the visitors center in town can provide a map with additional city features and hikes to take. It was a perfect location for our family, and we will definitely be back! I highly recommend this home!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche bei Annemarie verbracht! Ein tolles Ferienhaus, liebevoll hergerichtet, blitzesauber und gemütlich. Die Kinder haben das Kinderzimmer und die vielen Spielmöglichkeiten im Hof und im Garten geliebt. Schöner großer Balkon, tolle Terrasse, die Schafe haben uns regelmäßig besucht. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge an den Waginger See oder in die Alpen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und Annemarie und Martin sind ganz herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Katharina has a nice place in a good location and is very responsive. The fact that this seems to be her primary residence makes it a bit difficult at times to know what you can and cannot use, but she was a very reasonable and understanding person when miscommunication occurred.

Alles so, wie beschrieben. Gute Lage, sehr hilfreiche Kommunikation. Kommen gerne wieder!
