This was the second time I stayed here. Everything was perfect just like the first time. Jeff does a great job keeping good care of the house and it is always full of anything you need for your stay 10/10 recommend

We enjoyed our stay very much. The guest house was exactly as described. The location is perfect for visiting and enjoying beautiful Keuka Lake and its surrounding area. There are many nice wineries close by if that's something you're interested in. Joe was very kind to deliver his farm fresh eggs straight to the refrigerator after we asked him about buying a dozen (at a very reasonable price). Make sure to take advantage of the eggs. We especially liked the well-stocked kitchen which made it easy to prepare meals. Joe is an excellent host...not intrusive but available and super helpful if you have a question.

Beautiful home in a peaceful, private location. We were so comfortable and felt right at home! The large open concept kitchen and living room were perfect for family cooking and visiting. Incredibly comfortable reclining couches in the living room. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evening, in the screened in gazebo. Perfect Airbnb for a fall get away! It was to placement to be there we went to can back it’s a beautiful place thank you so much I recommend this place if you want to have peace and relax with your family or friends ❤️

Loved the deer roaming right in the yard and nearby field each morning and evening. Incredibly comfortable home and furnishings. Being able to use the hot tub was one of the reasons we chose this place. We can only say great things about this place and hope to stay in the future! Thank you for being a great host!!

Dustin’s place was very clean, just as the description said. A great place to stay if you’re in the Wellsville area.

This was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at. The area was so serene and picturesque we almost skipped touring some vineyards to hang out on the back porch. We enjoyed cozy nights by the small propane fireplace and stunningly colorful mornings by the dock watching the sun and mist rise over Waneta Lake. The property was clean, warm, and well-taken care of and the coffeemaker, souvenir trinkets, and kayaks were a really nice touch. 10/10 would stay again!

Agree with other reviewers - better on the inside than outside. Clean, comfortable. Just down the street from the main site with multiple cabins, the office, and direct creek access. Will consider staying at one of those cabins next time.

We had a fantastic time at Jim and Nancy’s place. There were detailed labels and instructions for all of the lighting, switches, and amenities in the house which made it very easy to get comfortable and familiar as soon as we arrived. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were well stocked with everything you could need to feel right at home. We enjoyed relaxing by the gas fireplace and being able to look out the back windows to wildlife enjoying the bird feeders. There were suggestions in the breakfast nook for things to do nearby. We ended up checking out Martin’s pantry which was absolutely delicious. Nancy was thoughtful and quick to respond, and helped make for an overall great relaxing weekend getaway
