Our stay was an absolute slice of paradise! The place was beautifully designed, spotless, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The peaceful surroundings and thoughtful touches made it feel like a true retreat. Highly recommend—can’t wait to come back!

Hosts were welcoming, informative, friendly, and answered any questions I had including restaurant recommendations. Very nice common areas inside and out. Great breakfast in the morning.

Our stay was fantastic, the location is great and directly next to the police station / hospital (which came in handy when one of us got food poisoning midway through the trip). There are a ton of restaurants and supermarkets that are walkable and city center/downtown is a 15-20 min walk. The grounds were beautiful, normally once you see the Airbnb in person, you realize the pictures make it look better than what it really is but this was the first Airbnb I stayed in where the Airbnb was better than the photos. We also assumed the pools in the photos in front of the units would be off limits (and only used by the people staying in those units) but those are available for everyone staying at Xalet! The sauna wasn’t working, that was the only negative.

Florencia really did help us so much- she was so communicative and responded so quickly. She even helped us secure a private tour that was the highlight of the trip.

Mantaray Tulum is pure magic! From the moment we stepped onto the property, we were blown away. The welcoming, attentive staff set the tone for an unforgettable experience, while the stunning views, endless activities, and incredible cuisine elevated our short getaway into something truly special. Imagine stepping out of your room and diving right into adventure, whether it’s kayaking, snorkeling, paddleboarding, or simply watching pelicans gracefully dive for fish. Every moment felt like a dream come to life. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. And the food- oh, the food! We stayed for four days and didn’t feel the need to eat anywhere else. Every dish was a masterpiece. Each meal became a highlight of our trip. If you’re looking to truly disconnect from the world and reconnect with what matters, Mantaray is the perfect sanctuary. A huge thank you to Matias and the entire team for creating such a special place. We’re already planning our return!

I absolutely love staying here! It truly feels like a home away from home. The location is ideal – just 10 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes into town, so you get the best of both worlds. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, and I’ve felt so happy and comfortable throughout my stay. While it would be nice to have a few more shops or restaurants within walking distance, it’s super easy to get around by bike, scooter, or car – so it hasn’t been an issue at all. I honestly can’t fault a thing and would absolutely stay here again!
