Villa Maria was as beautiful as the pictures, it was extremely clean and uncluttered. The location was really handy as we were far from the noise but close to the action. Lidia was a great host and extremely responsive. We had issues with the WiFi when we arrived and she immediately worked on finding a solution and having it resolved. The pool was beautiful with the amazing views and heated to perfection! We will definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa! The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Tenerife. The warm welcome we received upon arrival made us feel right at home. The villa itself was spacious, with large, comfortable bedrooms and was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. One tip: we highly recommend requesting the pool to be heated—it was such a treat to relax in warm water after a day of sightseeing. The views from the rooftop were stunning and added to the overall charm of the place. The responsiveness of the host was outstanding—any messages we sent were answered promptly, and when we needed an engineer for a minor issue, it was organized quickly and efficiently. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Tenerife!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und konnten wunderbar entspannen. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig gelegen, mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf die Umgebung und das Meer. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und gepflegt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Ita empfangen, die uns alles auf dem Grundstück gezeigt. Ein idyllischer Ort an dem wir gerne länger geblieben wären! Vielen Dank :)

what a beautiful house, beyond our expectations. I can't explain how all of the wonderful details in the house make such an unforgettable stay. Rossana you go the extra mile like no other. A beautiful basket of fresh fruit, cava, chocolates, drinks in the fridge, and so much more. makeup remover and pads, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. I could go on. Rossana was delightful, amazing communication aswell. Thankyou for a wonderful stay. we will definitely be back . Thankyou for our stay in your beautiful, wonderful home.

Lovely villa, nice and clean. Well stocked kitchen. Incredible views. Great pool. Igor was a friendly and responsive host. Would have been nice to have more than 2 sunbeds, but otherwise no complaints. We even had a generous welcome pack on arrival.

Eine wunderschöne Oase, mit viel Liebe angelegt und eingerichtet. Diese Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum: Blick auf den Ocean und den Teide! Der Innenraum ist geschmackvoll, man hat alles was man braucht und fühlt sich sofort wohl und willkommen. Die Details der Außenanlage: z.b. große Terrasse mit Grill, beheizbarer Whirlpool und erfrischendes Tauchbecken lassen wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Mit dem Auto sind es kurze Wege zu Supermärkten, Restaurants und Cafés. Susana ist eine Gastgeberin wie man sie sich wünscht: sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Sie hat uns in diesem Urlaub die schönsten Tage auf der Insel beschert. Wir haben uns schon jetzt vorgenommen wiederzukommen!

Wir haben für eine Gruppe von sieben Freunden eine private Unterkunft mit eigenem Pool, Sicht auf den Sonnenuntergang und viel Platz gesucht - und haben all das bei Sergey gefunden. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön gestaltet mit mediterranen Pflanzen und verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten im Schatten und in der Sonne. Einzig hätten wir uns noch eine größere Anzahl von Sonnenliegen gewünscht. Es war ruhig und wir konnten perfekt entspannen. Im Inneren des Hauses war alles wie beschrieben, sehr schön war hier das Wohnzimmer mit einer verglasten Südseite und fantastischem Blick über die Insel. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dieses besondere Airbnb buchen!

This villa provided us more than we were looking for and more than we expected. Spacious, comfortable, easily accommodates 8 adults, great pool and jacuzzi, clean, easy to park, kids friendly, several places to relax outside by the pool or in the huge roof terrace. And once you meet the owner in person you understand exactly why the villa is so functional - built with love, built for family not for renting, and built by an extremely nice guy - Javier, the owner himself. Few things you will need to learn on the fly: how to operate the highly sophisticated induction plate and figure out which light switch controls which light 🙂 The villa sits in a very peaceful area, no disturbance but neighbors, traffic, restaurants. Great sea view from the terrace, 4-min walking distance to the beach... Highly recommended!!!

Wonderful place in a quiet area and nice neigborhood. Short way to the small city - just 5 minutes to the nearest shop, restaurant, coffe...A house good for family. Just be careful with bigger cars - it´s a bit tricky to get right infront of the house (which is mostly necessary with a lot of baggage and toddlers). But there is a near parking lot and a 150m pathwalk to get directly to the house. Super helpful guy and absolutely clean and worth-every-euro place.

La maison est extraordinaire, les équipements, chambres et salles de bain. Tout était parfait. On pouvait profiter des différentes terrasses et d'une vue mer magnifique. je recommande à 200%.

Super endroit pour se détendre, magnifique vue depuis la piscine, le logement est très bien décoré, l’hôte est très amical et réactif. À part l’eau chaude pour la douche qui ne fonctionnait pas quand nous y étions, nous n’avons manqué de rien tout était parfait! Nous y retournerons volontiers à l’avenir si nous avons l’occasion de revenir à Tenerife. :)

Mogę naprawdę polecić to miejsce. Dom jest nowy, czysty, z wszystkimi niezbędnymi sprzętami. Gospodarz jest miły, komunikatywny i chętny do pomocy. Basen jest czysty, woda podgrzewana chociaż wciąż lekko chłodna o tej porze roku. Dom jest zlokalizowany w odległości krótkiego spaceru od restauracji i sklepów. Jedynym minusem były budowy obok domu. Ale nie przeszkadzało nam to wielce. Mogę wszystkim polecić to miejsce.

Wonderful place for our family gathering of 10 adults. Brilliant heated pool and games ; pool, darts, table tennis kept us entertained. Best equipped kitchen I’ve ever had in a rental. Host Mark super helpful and responsive when we had a minor electrical issue. Also helped recommend restaurants and taxi service.

Wat een geweldig huis! Heel luxe en modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Prachtige slaapkamers met allemaal een eigen badkamer, een heerlijke keuken met woonkamer en natuurlijk een geweldig dakterras met een fantastisch uitzicht op La Gomera. Supermarkt en bakker dichtbij en aan het einde van het straatje een prachtige kustlijn en leuke boulevard. De host is super, reageert snel op vragen en is heel vriendelijk. Top! Voor ons zeker een huis om te onthouden, misschien komen we nog wel eens terug.

The villa is absolutely beautiful. The first thing we noticed as we entered was how clean & fresh it smelled. It is very spacious & extremely well equipped. It had everything we needed & more & was better than described; the villa felt like home from home with plenty of space to chill both in & out. The views at the back were amazing… the mountains to the left, the sea to the right & the beautiful golf course in between. The sunrises were wonderful to watch. The area itself is fairly quiet (minus the planes which you do get used to). My son & his friend ventured out most evenings to the San Blas area. We ate out at the local Irish pub a few times which was great & excellent value, & also caught the bus to Los Cristianos a couple of times. The small supermarkets which are a 5 minute walk away had everything we needed. George’s communication is great & he’s a wonderful host. He has made this a great first Airbnb experience for us! Thank you!

The communication before our stay was great, Aneta even sent photos of the cot so we could check it was suitable for a 2yo toddler. Tony sent very clear directions for driving to the property, and he stayed late on a Saturday evening to let us into the property and show us around. The welcome pack was thoughtful given our late arrival! The villa was exactly as described and in the photos, and was spotlessly clean throughout. We had a linen change after 7 days. The astroturf around the pool prevented slips as no wet tiles - but it does get very hot underfoot! There were more than enough loungers, and a large sun umbrella which could be moved around as needed. Also an electric sun canopy over the outside table. The underground parking and gated front entry made it feel very safe. There are a few small shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. There is a big supermarket in nearby Siam Mall. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it for a relaxing holiday.

Comfortable house, very clean, walkable to a beach, a grocery and some restaurants. Well situated for visiting by car various touristic places like Teide, natural pools, beaches, etc. My family ( two parents, four young adults) really enjoyed the new outside area, specially its nice couch and large dinning table where we had all our al fresco meals! The rooftop offers very beautiful views of the ocean and mountains. We also enjoyed the heated swimming pool, comfortably warm for this time of the year where the evenings are colder. Šárka is a very kind host, responding well and making sure her house feels like home by extra attentions to it. We all recommend this house for a very pleasant stay! Manon & family

Group of ten stayed at Marie Teresa's villa for a golf trip. Loads of space to move around in so we were never on top of each other, and the suntrap courtyard/pool area was outstanding. It really is a big villa, and the large gated parking area was perfect as we had three rental cars with us. Could it be improved? Yes. Some updating is required for it to be a truly standout property but value and location were absolutely perfect for our needs, and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

House was just as described. Very clean and had everything you needed for a short or long stay. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were lovely and very well lit. Host was very friendly and quick to respond to questions and flexible with checking out time. TV had Amazon,Netflix and loads of other channels. Garden was sun trap, pool was lovely but sun beds could do with some pads on them as a little uncomfortable without. Area was perfect for us but if you want nightlife this is the wrong place as it’s fairly residential and you will have to get a taxi into playa America’s which will cost around 18 euros each way. Taxis were very hard to get apart from on Saturday. I can definitely recommend this place and would stay here again myself as it’s lovely and very good value 😎

We had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa as a family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils you need and the pool is just great. I would suggest hiring a car if you wish to explore Costa Adeje but supermarkets, restaurants etc is just a short walk away. The area is peaceful with a great view of the ocean. My children loved it and did not want to leave!
