We have stayed in many apartments on the island and this was one of our favourites. It is well equipped and the accommodation created a fantastic atmosphere. It is surrounded by fantastic amenities and great bus links. Everything is within easy walking distance and those with mobility challenges will appreciate the absence of steps. There is (understandably) some road noise. Although I am used to a quiet environment I found the background noise relaxing. Especially the church bells. The pool, surroundings and communal areas are pristine, relaxing and quiet. I loved the warm pool and relaxing environment. Our host went above and beyond to help with anything. We arrived very late to be met with such kindness and hospitality. It started the holiday perfectly.

Arturo communicated well very quickly answered my queries. The apartment was spotless. The bed was lovely and comfortable. It's in a fab location easy access to all pubs restaurants and the beach. Terry and I would come back and use the apartment again loved it. 😊 😊 😊

well we had only hoped Alessandra place would be a good as it looked on her listing. But it worked out way better than we had anticipated. The place was spotless and very well organized. The balcony had everything you would want or need. it was so big that you could catch sun pr shade for most of the day..The view from above was amazing and the complex was very quiet.we tried to swim i the heated pool at least once a day. there is a small grocery store close and an assortment of restaurants all in walking distant the apartment itself was perfect for our needs and the beds were comfortable. Two fans in thr living room and bedroom kept the place cool at night. also Alessandra met us at checkin ( sorry for keeping you waiting as we fly in to North airport) but she explained everything and was very patient and complete on showing us everything we may need to know.. we would not hesitate to stay in Alessandras place again if we are lucky enough to visit Tenerife again.

. Beautiful apartment very clean and tidy. Kitchen well equipped with dishwasher. A shower room with toilet washing machine and en-suite bathroom were added luxury. Lounge area very comfortable .A lovely view of the sea and gorgeous sunsets from the terrace and roof space which had outside furniture to use . Complex very close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. As I was staying alone for a while here I felt very safe. It was quiet with beautiful swimming pools to enjoy surrounded by well kept gardens. Palm-Mar is a true find ….I will return.

Perfect stay. Check-in was seamless despite arriving early. The apartment is well equipped and was spotlessly clean. Great terraces that get the sun most of the day and are well furnished. Good communication with Tom throughout. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great location, just a short walk to the beach. There is a parking area nearby where I always found a spot. The host was attentive and very friendly. Highly recommended!

we (gezin met twee kinderen van 4 en 1 jaar) hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in Palm Mar. De accomodatie heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, ook voor de kinderen een kinderstoel, bedje, beddengoed, zelfs schepjes voor op het strand. Locatie was perfect en goed om met de auto overal te komen. 100 sterren voor Yves en graag tot ziens!

Nous avons passés notre première moitié de séjour dans ce très bel appartement qui correspond en tout point à la description fournie et malheureusement nous avons changé de logement... Si c'était à refaire nous aurions aimé rester chez Dahiana ou trouver un appartement similaire dans une autre partie de l' Île.

Tatiana ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber, der Ausblick von der Terrasse phänomenal. Tatiana war sehr hilfsbereit und die Wohnung verfügt über alles was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Danke, das du uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm gemacht hast.

Sabine was extremely helpful and responsive. The apartment is in a very quiet area which we liked and has a beautiful view to wake up to every morning. There are restaurants and minimarkets just 2 minutes walk away. We rented a car and parking was always easy to find. Thank you for hosting and taking care of us Sabine during our trip.

The apartment is in a perfect location. The pool is amazing and the space in the apartment is great. The apartment has everything you need. Plenty of parking in the area and easy to access the rest of the island. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool area was heavenly and the area has lots of restaurants, bars, shops and beaches. Absolutely perfect accommodation! Would 100% come back and 100% recommend the apartment!

The flat was excellent for our needs and great value for money. We made use of the pool. All necessary facilities including bars and restaurants are close at hand. Some of the excursions were very good value, especially the wine tour. Watch out fully paradise excursions which is very cheap but starts with a long presentation on wool bedding. It was actually good timing for us and we did buy a full set on offer.! Alexandra was a great host and communications were friendly and constructive. All in all this was a great break for us.

The villa is perfect for winding down and relaxing. The views are stunning and the place is situated in a very quiet and calm neighborhood. Sunset from the poolside was a dream! Great value, we had a lovely few days there. The WiFi wasn’t great whilst we were there but it didn’t bother us enough to raise as an issue as it was nice to shut off in such peaceful surroundings. Kitchen was well equipped and views from the bedroom were dreamy. Thanks Gustavo!

Es war sehr schön. Die Anlage gut gepflegt mit einen wunderschönen Pool und Ausblick unbezahlbar 🤩 Der Sohn war sehr freundlich und kam schnell wenn was nicht ging. Das Problem wurde schnell aufgehoben. Auf jeden Fall ein Geheim Tipp 😉 es lohnt sich alle mal! Sehr empfehlenswert.

Dominque was the perfect host, providing a super clean apartment with all the amenities you could want. He gave great recommendations for the local area and assisted us with any questions we had. We can't wait to return.

Beau studio bien meublé et très bien équipé. Vue spectaculaire sur la mer, les vagues et la côte. Exposition Nord donc en hiver lever du soleil vers 10h (dû à la situation au pied d'une très haute falaise) mais pas de soleil sur le balcon ni dans le studio. Endroit tranquille (à part le chant des vagues). Le resto ferme à 19h et 2 jours/sem. Épicerie sur place. Suivant la saison fermeture des 2 possible. Plusieurs restos et petite épicerie à 20 min à pied. Tous commerces et restos en ville ( 25 min en bus ). 1 ligne de bus, arrêt à 30 m. Cadence env. toutes les 2h entre 9-20.30h. L'hôte est d'une très grande gentillesse et très serviable.
