Maison Marvel is handy to Britomart shopping and restaurants, the ferries to Devonport and Waiheke, and a short pleasant walk through Albert Park to the Art Gallery, University and the Queen St movies. If you have a car, you're close to the Southern and Western Highway on-ramps for day trips out of the city. These factors more than make up for the immediate neighbourhood, which is fairly ordinary. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need, and Kane is a responsive, generous host. I'd happily recommend it to anyone needing a base for a stay in Auckland.

Love the the look and feel of the place, they have kept the heritage and this is delightful. The view over the river at night is also lovely.

Sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Rebecca und ihr Mann managen den Komplex mit mehreren Ferienwohnungen. Parken im Innenhof inbegriffen. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Über den Ort muss man wissen, dass er an einem Hafen liegt, zum Ohope Beach muss man fahren.

What a great base to explore National Park. This is not a “professional” Airbnb but their vocational home and it feels Ike one. This is a very nice surprise vs 100s of faceless Airbnb locations which. Everything was clean, kitchen was stacked. We can confirm that outdoor hot tub is there and operational. We did not use it but the water was hot and views were nice. The only small issue: no shampoo, only body soap ( or we did not find it). Not a big deal as we had some but was surprising given how stocked the house is. Thank you Debbie for letting us stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here in beautiful Waihi! the location is very central, a short 2 min walk to the beach at the end of the street. We had 6x adults and loved that it was dog friendly so were able to bring our 2x dogs. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The large deck area was also great, it was a perfect fit! Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay at a classic kiwi batch by the beach!

We had the pleasure of staying at this warm Airbnb that is hosted by Jeremy and Miranda. When we first arrived, we were in awe. It felt like we actually live there. Jeremy and Miranda went above and beyond as the villa provided necessities. The property itself was beautifully maintained with firewood to kick away the cold. Their hospitable instructions to keep their property maintained was no bugger. It was simple instructions as to what parents tell you to do something. The three bedrooms made my three big boys at home. They did not want to leave as the beds were very comfortable to the point they slept in lol. It shows that they care about their guests and we look forward to coming back here. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a cozy and welcoming stay.

Very friendly and welcoming host. lovely apartment, ideal base for exploring rotorua and surrounding area. Would definitely stay again. Appreciated the extra touches such as toys and high chair for our infant.

This was by far one of the best airbnbs I've stayed in not just because of the central location of the beautiful house, but primarily because of the awesomeness of the host Brenda. She is extremely accomodating and helpful. She was available whenever I texted. Her house is located centrally and is better than how it is described. It has partial bay view, and is even taller than the nearby hotels. Super convenient paid parking available within the building if requested beforehand. Walkable from Lambton Quay. If this airbnb is available, go ahead and book without any doubt.

Sky Blue is a great place to stay. The condo is bright, extremely spacious, and spotless. The beds are comfortable. The water pressure and hot water are great. The blow dryer works great. The kitchen is fully stocked with beautiful dishes. There’s an espresso machine and French press, we used both. The location is fantastic right down the street from the beach and in the heart of Takapuna Beach full of restaurants and shops. We loved waking up and coming home to sit and relax on the enclosed lanai. The washer and dryer worked fine but are on the small side. The TV works good too. The condo is upstairs but you enter on the ground floor and walk up a set of stairs once inside. We highly recommend Sky Blue.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay! The apartment has everything you need and in a very walkable neighborhood to restaurants and things to do in Wellington. Bed is quite comfortable. Would happily stay here again!

Jenny's place was the perfect location for us to explore the area and we had many options of things to do that were within walking distance great restaurants as well and markets to shop at
