We truly enjoyed our stay, our family get together was so much fun at this house. We used all the toys in the backyard during the day and then played into the night in the game room and media room. The patio was everyone’s favorite spot to hang out, cook on the grill and eat. We even used the fire pit to do s’mores one night and the weather was perfection. This home had plenty of towels for the pool and the inside bathrooms. Honestly even our Doodle was having the time of her life outside making friends with squirrels. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone with a group of 8 to 10 people no problem with space at all. The rooms and beds are all very comfortable. The neighbors have a cute rooster that we could barely hear but when I did hear it, I loved it 🥰. We spent one day at Indian Rock Beach, small but beautiful sunsets. We also went to John’s pass and Pass a Grille beach both were fun to bar hop and snack and on appetizers.

Mindy’s place was a cool beachy getaway Mindy is a great host and very responsive and accommodating We loved the location only 3 miles to the beach The neighborhood is very nice and we felt safe. We loved the cleanleness, the beach vibe decor The outdoor area is a fun oasis with a nice gas grill, a great seating area even an outdoor fire pit. It was fully stocked with everything you will need. We loved how walkable the area was and the pinellas Trail is only 2 miles away for great cycling This is a great place to rent you will not be disappointed

The accommodation was perfectly suited for all the members of our family. We had a great time at this house. She is very available and very kind.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Filip and Magdalena’s beautiful house. They went out of their way to be great hosts. It was the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had and are happy to give it 5 stars! The house was spotless, spacious and had every amenity we needed and some. We were in town for a swim meet and whatever time we had at the house was very relaxing and pleasant. We don’t have a single complaint. It really made a difference and we’ll be sure to return next summer! You won’t regret staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

Nice, local feel. 2 restaurants within walking distance. 1 heated pool and 1 not heated pool. The pools are only open dawn to dusk. Balcony lights stay on all night and security is noted frequently around the properties. Room is quaint, simple, with basic amenities. We would stay here again. There were 2 pool towels, beach chairs, and sand toys available, which were appreciated and used. The area is quiet and family friendly.

Overall, we had a great stay! The check-in instructions seem overwhelming when you first see them, but he walks you through them step-by-step + in the end it wasn’t bad at all. He was extremely responsive, helpful + accommodating. He was quick to address any issues we had. The location is great, right above Whole Foods + next to cute restaurants and shops! The only down side is that the walls are kind of thin and we could hear the neighbors music at times. Regardless, I’d definitely recommend staying here!
