Ferienunterkünfte in Split

We liked this place very much , it was very cosy and it has felt like a home. Our kids very also very happy to find big box full with toys 😃 Perfect stay !

We really enjoyed our stay at Miljenko's house. The location was great: 15 mins to the beach and 10 mins to the city center by walk. The house was located in a residential area so it was very quiet and peaceful, far from the parties held in the city or on the boats. As well the grocery store Ribola was just 3 mins away where you can buy all you need for cooking. The host was super friendly and helpful, brought us coffee

WOW what a beautiful apartment! Pictures can’t really do any justice to how lovely this place is located. 20 steps from bed to beach should say it all. The apartment was very comfortable, having everything you need. Also the split design was very nice, having a separate sleeping/dinner area. The beach was also very nice, not too crowded and very enjoyable on the beds provided by the host. Bibijana is a very kind woman who took wonderful care of everything. She communicated very clear and fast, and her English and German are very good. Without traffic it’s just 10 minutes to the city center of Split. My stay at this beautiful apartment was fantastic! The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, stylish, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can't wait to come back! Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette belle maison pour notre voyage de noces et avons passé un magnifique séjour! Josipa a été très accueillante et bienveillante. La maison était comme sur la description avec la vue mer et les pieds dans l’eau! Tout était propre et bien entretenu et le lit très confortable. La maison est bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Une boulangerie se trouve à moins d’une minute à pied ce qui est très agréable et pratique pour les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse ou dans la cuisine. Nous recommandons ce logement et nous y reviendrons à coup sûr!

We had a lovely time here. The apartment is lovely, modern and airy and provided everything we needed for our short stay. Nearby is a good selection of restaurants and the beach. Viktorija was friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our stay so welcoming. Would recommend .

Location was close to Old Town (10 minute walk). Safe area, good restaurants, bus station and grocery store near by.

Die Unterkunft von Daniel ist sehr schön und der Gastgeber ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.Wir waren sehr früh in Split und haben trotz der frühen Ankunft die Möglichkeit bekommen unsere Sachen sicher abzustellen und konnten früher einchecken als angegeben.Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können den Gastgeber sowie die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.Danke!

Perfect stay in a great location! All attractions were within walking distance, which is a huge advantage for those who want to make the most of their visit. The old town is just a 5-minute walk away, the Riva is also very close, and most importantly – parking was provided! The accommodation was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host is a great guy – friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore as much as possible at a great price without worrying about transportation, as everything is within reach!
