Very nice, and cozy spot in the middle of Tahoe. Short scooter ride to Heavenly Village. Beaches are a 2 minute walk as well. Brett was very communicative and accomplished to what we needed. I would definitely be staying again. The room was perfect for my family of 3, clean and had a great pool and activity center for my little one. 5 stars!

I had an incredible month + stay at Christy’s cottage. From the moment I arrived, Christy was exceptionally welcoming, flexible, and a fantastic communicator. She goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. The cottage itself was immaculate—the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever checked into! It was well-equipped with everything I needed, making it feel like a true home away from home. Although it's attached to her house, there is no shared entry and Christy is very respectful of privacy. The location is perfect—close to skiing (and the lake for summer!), grocery stores, restaurants, and the Stateline casinos, with easy and convenient parking. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The apartment was great and conveniently located to make it a short drive into town and about 20 minutes to Northstar. We encountered a small fire nearby and a power outage and the hosts handled it wonderfully!! Overall great stay.

This is my third year staying at Jennelle and Steve's. It's a wonderful place. They have made the space very cozy with an excellent heater, a Nespresso machine with hot chocolate, access to a fully equipped kitchen, and a microwave and frig in the room. It's a short drive to NORTHSTAR and Truckee. Did I mention the hot tub and their new sauna? The best part is Jennelle and Steve. They're welcoming, friendly, always caring, and helpful. I had to cut my trip short, and I hope I can rebook again this year or certainly next year. Oh, their dogs, Bruno and Beverly, are wonderful, too!

This is a first level unit which typically I don’t particularly enjoy, but space was very cozy,(bed was especially comfortable), spacious, and the unit got a good amount of light during the day. Kitchen was equipped with pretty much everything needed for a longer term stay. Location is very good — short walk to a local beach with lake view, 5 min drive from downtown Tahoe City (also has a stunning lake view) and 20 min drive to Palisades ski resort. All in all I think this unit is a very good value and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved staying here. Great location within Incline Village. Both Leo and Kathy were very welcoming and accommodating. I would highly recommend their place and plan to visit again in the winter.

We love Jeanette's place so much this is the third time we have booked a stay. It is cozy and perfect. We will definitely be back again next year!

Due to a scheduling mixup I needed a place to stay just for one night. Filipp's place was available and he responded right away. The place was just perfect and walking distance to all the government buildings. It was perfectly clean and the bed was super comfy. I would definitely stay again.

Tao was able to provide plates, cups, and other utensils so we could feel at home. Overall felt like a great experience if you don't mind the walk down the stairs to get to the place. Left my car in the garage so it was out of the street.

Dale was a fantastic host with a beautiful home. The price was perfect for the space. We stayed with Dale to spend a few days snow boarding on Mt Rose, a short 15 minutes drive from his location. The amenities were very nice and relaxing with the hot tub and sauna. when we left and realized someone had left a pair of glasses behind, Dale offered to mail them back to us. Very kind and welcoming overall.

Great hostess, she had treats there for us. There were games we could play & perfectly close to South Lake Tahoe tourist area, less than 10 minute drive. Comfy bed, pillows and sheets. That is always a plus. Had a grand time.

Had a wonderful stay at this centrally located Airbnb in Kings Beach. Jeremy was a great host, very accommodating with prompt and easy communication. The home was spacious and clean with a fully equipped kitchen for making meals at home. The bed is large and super comfortable and the shower had excellent high water pressure. There is access to trails close by and beautiful Lake Tahoe is just down the street. Highly recommend!

Alyona and Bradley's place was amazing! Super clean, beautifully furnished, comfortable and a fantastic location! Close to Heavenly, Whole Foods, the gondola, all of it. The hot tub was fantastic and the hosts were very helpful & responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Suzanne's place for three nights recently and we loved it! The place is exactly like the pictures--very clean, all three bedrooms are in perfectly clean condition, the parking is right in front and easy, the entry instructions are super easy, the backyard is humongous. The biggest perk is probably the location--the charming home is very close to the main hustle and bustle town close to Heavenly. There's even a free shuttle to and from Heavenly that does drop offs and pickups probably 0.1 mile from the house--so convenient! Even though the place is close to restaurants, it's extremely quiet and we never had an issue with noise (a very important point if you're traveling with napping toddlers!). We highly recommend this place if you're looking for a squeaky-clean and comfortable home close to Heavenly!

Kara’s place was just right for our family of five (two elementary school age boys, who got the bunk beds, and a 6-month old infant). The place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Only thing we noticed was a bit of an old-wood odor, but once we opened up the windows, it dissipated. Was beautiful to wake up to sun glittering on the water in the keys. Wish we had taken advantage of the kayak! Oh, and we saw a bear walking through the neighborhood, so be sure to be situationally aware!

This place gave us everything we needed and was very close to the Hyatt where my family was. Was well enough stocked and had ample parking spaces. I’d come back.

We can’t thank you enough for accommodating us. Our family loved this spot and I really appreciated your understanding and hospitality. I loved that you had everything we needed for a family and even for the baby. The coffee and tea bar was great, everything worked and was clean. Parking was so easy and available. The kids had an awesome time and there was plenty of room for all six of us! Plus our puppy!

The place was as described and it was a great location to ski at Kirkwood. We enjoyed our stay and fully recommend.

This place is great for 1-2 people and dogs! It’s so close to a trail to the Nevada Beach and less than 10 minutes to Nevada or California parking for Heavenly. The showers do not get hot, just lukewarm, which was a little frustrating, but manageable. Would definitely stay here again.
