My first time using Airbnb & I don't regret it at all. The place was exactly as described and as shown in images. It's perfect if you're looking for a place to relax and chill without travelling too much. Beach & the supermarket are just opposite. Wine shop right next to the house. A few steps away you have a juice and snacks centre. Clifford who's the shop owner next to the house was really kind and helpful. And Mr. Marshal who coordinated the whole check in etc. too was kind, helpful. He made the check in & out and the entire stay seamless.

Blue Palm C-11 Villa is a charming and peaceful property, just a stone's throw away from the market, restaurants, and beaches, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is clean and well-maintained, with a polite and helpful caretaker always ready to assist. We had four toddlers with us, so a fully functional kitchen was essential, and it felt just like home. The rooms were nice, and the spacious living room could easily accommodate 7-8 people for relaxing and chatting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the C-11 Villa.

We had a wonderful time at this accommodation and decided to extend our stay! The room is exactly as described: very cozy and clean, which creates a comfortable atmosphere. The proximity to the beach is especially delightful—it’s just perfect for relaxation. The staff also deserves special praise: they are always ready to help and make our stay even more enjoyable.

Very friendly and welcoming family where I immediately felt good. the surroundings are green and peaceful end the beach is in 15- 20 minutes walk. Thomas and Gina recommended me nice places for massage, dining and shipping. What can a traveller's expect more? 😀

A friend and I stayed for four nights at Karl's wonderful house near Cansaulim beach. The family was very warm and welcoming, the room was super fresh and the area was incredibly calm and beautiful. Warmly recommend staying here!

I had an amazing time there. Great place if you r visiting with your friends and are on a budget. The beach is so close to the place. Even the flea markets and everything was very convenient. If i ever visit goa again I know where I’m staying

It was a home away from home. Cozy. Aayson was very responsive welcomed us. We loved the home, enjoyed the front yard with birds chirping and no disturbance. Thank you Aayson and family.

It's a great stay - the furniture and interiors are done well and kept very clean. Govind, the caretaker was very helpful and proactive with his responses. Location is also perfect - peaceful environment and close to Colva beach.

The property was lovely. It was huge property - 3 large bedrooms with spacious sitout area on both side of house. It is old but modern house, with all modern amenities - fully functional kitchen, geyser, washing machine etc. Only challenge is there is hardly any network in the house. Darryl had warned us about this. He helped with the internet connection and that was very useful to make phone calls. Darryl himself doesn't live in the property. But he was always just a call away. Very responsive host. It was great time at the property.

Amazing place!! I think the caretaker also really helped us in getting any help like booking car or suggesting nearby places ..

Great stay. Very homely. Quaint location. Very friendly host. Few things that could've been handled better but didn't deserve removing a star from: 1. It is listed as an entire property in airbnb but the description says you'll have access to only the first floor of the villa. Which is only accessible by stairs and is a dealbreaker for people with accessibility needs. 2. One room doesn't have an AC, which depending on the weather may be needed. 3. One room had a leaking AC. But since we checked in late at night, it wasn't possible to call a repairman. But the host was upfront about communicating and helping mitigate the issue.

Vijay hosted us in his home for 4 nights and he's been one of the best hosts I've ever experienced. He was just a knock away for any of our needs, respected our privacy and made great conversation. Bella Polonia is a beautiful and spacious villa where our family of 4 felt right at home. The bathrooms, kitchen and linens were very clean and the beach is just 7-8 minutes walking distance. The kitchen supplies were all up for grabs. The entrance makes for great photos and the location was quite convenient for us. There are taxi services nearby and Vijay was also very helpful with resources. I would definitely recommend and revisit.

Great Property Nice Service Good Privacy Space for Parking Overall nothing to criticize about

Lenny's place has a distinct charm. Firstly he has done amazing job in maintaining his 100 yrs old inherited property. We felt so comfortable the moment we checked-in. The place was equipped with all amenities and made our 4 day trip in south Goa quite relaxing and peaceful. Lenny very articulately described the location and made us familiar with the place, nearby supermarts, places to visit, beaches to explore. The place also had strong internet connectivity via wifi provided there. We never came across with any issues related to electricity or water supply. Thankyou Lenny for the wonderful hosting. We shall definitely recommend the place to friends and family for their Goa plans.
