Fabulous home for a big group wanting a private space to hang out. Lots of large communal spaces to bring but also lots of spaces to relax individually. Loved the modern decor. very comfy large lounge room with fireplace. perfect back courtyard with multiple picnic benches. great large indoor dining table too. fire pit. close to venus Bay for a beach walk (i don't advise swimming due to rips). Amy was super responsive also. Would definitely consider again for future extended family gatherings!

Just like a beach house should be. Quirky and confident. Surrounded by nature. Everything you need with a lovely new bathroom. We had a great stay.

A nice quiet getaway amongst a beautiful bush setting. The guest house was well appointed with great attention to detail but importantly it felt truly comfortable and homely for such a short stay. The hosts were very inviting, accommodating and lovely to deal with. Would certainly recommend this place for those seeking an intimate, peaceful getaway in the area.

Gert house is amazing, beautiful, clean, cosy and in the house is everything that you would need for a perfect holidays, the only cons is that is not many places to buy groceries, and everything close really early, but that is not his fault, is just something to have in mind. We had a really good time in this house, so much much fun and relax. We totally recommend this place for your next holidays

We absolutely adored this place! It is in a beautiful part or Victoria, surrounded by nature, and has everything you need for a relaxing weekend away from Melbourne. We spent a rainy day in, cooking, listening to records, and playing games by the fireplace. Emma's gardens (both front and backyard) are delightful - the outdoor firepit, and hot shower were much appreciated also! We'd love to return one day!

Loved our stay at Sarah's cottage in quiet Venus Bay. Everytime I had a query about something, I just had to look up and Sarah had left a little note on the wall. Very helpful! House had everything we needed and more. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook as Venus Bay does not have a lot of food options. Was not an issues. Also very drivable to Inverloch. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great Airbnb in a beautiful location where you can truly turn off. Dan was easy to communicate with as well!
