Booked on behalf of a third party who had a superb stay. The cottage was, in their words, beautiful and had all they needed. The third party were travelling with a poorly child and Paul had gone out of his way to leave some goodies for the child, which further enhanced their stay. Communication was excellent throughout and I would highly recommend this host.

We had a great stay at James and Becky’s place. The property was as described in the listing. All rooms beautifully presented, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Also had a beautiful garden. James and Becky answered all our enquiries promptly even attaching maps to show distances to various places. Would definitely recommend.

Sally was an incredible host we didn’t have to ask any questions because of the in depth intro! Bo the cat was a delight and such a character (definitely the king of the land) The hot tub made the experience with great surrounding lights & bluetooth. We will 100% be back.

I had a great stay at Leo's place. The property was in excellent condition and matched the photos exactly, with no concerns regarding hygiene. There were some lovely, thoughtful touches around the house, like the selection of reading books, a record player, and even a coffee pod to help you fuel up after your first night, these were much appreciated. The location is fantastic, just minutes away from the center, with restaurants, coffee shops, micro pubs, and landmarks all within walking distance. Despite being so close to the action, the place is on a quiet street, and I barely heard any noise, making it easy to get a restful night’s sleep. I’d recommend a few more coffee mugs, and adding instructions where to find and how to use the thermostat in the guest manual, as it’s not a typical wall mounted one. The check in and communication went seamlessly, and Leo was able to accommodate an early check in for me. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay! Took my girlfriend as a surprise and we loved it. The cabin we stayed in was great it felt warm and cosy, outside we had features along with the lake running through. Dan and Victoria were helpful and friendly, we booked the swim centre as well which I highly recommend. There’s so much to do at the location as well as going out nearby. We only did a night in march but will definitely return in the summer, as far as I’m aware we were the only couple there as there is only two cabins so it felt private. Would highly recommend!
