Kinderfreundliche Ferienunterkünfte in Skiathos

Excellent location in the middle of the old town. A very homely and comfortably furnished apartment. The crown is a large roof terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and the city. The apartment has three floors and a lot of stairs, but the whole city is full of them :). I would come here again and I can recommend this to others as well. Thank you Magdalini, Christina and Yiannis for this experience.

Perfect location, short walk to the port area and centrally located. The home was exactly like the pictures, lived well and our contact was very responsive when we had questions. Given the port/beach community, beach towels would have been nice to have available for guests. Highly recommend this place. Great value!

Beautiful home, wonderful host, PERFECT neighborhood, this is the perfect place if you’re looking to feel tucked away while in the heart of the town. Highly recommend! The home has a well-stocked kitchen, good lighting, comfortable furniture, and pretty village views from each window. It’s within easy walking distance of the sea, many restaurants, and a large supermarket. We stayed for 3 months during the winter and everything was perfect. Our visit was quiet, we had beaches all to ourselves, and we got to know so many wonderful locals. Also the cats in this part of the neighborhood are particularly sweet! Christmas time in Skiathos is truly magical. Oliver was a wonderful host, very responsive, helpful, and kind. We would book with him again in a heartbeat! It was a privilege to stay in this home and I’d recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Skiathos ☺️

We had a wonderful few days here. Sherren has been a very responsive host before and during our stay; meeting us at the ferry port and then giving us helpful ideas for our stay. The apartment is modern but also sympathetic to the Greek culture. The double terrace is very special and we enjoyed some relaxing on the sunloungers on the top terrace for 1st few days. Unfortunately the weather changed for our last couple of days and had some torrential rain. There isn't anywhere to sit inside if this happens; but this was unusual weather and the apartment is exactly as described on Airbnb. Its just something to be aware of and it certainly has not put us off. We will be coming back. The location is fantastic and takes only a few minutes to walk down to the town. Also recommend the Mama Mia bus trip organised by Dolphin. Good value and also informative about Skopelos in general as well as the film stuff.

Vi nød vores ophold i Matas hus i Skiathos. Huset ligger skønt - meget tæt på by, restauranter og seværdigheder, men i en rolig gade. Som et plus har huset en dejlig gårdhave, hvor vi nød at sidde om aftenen. Mata er en virkelig god vært og var hurtig til at sende instruktioner for tjek ind og løbende følge op med anbefalinger og hurtig hjælp - også da vi formåede at låse os selv ude. Oven i hatten blev vi modtaget af hendes far ved tjek ind, der venlig ventede for at tage imod os. Der var ikke meningen, da vi selv bare skulle tjekke ind med nøgleboks. Men det var en fin gestus og dejligt at blive taget godt imod. Skiathos er en skøn ø og skal du besøge den, kan vi varmt anbefale, at du booker et ophold hos Mata. Skal vi til Skiathos igen, booker vi her!

This charming house is perfectly located. Close to everything. The house is cozy and we didn't miss anything. The host and hostess are very nice and helpful. We had a great time in this house. We highly recommend this house.

Sehr hübsches Häuschen, renoviert mit Liebe zum Detail. Sehr gut ausgestattet, schön mit der Terrasse und kleinem Balkon und sehr gute Lage. Man kann das Häuschen sogar ohne Treppen erreichen. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert.

I've had plenty of great hosts, but Theodora is an exceptional host. I felt like she truly cared that we were comfortable (we were) and felt right at home (we did). The house is in a perfect location, on many islands you may not want to be in the Chora, but in Alonyssos it works very well and the town has plenty of moments of complete quiet. It also has plenty of café life nearby which we enjoyed. Thank you, thank you Theodora, we hope to come back to visit some day!

Isidoros war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns sogar vom Hafen abgeholt und sich auch um Kinderausstattung gekümmert. Der Ort Agnontas ist einzigartig und wunderschön. Man kommt direkt zur Ruhe. Das Apartment ist wirklich eine Minute zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt und ist trotzdem ruhig. Ein Mietauto ist auch nicht unbedingt notwendig, da regelmäßig ein öffentlicher Bus die wichtigsten Orte anfährt. Auch der wunderschöne Nachbarstrand Limonari ist in 20-30 zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen wieder!

Eleni made us feel welcome and comfortable for our entire stay. The space was fantastic with a beautiful water view right outside our door. It was so peaceful and quiet. We loved our stay in Skopelos in Eleni’s space!

Can’t recommend Ionnas guest house enough. Breathtaking views, very quiet and relaxing area. Stafylos beach is a short stroll down hill. Stafylos is one of the best beaches in Skopelos! The taverna down the road is also amazing. Highly recommend! I also loved that this location is a short drive from Skopelos Town—which for us was perfect. Skopelos is definitely an island I recommend having a car to get around. Aside from the taverna and the beach canteen there isn’t much else like a supermarket, so be prepared with any supplies you might need. Looking forward to returning and staying in Stafylos :)

Einfaches aber sauberes Appartement, Verkehrslage relativ ruhig da die Hauptstraße hier bald endet, wenn Fenster zu kein störender Lärm von draußen, netter Kontakt am Telefon und vor Ort . Zahlreiche Restaurants in fussläufiger Nähe, Busstation in die Stadt gegenüber, ein Strand fussläufig, viele andere in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar (Auto oder Quad), Supermarkt im Haus Alles in allem ein einwandfreies Urlaubserlebnis für 1 Woche

Flott sted, man kunne gå til stranden, ned til byen og kort vei til supermarkedet. Eneste minuset er at det er endel trafikk som går forbi men det gikk veldig bra.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Athena. Das Apartment war in einer besonders gut gelegen und man konnte alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Wir sind auch Athena sehr für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und fürs Abholen vom Flughafen dankbar! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen. Vielen Dank Athena!

Nice and very central place in lovely Skiathos. A super base for restaurants, shopping, beaches, and close to the harbour. Because of its central location you will hear people and scooters in the evening, but we slept well 😊.

Rania and the accomodation is a true hidden gem. Never on Airbnb have we had such a welcoming, friendly and generous hosts, just like we’ve never seen an apartment looking so clean and well taken care of, including the amazing garden. Whenever we needed help, instructions or even food, Rania was always there to assist us with a smile on her face and as she says- it was her pleasure. She even gave us homemade food, fruit&vegetables from her garden and fresh water. However keep in mind the apartment is quite far from the main road so we definitely recommend renting a car or a motorcycle, the path is well accessible for good drivers. The surroundings are very quiet and there is a lot of options if you want to sit in the garden or sunbathe. We do want to recommend Rania’s accommodation to anyone considering it, as it truly was a perfect experience and felt more like visiting our own family in the countryside. It definitely was not our last stay. Thank you Rania!

🌟 Amazing Stay in Skiathos! 🌟 We just returned from an amazing vacation in Skiathos, and we can’t say enough good things about our stay at Stathis' place! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Stathis was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The accommodations were not only comfortable but also beautifully decorated, and the location was ideal - right next to the port, beaches and Old Town. Stathis also shared some fantastic recommendations for restaurants and activities that really helped us make the most of our time on the island. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re planning a trip to Skiathos, definitely consider staying here. We can’t wait to come back! 🏝️

The accommodation is absolutely amazing! In the perfect location right in the town with a view of the beautiful garden and ocean. The host Magda is so sweet and responsive! Skopelos is so beautiful and we were so thankful to have Magda as a host! Can’t wait to go back!

Die Unterkunft von Maria war ein Traum. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Skopelos - vor allem dank ihrer Wohnung. Die Lage mitten in Skopelos Stadt war super, um alles zu Fuß erkunden zu können. Auf dem kleinen Balkon konnte man den Tag entspannt beginnen und ausklingen lassen und dabei das Treiben auf den Straßen beobachten. Maria hat uns viele tolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt auf der Insel geschickt, hat immer schnell geantwortet bei Fragen und war einfach unfassbar herzlich. Das gilt auch für ihre Eltern, die uns mit unseren Koffern im Regen abgeholt und zur Wohnung gebracht haben. Die Wohnung wurde regelmäßig blitzblank sauber gemacht und mit neuen Handtüchern etc. versorgt. Wir können einen Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen 🥰

Martin und Lisa sind ein sehr liebes, sympathisches Ehepaar. Sehr humorvoll und wenn man Fragen hat, helfen sie gerne weiter. Leider hatten wir nach vier Tagen einen Motorrad Unfall und mussten den Urlaub abbrechen. Martin und Lisa haben uns so toll geholfen, wir alle waren sehr traurig. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Es wäre ein so schöner Urlaub geworden, das Apartment liegt wunderschön in der Natur, sehr ruhig, super entspannt und entschleunigend. Für Ruhe suchende eine wirklich sehr angenehme Lokation mit einem tollen Besitzerpaar. Liebe Lisa, lieber Martin, nochmals vielen Dank für alles.

Giannis is a kind and helpful host. The studio is located on the top of the town of Skopelos and gives an amazing view on the sea and you can also hear the musicians play traditional music in the nearby tavern every night.

Stauroula was a wonderful host! She met us near the apartment and directed us to the apartment. She even carried our suitcase up the many steps to the apartment from where we parked, which we greatly appreciated. The view from the rooftop terrace was wonderful, and so we ate there in the evening as well as breakfast. It was a short walk down the hill to the waterfront and to the restaurants there (a longer walk UP the hill, but still very easy). She gave us homemade "Skopolos pie" - a feta cheese/filo delight! She also gave us a homemade cake and fruit. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Skopolos!

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Arredamento nuovo e ben tenuto con lavastoviglie in caso di necessità. Bell'attico corrispondente perfettamente alle foto anche se un pò piccolo. Peccato che il bagno avesse poca aerazione a causa solo di una piccola finestrella e che lo scarico della doccia non funzionasse a dovere. Olga, la persona incaricata da Dimitris nel venire ad accoglierci al nostro arrivo, è sempre stata cordiale e disponibile nel venire incontro alle nostre richieste ed esigenze

Appartamento bello e molto accogliente,dotato di tutti i comfort. Era perfetto per noi che eravamo in 4 e avevamo bisogno di due bagni. La posizione ci ha consentito di spostarci facilmente sia con i motorini che a piedi. Abbiamo parcheggiato sotto casa perché avevamo i motorini. Per la macchina invece c’è un parcheggio nelle vicinanze.Vicino c’è anche una pasticceria e un forno molto buoni dove far colazione!Anna è sempre stata gentile e ci ha risposto rapidamente ad ogni domanda. Consiglio questo appartamento perché siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti
