Michele was an awesome host. She was available via message on Airbnb and via text and responded quickly. The place was exactly as it appears in the photos provided. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and snacks too! The water pressure in the shower was much better than any hotel. The location was great. Not far from many attractions. Quiet and peaceful. Thanks for everything, we will be back!

Just a great place to stay.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at "The Nut Farm", a beautiful property in Seymour, Tennessee. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a spotless, well-maintained home. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to local attractions. The house itself was cozy and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We especially loved the outdoor space, where we enjoyed morning coffee while taking in the serene landscape. Kathy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We highly recommend staying at The Nut Farm property if you're looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway in Seymour, Tennessee. We can't wait to return!

We had a great time at the cottage. It was just get enough outside town from the hustle and bustle of the city, but convenient enough to town. I love the cottage’s charm. We were late getting to our destination due weather, and the Kario’s were understanding checked in with us. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time on our anniversary trip staying at this cabin! We definitely should have taken a smaller vehicle as the driveway didn’t have much room for us especially with someone else staying, but we made it work!

David was incredibly helpful and proactive. The location due to being private and remote isn’t the easiest to find at night for the first time, David provided detailed instructions as well as day/night pictures of the driveway so we could be sure we were in the right place. During our stay we had some rough weather that unfortunately knocked the power out, David reached out immediately to check on us and let us know that he was on his way to hook up the generator fortunately the power came back quickly and the generator was not needed. All in all this was a phenomenal vacation for us and I can’t recommend David and the Smokey mountain bunkhouse highly enough!!!

A great little place convenient to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, away from the usual traffic and quite peaceful.

The place was beautiful, newly remodeled and very clean. It has a small kitchen and was everything we needed for our stay visiting family.

This farmhouse was gorgeous and extremely cozy. I loved the old vintage and rustic look and feel of it. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy alone time with my husband. The sunroom was absolutely to die for! Perfect for sitting with a good book and cup of coffee. You could relax and watch the birds nesting outside the window. Highly recommend a stay in this sweet little farmhouse.

We went the week of New Years and it was wonderful! The quiet, restful, and beautiful stay that we needed in order to get away from the craziness of the holidays. The house and neighborhood were just as described. Everything was clean, neat, and well thought out. We went with our puppy and he had lots of space to roam and explore. The view from the house is breathtaking and provided a nice backdrop for pictures. The town is very cute, it’s nice that we were close to the mountains, Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg, but were able to go back to the house and relax. Jeff and Suzanne were very responsive any time we had questions. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting a quiet stay and it’s a wonderful option instead of a cabin.

The home was in a very peaceful setting. I was very pleased with how clean and homey the place was. My husband and I traveled from out of state to attend a wedding and Matt was very accommodating with letting us check in early. I would definitely stay here again!

This is such a quaint cozy place to stay. It is so close to the shops and attractions. Sandra responds back very quickly. A perfect place for a girls shopping trip or a couples getaway. We will definitely be back next year!!
