Ferienunterkünfte in Serracapriola

Byt v přízemí domu, který má 3 ložnice a kuchyni. Ocenili jsme především myčku nádobí a dvě koupelny. Vybavení kuchyně je skromné, ale dostatečné. Zajímavý je dvůr s altánem, který muže být v leté velmi využívaný. V únoru jsme to nevyužili. Alessio s námi byl neustále v kontaktu a poskytl mnoho cenných informací. Celkově jsme si dětmi pobyt užili a ubytování se nám moc líbilo. Jen parkování na druhé straně rušné ulice nebylo komfortní, ale zase bylo vždy kam zaparkovat. Do centra Mariny di Vasto to bylo kousek pěšky.

Maison située au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Calme avec vue sur mer et la montagne. Prestation de qualité avec de grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs et surtout une piscine incroyablement grande. Excellent séjour.

Marco war stets digital schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Haus ist wie beschrieben, gut ausgestattet und nah am Meer - es sind tatsächlich nur 500 Meter, allerdings auch ca 50 Höhenmeter, was es zu Fuß und mit dem Rd ordentlich anstrengend macht. Die Gegend war Anfang Oktober schon sehr Nachsaison - unter der Woche hat praktisch nichts mehr offen, weshalb ich zu der Zeit lieber in eine etwas belebtere Gegend fahren würde, weil man für jeden Einkauf, Restaurant- oder auch nur Café-Besuch das Auto brauchte und die Zufahrt zum Haus war schon immer etwas mühsam. Im Sommer aber sicher toll dort mit vielen Stränden in der Nähe! Super fanden wir auch den Adria-Rdweg, den wir in beide Richtungen genossen haben.

The villa is as described. The slopes were a challenge for me because, at 90 years old, I have difficult walking. The villa is on a hillside in a wooded area with a lovely view of the sea. Plenty of places around the grounds to sit and relax. While the building has been restored, it retains original window shutters and curved brick ceilings. Picturesque tiles decorate the face of the building. Rebecca was an amazing host. She quickly responds to any questions one might have.

In het knusse appartement met de vele terrassen van Antonio voelde wij ons meteen thuis. Aan alles is gedacht. De keuken uitrusting is compleet, je kunt er goed maaltijden klaarmaken en er is zelfs een vaatdoek en theedoek wat in bijna elk huisje ontbreekt. :-) Voorzieningen in de badkamer, zoals shampoo, lotion e.d. zijn er maar ook het terras is voorzien van lampjes, kaarsje en muggen afstotende spiraal. Er zijn nieuwe terrasmeubels geplaatst met heerlijke kussens, alles is heel gezellig en stijlvol en we hebben ook van alle terrassen gebruik gemaakt. Het matras slaapt heerlijk. De badkamer is ouder maar schoon alleen de douche cabine is zeer klein. Aan de straatkant is een weg en spoorlijn welke je zeker hoort maar je went aan het geluid en als je de deuren en ramen dicht doet dan heb je er geen last van. Het strandbed/stoel met parasol was perfect om aan het strand te liggen, dit voelde als een luxe. Voor restaurants en supermarkt heb je een auto voor nodig. Antonio bedankt!!

Ihana tilava asunto merinäköalalla, aamuaurinko avautuvalla ranskalaisella parvekkeella 50 m päässä rannasta. Seurueellemme (5 aikuista) täydellinen. Kaksi makuuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta. Auton sai asunnon pihaan. Gennaro vastasi nopeasti ja oli erittäin avulias.

Great location, very close to the historic town but quiet and silent at night. Beautiful sea view from the terrace.

Massimiliano and family were exceptionally helpful with communicating before we checked in. We always had a quick response to any question before and during our stay. The apartment is absolutely adorable, very true to the pictures. it has eveeverything you'll need. We loved being in the old city, close to great restaurants and ancient history. We would highly recommend this apartment. You will not be disappointed. Barbara

Siamo stati accolti da Lucrezia e suo marito che ci hanno mostrato la casa e dato le prime indicazioni necessarie per ambientarci; inoltre quando durante il soggiorno ci è capitato di avere delle domande hanno sempre risposto tempestivamente. Ci hanno messo a disposizione un seggiolone ed un lettino per il nostro bambino di 2 anni e, avendo due figli, ci hanno lasciato un po' di asciugamani di vario tipo in più in caso di necessità. L'appartamento corrisponde appieno alle foto presenti sul sito ed il terrazzo permette di godersi delle splendide cene vista mare.
