Stan is an amazing host and was so courteous that he cleaned up the drive way when it snowed like crazy. He was extremely warm and nice to our daughter and it was great experience. We enjoyed the house and hospitality.

What a great long weekend! The property was beautiful, house was very neat and clean, and the views were AMAZING. Everything was as advertised. Hosts were great, responsive, and their instructions and expectations were crystal clear. Guests I was staying with were already talking about booking this location again for themselves in the future as we were checking out as they wanted to stay longer!!!

We had a wonderful stay. Went to hunter mountain to go ski with a family trip. House was as described. Everything was great.

Mark’s place was such a treat for our long weekend away. We had two generations staying together and there was lots of room to be together and rest. The kitchen was spectacular, large, eat-in, comfortable for multiple cooks and cleaning, plus nice pots and pans. The house was pristine, clean, very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, the grill, the game room and the beautiful quiet land surrounding the house, lots of deer (charismatic megafauna!) were out among the apple trees, and Mark kindly hand binoculars available in the house. It was a unique stay on a large apple orchard, and a wonderful place to be together. Can’t recommend enough!!

We had a lovely long weekend stay at this secluded hide away with another family with kids. Will definitely try and get back!

The house had the bedroom and bathroom count we wanted. The kitchen was perfect for our use, the dining table large enough for our group. The outdoor space was absolutely lovely. Beds are comfortable. The decor is unique and fun. The location was very convenient to my sons wedding venue.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Spring Brook Farm while we were in the area visiting friends. What a lovely and charming 1790 farmhouse that was very comfortably furnished. It was so inviting and cozy with original features and modern conveniences. The large kitchen was full of sunlight and updated beautifully. We enjoyed a cozy fire with the wood burning fireplace in the living room. Jill and her husband made sure we had plenty of kindling and firewood. We're hoping to revisit in the summer which would also allow us to enjoy the beautiful screened in porch in warmer weather. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway.

The house was even better than we hopes. The activities and games provided by the host were beyond amazing. The house was incredibly clean and all necessities (and then some) were provided. Not house related, per se, but there was an amazing eatery/bar within walking distance to the house. We got a delicious dinner and a few good beers at Two Guys Local Bites. Highly recommend all.

A home chefs dream kitchen! Perfect getaway spot to relax, cook, and enjoy a beautiful piece of serene, quiet catskills property. Dan’s place is immaculate and had everything we needed for a cozy winter trip with our toddlers. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to have a pleasant vacation! The house has everything you need for a perfect relaxing vacation- beautiful surroundings, clean and pleasing interiors. Clear instructions are given wherever needed in the house - for safety, check-in and check-out. We did not require any additional information to ask because everything was mentioned clearly well in advance, although the host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Was a great stay thank you!!!Perfect farmhouse positioned just steps from the trailhead to a great hike up Vromans Nose! We awoke the first morning to snowfall and hit the trail which was like winter wonderland on the way up to the summit. While obscured a bit with a sea of snowflakes, the expansive view of the valley below was just awesome. As described in the listing, the property shares a driveway with the florist which is just behind the house with a clear view to the back porch. Everyone who worked at the florist couldn't have been more friendly and helpful , including our host who was managing a busy Thanksgiving Eve there! Two thumbs up for management and communication, which in addition to delivering what is advertised is very important to us. Thanks again Lin for a wonderful stay at The Farmhouse. We will be back!

We loved our mommies/daughters trip at the Craftsman cottage! Quaint surroundings, beautiful interiors with brand new kitchen and gorgeous tiled bathrooms. We stayed up late playing card games in a cozy and welcoming setting. The second bathroom looked too tricky to use, as the sink, shower and toilet were in a small room with no separation between each item. We didn't mind sharing the full bath together, which was beautiful and clean. Nicole was responsive and welcoming. We chose this location for the proximity to Howe's Caverns, about 35 minutes from the house. We were lucky enough to find out about the Maple Syrup Festival and we ended up having an amazing breakfast at the Buck Hill Farm, 13 minutes away. Highly recommended!

This was one of the nicest AirBnb's I've stayed in. The house is beautiful and beautifully decorated. It's situated in a gorgeous part of the Catskills. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Omg! Great place to stay. It was the best getaway from all the hustle and bustle of my daily life. The home was so well taken care of and loved the decor to match the lake house feel. The quiet surroundings and beautiful views really made my stay so much better. It was such a beautiful area. Definitely will be back for another stay. Thank you Bill.

We had a great stay at Jack’s cabin! It was beautiful and cozy, and the perfect getaway for our little writer’s retreat. Jack’s instructions were very clear and helpful, and the lack of WiFi was not a hindrance for our needs since the cell service was fairly good. Everything was clean and tidy, and the kitchen was stocked with the basics. When I had questions about the garbage situation (its carry out, so be prepared if you are renting a car etc) Jack was quick to answer. We so appreciate his generosity in sharing this special place. 10/10 would recommend!
