Peaceful Gem in Albufeira with Fantastic Host Stayed in a beautiful house that exceeded our expectations. Location is incredibly peaceful with great local restaurants nearby. Gaia beach, just 1 km away, was absolutely marvellous. The house itself was immaculate - stunning both inside and out, and in excellent condition. A major plus was the convenient car parking inside the property lot. Our host Susana was exceptional - responsive, helpful, and even quickly replaced a frying pan upon request. Her attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Albufeira. We would definitely return and suggest it to friends and fellow travelers.

We as a family of 10 had a great time here. The villa was amazing, with lots of indoor and outdoor space, and the local area had walkable restaurants and shops. Couldn't ask for more from our hosts who were very proactive, helpful and friendly. Thanks Sam and Ben.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in deze woning in onze kerstvakantie. Grote teleurstelling was wel dat het zwembad niet warm was, terwijl juist daarmee geadverteerd werd. Deze was pas aan het einde van onze week vakantie op temperatuur. Uiteraard zijn we hier wel voor gecompenseerd. Verder is het huis prachtig, omgeving heel fijn om te hardlopen en met de auto uitstapjes te doen. We zouden graag weer eens terug komen.

Vi var her 12 stk. med storfamilien frå Norge og Tyskland og koste oss veldig. Vi hadde god plass fordelt på 3 etasjer. Det meste var på plass. Det var fint å bu så sentralt, men likevel så roleg. Det hadde vore bra om ein kunne ha skaffa noen fleire stolar og solskjerming. Tusen takk, vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Our stay here was fabulous! This house is peaceful, private, in a nice location, and just as promised in the description. We enjoyed morning coffee outdoors and a glass of wine in the evening while overlooking the beautiful the hills. The pool, views, and outdoor tub made our holiday extra special- kids and adults both agreed it was a wonderful place. We hope to return again!

Great place, very well furnished, including basic groceries which makes a big difference, also looks exactly like the photos. The host is proactive, friendly and always available and responsive. Clean, tidy, spacious, peaceful . We had a lovely stay, hope to be back!

Hele fijne villa en van alle gemakken voorzien! Locatie ook perfect en de tuin met heerlijk zwembad en diverse soorten spellen te doen waren erg goed! De communicatie was ook erg goed en bij een vraag kregen we gelijk een antwoord en/of oplossing. Kortom erg fijne villa op een top plek met een top host! Dank

A fabulous villa, new and stylishly fitted out. Lots of space throughout. We loved the pool and gardens. There are even orange trees on the plot, and a roof terrace to watch the sunset on. The location was really convenient for access to Lagoa and Portimao, and all the main towns of the algarve. The team were really responsive and helpful with all our questions and requests. It made our last minute booking really easy and unstressful. We hope to return again!

Our family had an amazing time at the villa! Lisa and David were very friendly, great hosts, and the villa is perfect for big families. We would absolutely come back!

The house and grounds were lovely overall, very large space to spread out and enjoy! Things to know: Living room smells of wood smoke from fireplace (some people would like though we didn't). We didn't realize there were not space heaters or inverter heat in living room, as we aren't ones to burn wood, so the cold days were too chilly there. But the warm days were beautiful! All bedrooms had heat/ac mini split units. Kept things warm/cool as needed in bedroom, though it was very loud. A bit of mold smell in kitchen by sink and one bedroom (it's hard to fight mold in Portugal!), was clean elsewhere. The washer was unexpectedly broken at arrival but being repaired and he did give us directions for the local laundromat. Online guide had some basics, there wasn't a physical book with a list of emergency numbers or tips anything helpful if internet went out, would recommend adding that. Had special dual voltage shaver outlet for men, but no hair dryer for ladies.

There were a few very minor teething problems as ours was the first letting but Floris and his team were highly responsive and efficient. The house is situated in a mixed villa and low-rise apartment block area. It is genuinely a 10 minute walk to a selection of beautiful beaches. There are restaurants by the coast but also a good selection closer by. The town centre offers a huge range of bars restaurants and cafes and is 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive away. There is a fair sized Intermarche 2 mins drive away. The well designed villa is private and surprisingly peaceful. Rooms are all a good size and bedrooms have high quality en suites. The large rear garden is beautiful with a large pool, multiple areas to sit and eat and an outside table tennis table. Large well furnished sitting/dining room. All in all it is a fantastic package. We spent a thoroughly enjoyable week and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

we all really enjoyed our stay at villa - the facilities were great and the cleaner coming in everyday was a bonus for a large group. it was January when we stayed so we couldn't make use of the pool but the hot tub was good. we did. need a car or taxi to get to the old town and restaurants. I suspect more would be open near the villa in season . the owners and manager were very responsive and helpful during our stay .

Deze villa is een stuk beter dan de foto’s zeggen. Het is ruim opgezet en er is altijd een zitje beschikbaar in de schaduw. Zat handdoeken aanwezig dus die hoef je niet mee te nemen. Genoeg koelkastruimte(zelf een extra koelkast in de garage en nog een extra diepvrieskast). De bedden zijn wel aardig hard dus dat was even wennen. Verder is de ligging heel centraal. Wij hebben alles met de uber gedaan en die waren er met 5 minuten en kost €7-€10 voor een ritje naar strand Ferragudo. Binnen is er een zeer groot tv scherm aanwezig met satelliet tv. Ook een chromecast aanwezig dus je kan Netflix streamen. Heel handig als je de kindjes even achter de tv wilt zetten. Al met al een super verblijf!!

We hebben weer een perfect winterverblijf in de Algarve. Ondanks dat we er vele jaren komen, heeft Wilson ons toch verrast met nuttige tips voor uitstapjes en restaurants. Daarnaast blinkt Wilson uit, doordat hij echter interesse, gastvrijheid en bezorgdheid heeft voor zijn gasten. dat is slechts weinigen gegeven. Kortom, een top host die je iedereen zou gunnen.

This house was amazing! The furniture and decor was top of the range. Every room had a wee private nook. The pool was fantastic and hosted very competitive water polo games between family members. We particularly valued the location as we could easily walk to three beautiful beaches and the town centre. It was expensive but a once in a lifetime experience for our extended family.

Mycket trevligt och rent hus som ligger i ett lugnt område. Platsen är en bra utgångspunkt för utflykter till Sagres, Lagos etc, men det är även gångavstånd till stranden och för vandring längst kusten. Vacker havsutsikt från balkongen på ovanvåningen. Bra och fräsch pool där det även finns en middagsplats som är skyddad mot vinden (dock inte havsutsikt) Rekommenderar starkt detta boende!

Julie's property is stunning. It's in an incredibly peaceful location, and the town of Ferragudo is so picturesque. Julie was fantastic from Day 1, with rapid responses to all my multiple (mundane!) queries. The villa literally has everything you may need, including Beach Towels and Sky (which we only used once to watch the football!) as we enjoyed playing the extensive collection of board games and Table Tennis! It truly is a home from home, with very comfortable beds and pillows, air con everywhere you need it, and multiple places to sunbathe or enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The pool is a great size (7x5m?) and the perfect temperature for cooling off in. Julie's recommendation for Yellow Fish transfers was also perfect, they were both friendly drivers who were on time for both trips (3.45am for our return trip!). Thank you Julie for a seamless Air BnB experience, if you are considering this Villa, just book it. You will love it, and beautiful Ferragudo.

We were a group of 6 with 4 adults and kids age of 4 and 10 and stayed for 10 nights. We came in late and were able to self check in. The host had arranged us some small snacks, drinks and some breakfast which was great. Everything in the trip went well and we had no real issues in the villa. The kids loved the pool which was a good place to relax and cool during hotter hours. The place is located on a quite high hill which offers a nice view to the sea and the vity but makes walking down (and especially back up) to marina or old town a bit more difficult for the older people. But occasionally we used an app for rides which take 5mins to arrive and cost only average of 5euros. The location is quiet and peaceful! Using the showers at the same time at least in the 2nd floor had some issues with warm water and pressure but it wasn't a big deal. All in all can recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the Casa... It was exactly as pictured and a short 15-min walk from beaches, hikes and old town. We had 1-2 issues during the stay but the local person, Mr. Pinto, was so proactive and responsive that it ended up being a perfect experience. We would definitely come back and highly recommend.

We loved the property, felt like home, very spacious, clean, and great location. Oxana was very helpful and responsive, we will definitely book this beautiful place in the future, can’t wait.

We had a lovely stay in February, paid extra for the pool to be heated, it was amazing and warm. very quiet, nice area with local bars and restaurants, beaches are beautiful with great senery, we had quite a few small power cuts which were sorted by a flick of a switch so no problem, the villa had plenty of room and everything you need including towels for the pool so you don't have to bring extra. The lovely maid came mid week to clean and change towels ect . Daniel met us on arrival to show us everything and was very helpful and nice. We all had a lovely time and would stay again.

Wow!!! What can I say, from start to finish it was absolutely amazing! The contact from N was amazing. Super check in process easy and straightforward. And the place was amazing, so beautiful,clean(spotless) so much room for a big family. I will be going back every year from here on out. Couldn’t recommend not only this place but the company.
