Lofts als Ferienunterkünfte in Rom

Stefano konaklama öncesinden sonrasına kadar her şeyle çok ilgiliydi. Bütün mesajlarımıza nazik ve arkadaşça yaklaştı. Biz daha gitmeden herhangi bir isteğimiz olup olmadığını sordu, lokal restoran tavsiyeleri verdi ve her zaman dostane bir şekilde yaklaştı. Ev ise 4-5 kişi için ideal bir konaklama sunabilecek her şeye sahip. Konaklamamızı güzel kıldığı için Stefano’ya çok teşekkür ederiz. Roma’ya gelecekseniz rahatlıkla Stefano’nun evinde kalabilirsiniz.

We enjoyed our stay at Germana's place! We loved the location, walkable to everything in the Trastevere neighborhood and about a 25-30 min walk to the Colosseum. They provided coffee, tea, a snack, and a small bottle of prosecco which we appreciated! It was also well stocked with shampoo, a hair dryer, and iron, and a closet with hangers.

La estancia en el loft de Chiara ha sido estupenda. Responde fielmente a las fotos, super limpio y bien decorado. Las camas son comodísimas. Hemos pasado unos días inolvidables en Roma y en gran parte ha sido por la estupenda situación del alojamiento, cerca del centro pero tranquilo. al lado del Coliseo pero sin masificación turística. Con muchos restaurantes y bares de copas cerca. En definitiva, todo un acierto!!! Muy recomendable.

Wir haben uns bei Marissa sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn man sehr ruhig, aber nicht direkt im Zentrum wohnen möchte ideal. Gute Anbindung mit dem 30er Bus. Der absperrbare PKW-Stellplatz ist klasse

We enjoyed our stay at Chiara's place. Everything we need was provided. The place was very fashionable and well-decorated. Kitchen utensils were more than enough. We felt very safe and warm! Chiara was a great host and very quick to respond all of the questions. Thank you Chiara :)

Ilaria and the magic loft were fantastic. The loft had all the great parts of old Rome - from ancient paintings to being neighbors with a church - while having all the modern amenities of a comfortable shower and easy to use kitchen. Close to so many things that aren’t touristy or kitsch - able to experience some of a real Roman experience. Ilaria was quick to respond from before the visit, met us exactly on time to check in, and was responsive to questions that came up along the way, offering quick fixes or advice on how to handle little things. Was able to really feel at home in Rome!!!

Excellent stay at a very nice apartment perfect for three people. Close to the Colloseum and other beautiful places. Monica and her partner gave perfect directions. The stay was perfect! Thank you!

Stayed 4 days in this lovely and secluded place. Everything was as described, and even it is a single big room, it worked out perfectly with the way it is setup. Dining, homeoffice, TV area and divided bed area. You really don't feel the need for walls :-) The extra plus is the small private garden in the back. Will definitely come back to Tiziana's place again.

My husband & I had a great time staying in Daria’s apt. It’s as sunny & beautiful as the photos. The location is on a great street, quiet, central and an easy walk to lovely sights, restaurants, shopping and anything you might want. We found restaurants open even after a late night at the opera. Visited a cool, small jazz club, just doors down from apt. Most importantly, Daria was an exceptional host…quick to reply to every text & question..she also stocked her refrigerator with a mix of beverages, plus Swiss chocolate and welcomed us with a bottle of champagne. Her uncle Georgio was also terrific. Loved the place and hope to visit again. G & T, Connecticut (USA)

We stayed a week in Armuretto, the house was amazing with its history and layout and catered for all of our basic needs and very well designed to make use of the space. It is also good value and in a very good location for local restaurants and to explore Rome. The hosts were excellent and their guides and websites are fantastic and provide you with everything you need from arrival to departure and to explore Rome and I didn't need to do any further research as I had all of my needs met. This establishment is exceptionally well-located, providing convenient access to various amenities. The process of ordering and receiving services at the reception is efficient, contributing to an overall feeling of safety, even for online purchases. Numerous restaurants are situated nearby, and public transportation options are easily accessible. I encountered a minor issue during my stay; however, this was beyond the control of the property owners, as the neighboring dog occasionally created disturbances. Nevertheless, this experience was largely positive, and I would consider it a very satisfactory stay overall.

We spend a great time in Rome and the Location were we stay was right next to the Fontana do Trevi, nice and clean place to stay , definitely recommendable. Thanks Dunia for advice and your friendly guide.

Exactly as pictured/desc.d. We felt right at home. You’re going to love the security of the front door, it’s amazing! The ability to leave our luggage before check in was awesome. Host was super responsive and VERY detailed in instructions. Gave recommendations on restaurants and attractions and being greeted by a nice bottle of wine was a nice touch! I have no bad words for this place it was awesome! Only thing to know is clothes washing is not the same as the US. Small loads are the name of the game and I would say time it over night or during the day while you’re out. Google a video on machine, very helpful to have it to go with provided instructions. It was a short walk from the big Termini station and other major attractions. Do yourself a favor and stay here! I will definitely check this property’s availability first for my next Italian adventure!

Alessandro was caring,friendly and helpful. A clean and bright house as in the photos. The information was clear. AC's sufficient to heat the house. The bathroom wasn't very big but it was adequate. The suggested restaurants where we can find local flavors in the kitchen were also successful. Be sure to listen to Alessandro's recommendations. If you are a group of 3-4 people, you can choose Alessandro's house with peace of mind. When I find myself in Rome again, my choice will be Alessandro's house.

Erida's apt is great for relaxation and close to the surrounding tourist attractions. I only used the subway during my 4-night, 5-day visit to the Vatican. You can walk to the famous tourist attractions in Rome. The most important thing is that it is located on the main street, so it is safe and you can fully enjoy shopping and culture. The most important thing is that Erida and her husband are very friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend it.

Giulio’s place made our stay feel just like home. Excellent location, clean, cozy and quiet after a long day of exploring. Amazing options for restaurants. Neighborhood was extremely safe. Would definitely stay here again next time visiting Rome!
