Wonderful place, Nate and team were extremely helpful and responsive… few updates are definitely needed. I made Nate aware of it and he assured me they already were made aware of some updates that are needed and they have already planned to do some up dates! I would recommend this place and go back again!

From the moment we opened the door, we loved the house and immediately felt at home. We were a family gathering from all around the world for a wedding. The house is comfortably spacious! It is exactly like it looks in the photos and has a lovely feel to it. We all felt we had enough space even though we were a large number. Rebecca is an excellent host. She was immediately responsive to all questions re local restaurant recommendations and was very kind allowing us an early check-in. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home.

Diana is a wonderful with a gorgeous property. She goes over the top with stocking the backyard refrigerator with drinks and everything you need to make pizzas in the pizza oven. The kids thought it was fun and really enjoyed it. The pizza also came out fantastic. There are two tortoises which are very friendly if you’re lucky enough to spot them. All the spaces are private. Even though it is a large home, it really feels like a resort. The surrounding gated community is great for short walks. I was a little apprehensive as I’ve always rented entire homes. This was a great experience. If you’re on the fence looking for a place, you’ve found it.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The house is even better than the photos and so well stocked with makeup wipes, lotion, hair tools, etc. The hosts are very responsive and easy to work with. They answered my millions of questions quickly and allowed my friend to check in early. The house is only a quick drive (or Lyft) to old town which was super convenient. The only minor issue we had was troubleshooting the Alexa on the outdoor patio (she had a mind of her own) but that doesn’t take away from the perfect stay we had. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly book again if ever I’m in the area.

We stayed with our 3 little daughters and it was perfect. The pool and game room were a huge hit. The pool was heated to the perfect temp which was an added bonus for morning swims on cooler April mornings! Kendalyn was a great host and made sure we had what we needed and more! She was great at communicating and very responsive. We’d love to stay again when we are back in town!

The house was beautiful. Very roomy. It has a beautiful backyard with a pool and patio furniture. The pool wasn’t working but they told us that before we booked. It was still a beautiful place to sit and unwind. Very comfortable and relaxing. It has a pretty well stocked kitchen we found everything we needed to make our meals.

This home was perfect for our family of five. The way the house is laid out, is perfect for a larger group. We all had our own bedrooms, including our 3 year old granddaughter and it offered plenty privacy for everyone. They even had a pack and play that we used for her naps and bedtime. The A/C had separate controls which helped to keep temps regulated on both levels. The pool area was perfect with plenty of seating. Although the pool is relatively small, it was heated and felt like bath water. it was just fine for our small family and our granddaughter learned to swim. The kitchen is perfect for entertainment as people can gather in the kitchen and there is plenty of room in the room next to the kitchen. The master suite was large and the master bath is beautiful and spacious. Yes, it is located near the 18th hole and we did have a few golf balls come our way but the view was worth the risk.

Rubel is an amazing host, easy to talk to and quick to respond. The house is well equipped and extremely comfortable. The quiet backyard is a great place to wake up in the morning while watching ducks, geese, fish and turtles in the pond. The location is perfect, close to eating and shopping. My family and I had a great time and highly recommend this home.
