We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house which is very quiet and private. The outside space was huge with a fantastic pool and many perfect seating areas that make the most of both the sun and shade. Our daughter loved feeding the cats who did not intrude and were a lovely addition to the garden. Nina and Matthias were very responsive hosts. We would recommend this place to those looking for a relaxing retreat.

Quiet, beautiful vacation spot. Everything was as advertised. The location is absolutely amazing, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still so close that you could drive to the beach, stalactite caves, etc. in 10-15 minutes. heerlijke dagen gehad in Casa Jumi. Het contact vooraf en bij aankomst was ontzettend prettig. Het huis is precies zoals beschreven. We waren er eind december dus 's avonds kon het best koud worden maar met de verwarming aan en een dekentje was het prima te doen. heerlijk rustig plekje en een prima uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen.

Très belle propriété au calme avec une vue superbe et une magnifique piscine. Vera a été très sympa et disponible. L’emplacement est idéal avec un joli village à 5 min et des plages à proximité en voiture. Le logement est très bien équipé, il a tout. Je recommande à 200% merci beaucoup c’était génial

The host is brilliant - you could not ask for any more. The villa is in a superb location for Pollenca (old town and port) - all easily accessible via a short drive. The villa itself is beautiful - we've done a lot of villa holidays as a family with young children, and this is our favourite. The only thing I could find any fault with is the lack of air conditioning on the ground floor but we did visit in the height of summer, and the first floor is cooled by aircon units in every room. This wasn't a big deal for us and would just be the icing on the cake. The high quality accommodation, extensive grounds and awesome pool area more than make up for it. You can't have it all!!

Wir ( 3 Paare) hatten eine sehr gute Zeit im Son Blanc. Der Checkin hat problemlos geklappt und die Kommunikation mit Andrea war tadellos. Das hübsche Dorfhaus ist einfach aber sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles da was wir gebraucht haben. Alles war prima erklärt. Alle Geräte und das W-Lan haben gut funktioniert. Die 2 Häuser waren sauber und die Bäder top! Parkplätze neben dem Haus. Das ganze Ensemble mit Pool und Hof ist gut und zentral gelegen, war trotzdem sehr privat und ruhig und einfach nur schön. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Was für ein absoluter Traum! Die Finca ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern – ein kleines Paradies mit guter Infrastruktur. Alles war super sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit so vielen Details, dass man sich sofort zuhause fühlt. Der Garten ist riesig, perfekt gepflegt und es gibt einem traumhaften Pool. Morgens Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne und auf die Berge– besser geht’s wirklich nicht. Doris ist super herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Man merkt einfach, dass vermiete wird mit viel Liebe im Detail. Wir kommen garantiert wieder !

Barbara’s home was as described in the pictures and in a wonderful location in a small town where you could walk to the beach. The home was spacious and perfect for two couples as two bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms we’re at opposite ends of the house. This allowed for two couples to have some privacy and the amenities to themselves. There are lovely walks in the neighbourhood and all the amenities such as groceries and restaurants are all within 15 or so minutes. I would definitely recommend this home.

Sehr schönes Domizil , ideal für größere Gruppen, Swimmingpool ein Traum , und auch die Einteilung draußen und drinnen. Wir hatten etwas PRobleme mit den Herdplatten in der Hauptwohnung , aber die Vermieter sind sofort gekommen und haben alles gemacht um das Problem zu lösen. Strom und Internett wurde extra berechnet .. das muss man vorher wissen, Wri haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt...

With our family and friends we spent a fabulous and cosy time in Ann-Marie’s beautiful home in February, 2025. Good restaurants and bars in walking distance. We loved the short access to the promenade and our daily early morning and late evening walks.

Wir waren 4 Mädels, die die Zeit in der Villa intensiv zum Schreiben genutzt haben. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Das Haus bot alles, was man für ein Zuhause-Gefühl braucht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man erreicht mit dem Auto in 6 Minuten die Stadt und findet dort viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Alcúdia ist ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Ein kleines Manko war die Wassersituation. In Sa Pobla gibt es, so wurde es uns mitgeteilt, immer mal wieder Probleme mit dem Wasser. Dank Zisterne konnte die Knappheit aber jedes Mal schnell überbrückt werden. Wir mussten uns nur absprechen, wer wann duscht, wann der Geschirrspüler und wann die Waschmaschine läuft. Das hat dem Urlaub aber keinen Abbruch getan.

Une belle surprise pour nous car nous avons trouvé la maison plus belle et plus grande qu'en photo : spacieuse, élégante, avec une touche de modernité et une décoration soignée. Que dire de la piscine qui est juste parfaite ! Beaucoup d'équipement de cuisine disponible, pour l'intérieur comme pour les barbecues. Nombreux produits d'accueils, de première nécessité et d'articles de toilette disponibles, serviettes pour la piscine ou encore parasols de plage. Toute la maison est climatisée mais nous n'avons utilisé que celles des chambres la nuit pour dormir et cela fonctionnait très bien. Communication très fluide avec l'agence sur place. La situation sur l'île est également appréciable, à 45 minutes de palma, et à quelques pas des célèbres Cala (Del Moro, Llombards, Mondrago ...) La maison est à mi-chemin entre le centre ville animé de Santanyi et la Cala .. mais ou que vous souhaitiez aller, voiture obligatoire ! (stationnement assez facile sur l'île). Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans ce logement de rêve. Tout était impeccable et le logement est encore plus beau qu en photos ! La région est calme, le logement spatieux et très bien équipé. La décoration du logement est belle, nous nous y sentons tout de suite bien. On sent que les hôtes ont le souci de bien nous accueillir. La propreté du logement est irréprochable, je n ai jamais été dans un air bnb si propre ! Par ailleurs, Silke est très sympathique, détendue dans sa communication et disponible. Elle est réactive et souple. Nous sommes super ravis, c'était parfait ! Encore Merci !! Pauline et Xavier.

Logement spacieux et idéalement placé. Il dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour La vue depuis le toit terrasse est superbe. Le village en lui même est très calme et on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Plage accessible en 5 min à pied Très nombreuses balades et excursions à faire aux alentours.

La maison de Sabine est un lieu de charme plutôt ancien qui séduira les vrais amoureux de l'île. Ceux qui connaissent ce type de maisons majorquines seront ravis ; inutile d'exiger la climatisation ou de l'électroménager haut de gamme, tout ici est dans une authenticité adorable. La situation par rapport à la plage est imbattable. Et surtout, Sabine est une excellente hôtesse - je confirme sa grande réactivité et gentillesse. Nous avons eu un souci de réfrigérateur qui était en panne ... par 34°C (ce qui n'est pas une raison pour diminuer mon évaluation de ce séjour !) Sabine a trouvé la solution dès lundi matin. Je crois que la maison gagnerait beaucoup à valoriser les espaces extérieurs, que nous avons d'ailleurs adoré, et qu'un petit remplacement de certains mobilier ou électroménager vieillissant lui donneraient encore plus de valeur. Merci beaucoup à Sabine pour cet excellent séjour, je recommande pleinement cette maison si romantique !

The photos do not do it justice. The villa is perfect! Such an amazing view. Close to many great beaches. Bring an umbrella and beach blankets to the beach and if you are prepared to walk a bit you won’t be disappointed. We would definitely stay here again.

Wir haben uns in Lukas Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage mit Meerblick und 2 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand waren für uns unschlagbar. Lukas war sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Ein absoluter Pluspunkt ist die kinderfreundliche Ausstattung mit Babybett, Hochstuhl, Wickeltisch, extra Handtücher und sogar Treppenschutzgitter im oberen Stock. Jederzeit wieder.

Very charming townhouse, right in the middle of Pollensa. Cosy and nicely decorated. Loved the little details in the building. Mariano is a perfect host. The place is close to cute little shops and nice restaurants. Recommended for sure. Thanks a lot!

Stefan's house is such an amazing retreat in Soller, Mallorca; We really enjoyed the house and its close proximitiy to the main square in Sollar, convenient access to train stations to Port Soller and Palma. It was amazing to have access to the swimming pool and a beautiful garden. The house has exceeded all of our expectations.
