Splendido soggiorno. La casa è dotata di ogni confort con una splendida terrazza attrezzata per mangiare fuori e rilassarsi sulle sedie a sdraio. Fantastico anche il parcheggio. A pochi metri dalla casa ottimi ristoranti, mini market, bar, farmacia per non parlare del lago raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi e dove è possibile fare il bagno in una spiaggetta con dell'ombra molto piacevole e poco affollata Dalla casa si gode di una bellissima vista sul lago. La comunicazione con Veronica è stata facilissima ci ha sempre risposto in tempi reale. Grazie di cuore, consiglio vivamente queso alloggio.

Parking is free. A small minus- hasn’t special place to dry up the skiing boots. Nevertheless, the common evaluation of the apartment is very good!

Ho alloggiato a casa di Laura 5 notti con i miei 3 ragazzi. L' appartamento è grazioso, pulito caldo, equipaggiato di tutto il necessario ma forse un pochino piccolo per 4 adulti; per una vacanza invernale, è da considerare il fatto che L'appartamento, come tutta la palazzina, non è dotato di un deposito sci, e comunque ne eravamo consapevoli; Laura e la signora Lori sono state sempre molto disponibili per qualsiasi tipo di problema.

24 horas antes de llegar nos comunicaron que había un problema técnico con el Airbnb y que no podíamos disponer de el. Afortunadamente nos pudieron reubicar. Nos dieron varias alternativas para que escogiéramos la que preferíamos. Así que esta valoración es sobre el apartamento en el que finalmente pasamos la estancia. Muy agradable y bien ubicado. Faltó mencionar que al baño se entra por la habitación así que por la noche se puede hacer un poco molesto. También tuvimos problemas con la electricidad, que saltaba cada vez que encendíamos más de un electrodoméstico.

Der Aufenthalt war großartig und Nicolo ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber! Die Anlage ist groß und abgezäunt - die Wohnungen sind großtenteils Wochenendwohnungen von Einheimischen aus Verona, was die Atmosphäre sehr entspannt und gemütlich macht. Die Anlage ist zwar etwas älter - aber dafür sehr ruhig und top gepflegt. Der Pool ist super sauber - gleichzeitig nie überfüllt, weil der Zugang zur Anlage beschränkt ist. Dadurch ist man fernab der Touristen-Massen und kann Baden, ohne das es überfüllt ist. Gerade für Kinder wirklich klasse. Was fehlt ist vllt ein kleiner Spielplatz, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Man merkt, dass das nicht nur eine kommerzielle Ferienwohnung ist, sondern hier auch wirklich manchmal jemand wohnt. Auch das Internet funktioniert einwandfrei. Außerdem war die Wohnung super sauber und gepflegt. Für vier Personen ist sie allerdings etwas klein. Nicolo war ein super Gastgeber!

Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables dans l'appartement de Luca. L'accueil a été très bon et toutes nos petites requêtes ont été traitées très rapidement. L'emplacement est paisible et l'appartement ne manque de rien. Un vrai plus est le garage souterrain avec en plus un box pour y déposer ses vélos etc. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Ponte Cingoli. Nos chiens s'y sont bien plus, aussi grâce à la climatisation. Il faut toutefois noté qu'une voiture sur place est indispensable. Merci Luca à toi et tes parents pour le beau séjour

Joli studio très bien situé pour permettre une découverte de Sirmione. Un shuttle bien pratique vous emmène du parking jusqu'à l'appartement avec les valises. Bien sûr, on entend les bruits du village puisqu'on est au centre. C'est la vie si sympathique des Italiens. Et la bouteille de vin blanc offerte en cadeau par Christian était bien bonne!

Chiaras sted er super hyggeligt, og super for vores børn med fri adgang til badelandet lige ved siden af. Alt i lejligheden var som nyt og der var super rent og pænt både ude og inde. A/C var meget effektiv til at sikre vi kunne køle af indenfor om dagen og sove uden det var for varmt om natten. Det eneste meget meget lille minus, hvis man bor der i flere dage, er at man skal køre for at aflevere skrald. Vi ville helt sikkert booke igen.

Schöne, geräumige Wohnung im Erdgeschoss in ruhiger Lage. Mein Motorrad konnte ich sicher auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück direkt am Haus parken. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin und ihre Familie sind ganz liebe Menschen. Ich Wwurde dreimal zu regionalem Essen eingeladen ….. sehr lecker. Außerdem gab es frische Eier von eigenen Hühnern. Ich habe mich die zwei Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt und würde jederzeit wieder bei Rosella buchen.

Lovely apartment within 10 minutes walk of the main village for dinner and Apres Ski activities. It is possible to walk to Spinale gongola, but we chose to park the car for 6 euro per day beside Pardlago lift. It was easier than walking the children in ski boots and for getting them home at the end of a days skiing. The is also a ski bus stop outside the apartment for a small cost. Great apartment with plenty of room for a family of 6. Thanks for hosting us Cristiana and for your helping finding ski lessons for my children. Will book again.
