Häuser als Ferienunterkünfte in Porto Ercole

Jolie petite maison ds un très GD terrain clos avec une belle maison en face avec plusieurs locations. Fonctionnel, de quoi cuisiner niveau ustensiles. Prévoir des serviettes de bain en plus pr la piscine. Rien est clos ou fermés à l'extérieur entre les locations (lieu idéal pour organiser un séjour familal, cousinade ou entre amis, le cadre si prête) avec cette belle piscine (totalement clôturée par sécurité) bcp de place autour, ce n'est pas dérangeant si on est plusieurs, transat, elle est nettoyé ts les jours. Cadre très verdoyant avec les bêtes de la ferme ( poneys, ânes, cochons, vache et son veau, etc...) aux alentours et les sangliers. Juste pr info c'est encaissé , pas de vue mais ressourcant car ds la nature. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Giancarlo qui est très réactif au message mais ns avons rencontré son fils avec sa petite famille qui sont très sympathiques, donnent des conseils et renseignements, ilsi aiment les échangent. Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern und unserem Hund für eine Woche in Guidos Unterkunft . Sie liegt etwas höher gelegen nicht weit von einem Großen See entfernt , den man vom Garten aus betrachten kann. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn und das Ferienhaus ist komplett eingezäunt . Der Pool ist nochmals separat eingezäunt, was es für unsere Kinder sehr sicher gemacht hat, da 2 unserer Kinder noch nicht schwimmen konnten :-) Überall stehen wundervolle Olivenbäume und in Guidos Garten steht der größte Baum . Nebenbei bemerkt bekommt man bei Guido auch eines der besten Oliven Öle aus eigener Produktion ! Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe , ist sehr gepflegt , wie auch die komplette Anlage und auf den liegen bekommt man den ganzen Tag Sonne ab :-) Die kürzeste Entfernung zum Meer mit wundervollem Sandstrand beträgt ca 45 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir können jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen der einen Ort zum abschalten sucht und die Seele baumeln lassen möchte , es war ein toller Urlaub ! :-)

Margherita est très accueillante, de bons conseils pour les incontournables de la région, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, literie confortable, maison spacieuse et bien agencée, une piscine splendide avec vue (environ 20m de long), beaucoup de transat, la climatisation partout. Alors oui, le chemin de terre pour y accéder peut paraître long parfois mais c'est le prix de la tranquillité. Seul bémol, le risque d'avoir des voisins bruyants à l'étage inférieur ou supérieur (que nous avons eu pendant 3j).

Absolutely stunning setting! The house is very beautiful and the sunset is incredible. It was comfy, clean and we could easily have stayed much longer. The kids loved exploring the yard and wandering around all the beautiful olive trees. Paola was so helpful with local recommendations and always responsive! The house had all the essentials, which was great as there isn’t exactly a supermarket down the road. It was a really special stay. Thank you for having us!

We are an American and Italian family traveling through Italy and we highy recommend this special spot in the mountains. The landscape was beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful. We ended up arriving very late in the evening as their was a crash on the autostrada and Luca was very accommodating and communicative. We would stay here again.

La vue est magnifique. Quartier paisible. Toutefois, la cuisine manque plusieurs articles pour cuisiner.

Sono stata a Castiglione della Pescaia una settimana con la mia famiglia e il mio cane. Mi sono trovata veramente bene nell'alloggio di Flavia , pulitissimo , molto bella la posizione e il giardino ben curato. devo dire che è il posto ideale per rilassarsi e godersi la tranquillità di una vacanza.

La casa di Beatrice è un piccolo gioiellino: pulita, ordinata, spaziosa, accogliente, completa di tutto, con anche una fresca veranda con un giardino curato dove poter pranzare in compagnia e far giocare i bambini. Dispone anche di due posti auto comodissimi. Si trova in una via residenziale tranquilla a due passi dal bellissimo mare e a due minuti in macchina dal centro di Castiglione. Beatrice è un host molto premurosa, si notano subito l'amore e la passione che ci mette per rendere la casa il più accogliente possibile per far in modo che gli ospiti passino un soggiorno felice e tornino a casa soddisfatti. Noi abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana ed è stata dura fare le valigie per far ritorno a casa! Se scegliete Castiglione come luogo di vacanza, le case di Beatrice sono super consigliate! Grazie ancora per il fantastico soggiorno!

Wir hatten etwas Pech, weil auf dem Nachbargrundstück gerade mit viel Lärm gebaut wurde. Die Wohnung selbst liegt aber eigentlich hervorragend: Nahe am Strand und an der Altstadt und ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt buchstäblich an nichts. Elisabetta ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene a Casa Allegra, l'appartamento è molto carino e spazioso, forse anche meglio di come appare nelle foto. Si trova al piano terra ed è comodo anche per sfruttare lo spazio esterno. Comodo il parcheggio all' interno della proprietà. Renata e la sua famiglia sono stati degli host molto cordiali e ospitali, dandoci anche utili consigli sui dintorni.

Era la nostra prima volta a Castiglione. Padrone di casa (mamma e figlia) gentilissime, accoglienti e disponibilissime. Posto meraviglioso, lontano dal caos cittadino ma a poca distanza dal mare, immersi nella natura e nella pace. Alloggio spazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario all'interno e all'esterno con sdraie, ombrellone e tavolo. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Grazie ancora di tutto. Torneremo sicuramente.

Punta Ala is a perfect place for a vacation. There are lots of coniferous trees, which provide a really nice temperature. There are plenty of beach clubs to choose from and some tennis courts. The streets are really clean. The supermarket, pharmacy, clothing store and restaurants are a few minutes drive from the house. The villa is quite big, all cutlery and dishes are available. The dishwasher and washing machine are both working well. The internet has really high quality. Frontyard is a really nice place for eating and there was also plenty of food. Generally, our stay was very pleasant.

Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub auf La Tordara verbracht und haben die Ruhe, die tolle Aussicht und das saubere, neu renovierte Anwesen jede Sekunde genossen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, hat einen grossen Kühlschrank, eine Geschirrspülmaschine, einen modernen Herd und sogar mehrere verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen sind vorhanden! Auch aussen hat es alles, was das Herz begehrt: einen Pizzaofen, einen Grill, einen Whirlpool mit schöner Aussicht. Der Gartentisch und die Lounge sind fast immer schattig und laden zum Geniessen ein. Und zuletzt sind alle Räume klimatisiert - wenn man sich drinnen mal eine Weile abkühlen möchte. Es war wunderschön dort und wir können es nur empfehlen, dort seinen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Très beau logement, hôte réactif, très attentionné et aidant, répond très rapidement si besoin. Environnement calme, paisible, éloigné de Porto Santo Stefano mais compensé par une vue paradisiaque. Les très gros atouts sont le solarium, la vue spectaculaire de la terrasse, la plage privée à 1km. Malgré nos 2h de retard à l’arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marco et sa femme. Ils ont de plus accepté de venir plus tôt à notre départ pour des questions organisationnelles. Nous recommandons à 100% et nous reviendrons.

Abbiamo trascorso il Capodanno presso questa casetta meravigliosa , in mezzo ad un giardino , con tutti i comfort necessari. Fabrizioa Saverio sono due Host meravigliosi e gentili nonché molto attenti alle esigenze del cliente. le terme a pochi chilometri e la pulizia della casa perfetta sono anche questi elementi da non sottovalutare! ritorneremo e consigliamo tantissimo questo alloggio!

La Selvolina is een geweldige plek om te relaxen en te genieten van de omgeving, maar ook van het heerlijke zwembad. Het huis is fijn, de keuken heel volledig. Alles is aanwezig voor een heerlijk verblijf. Bij vragen werd er altijd snel en heel vriendelijk gereageerd, wat we als heel prettig en welkom ervaren hebben. La Selvolina is een heerlijk rustige plek, ongeveer 30 minuten lopen (berg op) of 5 minuten per auto naar Roccastrada. Met wat geluk zie je reeën in de tuin en hoor je ‘s nachts de uilen. Het is wel raadzaam om een SUV te hebben, omdat de weg niet verhard is.
