Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Ginevra was very friendly and forthcoming. Communication was smooth and prompt. Nice place, surely recommended!

È stata un'esperienza da favola in una location da favola. La casetta, splendida in ogni dettaglio, è incastonata tra i maestosi colli toscani, offrendo un panorama che non ha prezzo. Da ogni angolo della casa si apre una vista mozzafiato che sembra un dipinto. La tranquillità e la pace che si respirano in questo luogo sono un vero e proprio balsamo per l'anima, una chimera di bellezza rara difficile da descrivere a parole. È il tipo di posto che ti fa dimenticare lo stress della vita quotidiana. Noi siamo stati lì con i nostri cagnoni e non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Chiara è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima. Ci portava persino dei dolci fatti in casa per colazione. Cosa poter chiedere di più ? Grazie!!!

Mel und Thomas sind großartige Gastgeber, diskret und sofort da , wenn man sie braucht. Das Haus , der Garten, die Terrassen und der Pool sind traumhaft schön, super gut ausgestattet und vor allem geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war alles super sauber , die Mitarbeiter auf dem Gelände sind genau so diskret und immer sehr höflich und hilfsbereit... Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt und wir freuen uns sehr endlich ein Ort gefunden zu haben der zu 100% uns gefallen hat und wir auf jeden Fall zurück kommen werden. Grazie mille ❤️

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

Superschönes toskanisches Haus mit grandiosem Ausblick. Der Hot-Tub war ein Highlight!Es fehlt an nichts,sehr gut ausgestattet. Andrea und seine Eltern sind sehr nette Leute!

It was one of the most memorable vacations I have ever had! The interior of the house, the fireplace, the wine that Thomas treated us to, the hill on which the house is located, dinners with stunning views, the starry sky, Thomas’s “throne hall” and the stories told in it, and, of course, Thomas himself-one of the most interesting conversationalists I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and talking to))

Très beau séjour dans une très belle maison, très bien équipée, avec une grande piscine. Toute la maison était très confortable, la climatisation efficace et les hôtes très facilement joignables pour aider au maximum. L’environnement est calme, et aéré le soir ce qui fait beaucoup de bien en plein été. Accès simple (avec voiture) à la mer, à un supermarché et à de nombreux restaurants.

I stayed in Saverio's airbnb for 3 nights with my mum. Unfortunately we were very unlucky with the weather so we couldn't see the beautiful scenery from the balcony (there was a weather warning for the whole Tuscany area). However we had nice time at here - having a bath, cooking delicious food in super well-equipped kitchen, watching a flim with Smart TV, etc. We do hope to come back to Umbria region, staying here.

Il casale di Debora è bellissimo, ha una vista splendida, nei giorni più limpidi si possono vedere dai Monti Sibillini al Gran Sasso e tutta la Val d' Orcia. L' interno è molto accogliente e Debora da attenta ospite lo ha dotato di tutto ciò che può servire alle persone che accoglie, ci si sente veramente accolti e coccolati. È stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. Noi eravamo in compagnia di amici e dei nostri rispettivi cani. Per loro è stata un' esperienza stupenda, hanno avuto a disposizione oltre ad una casa che li ha accettati tranquillamente, anche uno splendido terreno recintato e fuori di esso, una spazio a perdita d' occhio per correre liberi e felici. La mattina pur essendo dicembre, ci siamo sempre goduti un' alba bellissima. La posizione in cui si trova, ci ha consentito di visitare agevolmente molti paesini e città e infine ci siamo rilassati anche alle terme che distano pochissimo dal casale. Très beau logement, hôte réactif, très attentionné et aidant, répond très rapidement si besoin. Environnement calme, paisible, éloigné de Porto Santo Stefano mais compensé par une vue paradisiaque. Les très gros atouts sont le solarium, la vue spectaculaire de la terrasse, la plage privée à 1km. Malgré nos 2h de retard à l’arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marco et sa femme. Ils ont de plus accepté de venir plus tôt à notre départ pour des questions organisationnelles. Nous recommandons à 100% et nous reviendrons.

Il mio compagno ed io abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana con il nostro cane di taglia media. Un soggiorno di relax, casa ampia e fornita e punto forte il giardino! Oltre a noi anche il nostro cane lo ha apprezzato tanto. Antonio e la moglie sono davvero gentili e disponibili, sempre pronti in caso di necessità Soggiorno bellissimo!

Vi havde en fantastisk uge i Casa Trasimonte, hvor vi nød huset, poolen, terrassen og udsigten. Huset er rigt udstyret, så vi spiste en del hjemme. Vi spiste også på den lokale restaurant Lo Scoliotto, hvor udsigten og maden er god. I Tuoro spiste vi med flot udsigt over søen. Selve Largo Trasimeno var lidt af en skuffelse. Ikke at se på (virkelig smuk), men ikke indbydende ift. at bade i. Vi løb gode ture i bjergene omkring huset, og mødte en smuk dyrediversitet. Alt i alt en stor anbefaling fra os.

Die Gastgeber vor Ort waren sehr Aufmerksam und Hilfsbereit - vielen Dank. Der Ort ist wunderschön und eher abgelegen - viele lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele in Autodistanz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus, aller nötige Komfort vorhanden. Der Schwimmteich ist auch im Hochsommer noch frisch. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort zum ankommen und ausspannen - Wir danken für die einzigartigen Ferien!

Immaculate flat with 3 big bedrooms and a huge kitchen/living space. V quiet surroundings. Beautiful garden with a small pool which is nice for cooling off. Judith, Fabrizio and their two children are wonderful hosts, but never intrusive. It is a bit of a bumpy track to reach the house but fine with a standard family car. Easy to reach many Umbrian towns including Assisi and lake Trasimeno (we enjoyed kayaking). We also enjoyed the local water park.

Très belle maison avec tout le nécessaire (même plus) à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La maison est un peu éloignée des restaurants/activités disponibles dans la région mais cela vaut le coup d’y séjourner au vu du calme, de la belle vue depuis la terrasse et de la maison superbe

Das Ferienhaus ist fantastisch, wir haben uns von den ersten Sekunden in das Haus verliebt. Das Haus ist perfekt und mit viel Liebe zum Design eingerichtet. Der Garten und die Anlage sind traumhaft und das Frühstück im Garten mit dem traumhaften Blick bleibt unvergesslich. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben jeden Abend den Kamin genutzt, und jeden Morgen unserem Cappuccino in der Sonnenliegen genossen. Holger ist ein exzellenter Gastgeber, die Kommunikation funktionierte einwandfrei und er bereitete uns vor der Anreise mit wichtigen Tipps. Enrico, ist ein exzellenter Concierge und hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen. Wir hatten das Privileg , die Kochkünste von Enrico Exklusiv auszukosten, echte toskanische Köstlichkeiten (alles aus der Region km 0) zu genießen. Angela hat uns mit Ihrer exzellente und freundliche Gastgeberkünste bedient, und hinter jedem Gang und Teller eine kleine Geschichte erzählt. Wir sind mit schweren Herzen weggefahren! Grazie!

Lovely property in a beautiful location. Katja was very helpful from start to finish, as well as Ylenia & Gilles. Private and peaceful surroundings, lovely garden space and pool area - clean and very accessible. We stayed with our young daughter and my wife’s parents, all had plenty of room to enjoy the property. Lots of small touches thought of such as basic cooking items and toilet roll, lots of local recommendations in a helpful folder. Only slight downside was air conditioning not reaching one of the three bedrooms effectively, but air blown into room with a wall fan. Thank you so much Katja, it was a fantastic place to have our first little family holiday! We would definitely return!

Ein tolles Haus in traumhafter Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat auch bei der Ausstattung an nichts gefehlt. Ein solitär liegendes Haus auf einem großen Grundstück mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Die Bäume spenden natürlichen Schatten und durch die Bausubstanz bleibt das Haus auch im Sommer angenehm temperiert. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Einfach ein Ort zum Genießen - Toskana pur.

Siamo stati molto bene in questa casa, posizione stupenda e riservata, casa accogliente e provvista di tutto. Elena molto disponibile e pronta ad intervenire in caso di necessità.

Sono stata benissimo, è un posto strategico. Con l'auto puoi raggiungere il mare di Follonica in 30 min poco di più per Punta Ala o Castiglione della Pescaia. Sono riuscita a visitare tutti i paesini medioevali nei dintorni e le varie necropoli Etrusche poiché al massimo distano un'ora di auto o poco più tipo l'Abbazia di San Galgano. Ad un'ora di distanza anche l'Argentario o poco di più per il monte Amiata e Santa Fiora. Tobias gentilissimo ed estremamente disponibile. Appartamento molto carino e pulito e veramente ottimo per rilassarsi. Una vacanza splendida

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, l'endroit est magnifique. Fredi et Katrin sont très accueillant et le logement dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin. Je recommande !
