Ferienunterkünfte mit Strandzugang in Paphos

We stayed a month in February 2025. It was very cold while we were there. According to locals it was the coldest winter for time. We were lucky that blankets and a warm fan were available. Extremely well situated flat -walkable to all three bus stations, the Harbour and the archaeology park. Nicely furnished apartment with two separate bedrooms and a comfortable living area and Kitchen. We were able to put Netflix on the television which was great when the nights were very cold and you didn’t want to go far. Spotlessly clean with everything you could need. Five minute walk to Kings Mall where there is a supermarket and many other shops Cyprus is a very easy country and we were well able to sort things out ourselves but when we needed to contact our hosts, they were always readily available, consistent and friendly. I would certainly recommend this choice

We really enjoyed our stay here, ideal location for walks, restaurants and shops. Clean and well kept apartment, plus the complex is looked after to a good standard. Any questions you have for Nitzan and he’ll get back to you in good time plus sends all the information you’ll need for your stay.

George's apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and lovingly decorated. The large and well-equipped kitchen is great for cooking. The view of the sea from the balcony is amazing - perfect for breakfast or ending the day with a glass of wine at sunset. George is a very friendly host and responded quickly to all our questions or problems. One time the water heater was broken and George fixed it the very next morning. Unfortunately the weather wasn't so good during our stay, so we were all the more pleased that we had a nice apartment so that we could spend a rainy day comfortably at home.

We loved our stay in Paphos. The apartment was great, spacious, clean and practical. Great shower, comfy beds, quiet neighbourhood ( in February). The location is great, it's just a short walk to the beach and 15min walk to the harbour. There is a lovely coastal path in both directions for beautiful walks or cycling. We rented bikes one day and it was great fun. There is a little shop nearby too with lovely friendly people. Nikolay and Olga were super helpful and reply immediately to our requests. They were flexible with our check out which made our last day just perfect! They also recommended a taxi company (Stevie's) which were brilliant to give us a lift to the airport for €30. We had a brilliant time, highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to get away from resort holidays. Thanks Nikolay and Olga, we will be back 😊

I really enjoyed my stay at Julia’s apartment! The place was cozy and very clean! I also liked that it had a big balcony and fast internet. I would definitely return again!

The apartment is very well described and was well worth what I paid to stay. the location is very convenient and close to many restaurants and the beaches.

The best way I can describe the place is "goldilocks zone." I had been through several stays over the last 4 months in Greece and Cyprus and there was always a compromise. Martin and Olga's was just right. Nothing lacking. Very comfortable, clean, well-equipped and furnished. The apartment is quiet and well-lit. Bed and seating comfortable and stylish. Communications and help was always quick and friendly. Above and beyond expectations!

Lovely apartment. Everything you need. Near restaurants and bars, yet in quiet area. Heiko responded very fast when we had problem with TV. He provided a microwave when we stayed in the apartment. Hope to be back again. Thanks Heiko.

Lovely maisonette, near the sea and restaurants. Great balcony with direct sun. Eleftheria was very helpful, suggesting places to go and helping with booking a taxi from the airport and back. Kitchen was well equipped , better than most Airbnb accommodations. I would definitely be back.

Une très belle expérience. La maison et son jardin sont de très belle qualité. La maison correspond aux photos. la literie est confortable. C'est une magnifique maison avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un merveilleux séjour. le plus avec le jacuzzi et la piscine. tout est très propre. Merci à Demi qui est à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Grâce à vous notre séjour c'est très bien passé.

Had a great 10 days at the apartment. We hired a car for the duration and visited lots of places in the surrounding areas. We highly recommend Sonnys Restaurant 10 mins west. Also The House restaurant 15mins NW. the local supermarket had most things you need and there's a Lidl 5 mins drive away. The local pizza restaurant was ok as was the restaurant next door. Coral bay up the coast is a good beach and good restaurants and the sea caves beach was fantastic up the coast. The sunset views from the apartment on the upper balcony were beautiful. Like home from home, highly recommend Stephan & Francois' apt. Our only complaint is that the double bed was too hard!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was absolutely perfect for visiting Paphos. We didn’t hire a car, and were able to walk the 20/30 minutes along the seafront to the town centre and historical sights, and excellent Paphos bus service to visit other locations. A couple of nice little beaches 10 minutes walk away. The house was clean and cosy and in a very quiet neighbourhood. There were just a couple of things missing from the list of specified items with the villa - bikes and charcoal for the bbq, which would have nice to have available, but Svetlana communicated immediately about these when we asked. Would definitely return if we are in Paphos again!

prima esperienza di AirBnB molto buona, host e impresa di pulizie sul luogo molto disponibili. abbiamo avuto un piccolo contrattempo ma risolto molto velocemente e con estrema professionalità. senza dubbio una esperienza da rifare. la zona molto tranquilla ma la casa è dotata di tutto e invoglia a godersi la permanenza in questa villa con piscina. ideale per le famiglie per la riservatezza e posizione tranquilla.

Maison très pratique pour un séjour en famille. Le nombre de salles d’eau et de toilettes étaient très appréciable. La proximité avec la plage était idéale, on y allait le matin, on rentrait pour manger et retour l’après-midi. Nous nous rendions au centre ville à pied, ce qui était très pratique. Ekaterina a été une hôte très à l’écoute et très réactive. Le seul bémol a été le montant de l’électricité que nous avons trouvé un peu élevé, 235 euros pour 15 jours, seulement une chambre sur les 6 a utilisé la climatisation. Sinon tout était très bien.

Für uns (2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder) verlief der Aufenthalt sehr gut. Das Haus ist mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche versehen, die wir aber kaum genutzt haben, da wir fast jeden Abend in den tollen Restaurants zum Essen waren. Der Pool ist ein echtes Plus. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und sehr einladend. Der eigene Parkplatz hat es uns ermöglicht, auf der Unterkunft zu parken. Der Check-in und Check-out ist dank der Schlüsselbox flexibel, was sehr angenehm ist und Stress abnimmt. Michalis ist ein guter Gastgeber mit großartiger Kommunikation und schnellen Antworten auf alle Fragen oder Probleme. Das Einzige was die Kinder bemängelt haben war, dass das WLAN im Oberen Kinderzimmer nicht funktionierte. Wir können die Villa auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

This is a fantastic stay in a great spot. If you’re looking for part of Cyprus, it’s close to nature and the villages, this is the spot for you. The house is lovely, right on the sea, and secluded enough that you can choose to be very relaxed, or close enough to two small towns that you can find restaurants and bars and coffee and other amenities. A great spot with responsive and lovely hosts. I’d stay again!

We had a great stay at Stella’s place. The location is kind of unbeatable - right on the beach & just a few minutes walk from the bars and restaurants of the Coral Bay tourist strip. The apartment is in a building surrounded by fruit trees (fresh oranges for breakfast!) and has a lovely large pool. The apartment itself is clean, well equipped and comfortable (albeit with rather small bathroom). The place is showing its age though, so might not be for you if you are looking for a luxury experience. Thank you to Stella for being a kind and helpful host!

The apartment is in a small development in a really great location in the small resort of Latchi. 10 or so excellent restaurants within 2-10 mins walk. Supermarket at 2 minutes walk, lots of free parking at 2 minutes walk. Harbour front and beaches at 5 minutes walk. The apartment is perfect for a couple, fairly basically furnished and equipped, but everything we needed was there. The interior is a little tired perhaps, but that is reflected in the price. Balconies on both sides means one is always in shade. The pool in the development is clean and a good size. Not much used when we were there. Lastly, Sylvia is incredibly responsive and friendly. Strongly recommended.

Very nice and spacious apartments. Well equipped kitchen with new electrical installations. Swimming pool available from 7:30 to 21:00. Parking area outside on the street, always easy to find free place. Very clear and easy to follow instructions how to find the apartments and check in. Great communication overall and very impressive instant replies practically at any time of the day, even late evening. It was a nice stay and would be definitely recommended.

Marios & Christina were amazing hosts, very kind, and helpful, their place was beautiful, insane sunsets that you can watch from the living room every night, it was so cozy, and clean, it had everything you need and more, the location was perfect, minutes from the beach, very nice supermarket was a cross the street, also a very nice coffee shop was next door to the supermarket. The place was extremely clean and had everything you need and more, very equipped kitchen, with all the tools you need to make any meal you want. Mario and Christina’s hospitality was outstanding, my husband got sick during our stay, I messaged them for some tips on where to go to get medicine, they immediately replied, stopped by and gave all the information needed and shared some of the cold/flu medicine they had, because it was Sunday and there was no near by pharmacy was open. I can’t express how much I appreciated everything they did, and how comfortable and happy they made us feel. Thank you ☺️

Lovely place to stay! Estea were very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The place was clean and very comfortable, and we felt right at home. Location-wise, it was only a 10-minute walk to the beach/seafront, and there was plenty of parking. I would recommend it!

The only setback for us was the location was to far away from the local bus service and the sea, this was not to say that we didn’t enjoy our stay, it just meant we had to hire a car, both myself and my sister-in-law have trouble walking distances, which is nobody’s fault, I probably should have looked into it more. Sotia was there for us 24/7. If we needed anything she was very friendly and helpful, unfortunately on arriving home I had a fall and was unable to write this sooner, I thank Sotia, so much for making our lives easier and being there for us.
