Artists Penthouse has been our favorite Airbnb experience! Russ greeted us and gave us a tour. We were welcomed with a snack/wine basket. The Penthouse is located in a safe and very quiet neighborhood without road noise, and close to shopping/restaurants. The deck is expansive with comfy furniture and stunning views! We enjoyed breakfast and quiet evenings with beautiful sunsets from the deck. The beds are comfortable with extra pillows and blankets available. The kitchen has nice appliances and amenities. The living room furniture is comfortable and there is a great selection of games/books available. We enjoyed the artwork as well as ocean views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Russ and Lisa are outstanding hosts! On request, Lisa even provided a steamer to use on our wedding clothes. Russ is a talented hair designer and he squeezed my husband in for a haircut. We’re looking forward to returning soon! Thank you, Russ and Lisa, for being such warm and welcoming hosts!

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. I especially appreciated the little thoughtful touches that made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch Airbnb experience!

Haas responded to my messages in a timely manner. His place was exactly how it was described. No complaints. Bed was very comfortable. Very clean place. I would rebook again if I'm back in the area.

Gary's place is located in a beautiful neighborhood, walkable to grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was peaceful. The space is as described. I was pleasantly surprised at the kitchen being so well equipped and with many options for cooking. As noted in another review, you can hear voices, animals, doors from others in the same house, but it was minimal. Just good to know if that bothers you. The bed was comfortable and the space is used well.

Sonia and Hugh are great. Everything kept breaking, obviously not used in a while. Toilet broke, dishwasher, toilet cleaner, etc.

This place was exactly what we were looking for! Clean, easy to get to, and great parking. There was one parking spot and it was in an easy location. The only issue was the noise. From 6am-12am there are planes flying in and out of the airport. You do get noise from that and the street. I recommend bringing a sound machine if you don’t like outside noise. We’ve been to OB in the past so we knew what to expect. The place was clean and spacious for the 4 of us. It was in a great location to grocery stores, the beach, and shopping. Ashlyn was responsive to our check in questions and was very nice to communicate with. We would rebook again if needed!

I can’t say enough good things about Kathryn’s lovely guest apartment. A true old-world sanctuary! Just as described, the apartment is spacious, very clean, quiet, and historic with lovely wood work and decor full of art and character. Really transporting! My absolute favorite part of the stay was spending time in the established gorgeous succulent garden at the front of the house - full of overflowing beds, hummingbirds, butterflies, bees, and song birds - it even has a fountain. And then there's the two level roof deck! Kathryn was responsive and helpful and squeezed me in last minute when I left LA because of the fires. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Fowler home with our friends. We are families with young children. We were able to relax and make our own meals, which was important to us. The property is so peaceful and has beautiful outdoor eating areas.

Came to compete at a horse show at Galway Downs. The home was conveniently located to our venue and provided a peaceful and relaxing respite from the activities of the day. The charming, ranch style home was perfect for our needs!

Emilee is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond with every single detail. The home is lovely, clean, and comfortable and close to downtown San Clemente, the Pier, and beaches. It is especially great for traveling with kids - what a delight not to have to pack cribs, high chairs, books or toys, all of which are provided! Not to mention there’s a park right down the street. And perhaps best of all, every bed is super comfortable, even the twins in the kids room. We will definitely be back again and again. Thank you so much Emilee!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests. The place itself was exactly as described—comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. It made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. Nicholas was an excellent and gracious host - the house was very easy to check into with a welcome/informational book. Clean, comfortable, and spacious home with beautiful grounds. I booked the home for family that was visiting from overseas, and they were all very pleased with the place! It was a great place to rest in between all the activities Southern California has to offer. My mom did have trouble finding one of the bedrooms when she got there in the evening, and Peter, the co-host, was very responsive and helped her out haha

I can't say enough good things about this experience. The property was amazing! I will say the photos don't do it justice. There are so many other areas on the property that are not pictured so we were very impressed. The house alone is beautiful and the views are also amazing! Sonia was also amazing! She was very attentive and responsive! It was my birthday so she added a little extra touch which made the experience that much more memorable. Over all 10/10!

Erik's home was a perfect place for us! Home was clean, easy to find in a quiet neighborhood, and had everything we needed. He was also super responsive and answered any questions I had. Can't recommend the home and host more! Thank you again for hosting us!
