The place was as pictured, walkable to the beach & restaurants/shops at the boardwalk. The kitchen was well stocked & the pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed our short stay.

The location is fantastic. Private beach access just steps away. Great restaurants and a wonderful lake/park/playground just a short walk away. And the space is great for a family of 3. Comfortable place to rest and a beach view from the balcony. Only downside is to be expected with a condo: can be a bit noisy with others in building (and even noise from neighboring building can be heard through walls).

Rob and his wife were very responsive to any and all inquiries. It was perfect for our weekend getaway. While the living room adequately handled 7 adults, 2 toddlers, and 1 infant largely because of the barstools, it wasn’t as spacious as the picture made it appear. This was a perfect location for a quick weekend to the beach, and even better being off season. The location was so convenient, we didn't move our car once we got there. The house was clean and had the basics of what we needed, though we didn't spend alot of time in it because there was so much to do. We would definitely stay again.

It would be hard to beat this location and the expansive deck. It was quiet, no neighbors on either side, and a great fenced in area for the dogs. I’m not sure you could get this close to the beach without spending a lot more money. This is a great value, and we were quite sad to leave. It really began to feel like home and was quite comfortable The host was extremely responsive and polite, and immediately addressed a very minor problem. We will definitely return as soon as possible!

This is my 5th stay at Mike’s place and I keep coming back because it’s just magic. Perfect little beach cottage right on the water. Coffee on that porch is one of my favorite places. Mike is always kind and responsive.

This is our 6th or 7th time to visit Egret and Sandpiper. We keep coming back because it’s just that great! It’s an ideal location. Sitting on the porch and watching the waves is so peaceful and the beach is just steps away. The fenced in yard is ideal for kids and dogs! The kitchen is completely stocked with anything you may need. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Mike is easy to communicate with and a great host. We can’t wait to keep visiting our favorite place!

We loved Mark’s apartment with both views for sunrise and sunset. We had everything we needed from the beginning and Mark was easy to reach throughout the stay. This spot will stay in our top choices to rent. Thank You for providing a great place to vacation.

Sandpiper was the perfect holiday getaway for celebrating my mom’s birthday and Thanksgiving with a large family. The amenities were great (kids loved the heated pool) and it was wonderful to be steps away from the beach. The property is perfect for large groups and each room still has the benefit of privacy with en suite bathrooms! Katie was responsive from the get go and suggested a variety of restaurants, activities and supermarkets near the house. I would absolutely stay at this location or any one of her properties in the future!

Beautiful beach home just a few minutes walk to the beach. Stayed for a softball tournament and the house was only 20-40 minutes from our location. The private pool was so nice to come back to after a hot day of softball. The house was as described and the privacy each room provided with its own individual bathroom was the best feature in my opinion. I love a great home where you can enjoy time with friends/family and relax. Definitely would come back and looking to book this property again in the very near future.

Andrea was very responsive with all communication. She is so kind and understanding. The house was beautiful and as described. Beach access was right across the street which was so convenient. The pool was our lifesaver as hurricane Debby dampened our stay, the kids could get out and swim in between the rain. There is many places to sit on each deck and the deck off of the living room was our favorite spot. You can see the ocean just about anywhere in the house. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Wow! What a beautiful home! I have stayed with my staff in many AirBnBs over the years from New York, to Baton Rouge to San Francisco, Orlando and Wisconsin. This was by far the best stocked home I have ever stayed in. Every single thing we reached for was there! From beach chairs to a Kitchen-Aid. There was one instance when I couldn't find something and I messaged my host. He called me immediately and walked me through how to find it. One of the best features was the elevator! We fed 9 women 12 meals. That's a lot of groceries and luggage! We just loaded up the elevator and sent it where we wanted it to go! No hauling things up and down stairs! Seriously considering returning to this same place next year!

Markus and Ashley were great hosts. They were proactive in there communication and super responsive. The home is beautiful and was spotless. Our grandson enjoyed the private pool for hours and the house was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and carts. The location was perfect....a 5 minute walk to the beach, but at the end of a small private street to make the evenings quiet and relaxing. If you are coming to Carolina Beach, we highly recommend this home because you will have a great stay. Brian G.

Chad place was very neat, clean, smelled good, and directly on the beach, plus he left my husband and I a welcome basket with snacks and water. Chad was a very responsive, friendly, helpful and awesome host, he even let us check in early!! We had our own parking space and check in was super easy! I can honestly say Chad's place was one of the best ones we've stayed in so far and the next time we come back to Kure Beach you can best believe we're booking his Airbnb. Jennifer is a great hostess. She's extremely responsive and friendly. There was a minor problem with the TV that she had resolved within a day! Her beach home is perfect for a family with everything you'll need during your stay available, especially in the kitchen! This location has an essentially private beach with direct access. I will be returning soon!

Beautiful location right on the beach perfect for any family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, the beach was beautiful and it was peaceful and quiet. We really enjoyed the fact that the kitchen and home was stocked with whatever you needed - from hats and beach bags to a hand mixer and other kitchen tools. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again.

This our second stay at Sarah’s home! We love it so much! It is a beautiful home, convenient to everything and a quick walk to the beach! The house is pristine with lots of room. We love the master bedroom with the huge shower in the master bathroom! Our older grandchildren loved the very large bunk beds! The kitchen had lots of amenities! The huge front porch is one of favorite spots to just relax and enjoy the sunshine. It also has a tv downstairs with a bar area! We will definitely be back! Sarah is very hospitable and is very flexible! You won’t regret staying at Sarah’s gorgeous home!!!!

We were pleased with our stay. The beds were very comfortable and we felt cared for in the accommodations. The view is perfect even in the rain!

We had a perfect week at Egrets Roost. Janet and Mark were perfect hosts. We can’t say enough nice things about the house and the hosts. The house was in excellent shape and even nicer than the photos.
