Kinderfreundliche Ferienunterkünfte in Northumberland Strait

The Big Blue House was just what we needed for our family vacation. Plenty of room for three adults and four younger kids. The huge yard was ideal and there’s a climber in the nearby park. There were also all the toys and baby equipment you could need! We throughly enjoyed our stay!

Our family loved our stay at Samantha's place for our first visit to PEI. Location is exactly as shown and described in photos, was clean and had all necessities. It was a very relaxing stay and the kids loved it! Only thing I'd mention is there seemed to be a lack of BBQ utensils (or we couldn't find them) but made due! :) Highly recommend for those looking for a roomy, clean and quiet place to stay in PEI.

Cute spot! The property was very beautiful and big. Weather was beautiful so we got to enjoy a lot of time outside. Very convenient location. Minutes away from local grocery store, Souris Beach - enjoyed searching for sea glass & shells, 15ish mins to Basin Head (very beautiful!). If traveling with younger children (3 & under, would strongly recommend bringing a baby gate for top and bottom of stairs. House was cozy. The only issues we had; the host is aware of and was very responsive. Also, not all Provinces have waste/recycle/compost; to better assist guests, have a clear list of what goes where for those who aren’t aware. All in all, it was a wonderful time and would love to revisit!

Our stay at Jill’s house was fantastic! The house was even better than the photos—spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It had all the comforts of home, with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a lovely outdoor space where we enjoyed relaxing in the evenings. The location was ideal, situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to many of the attractions in PEI. We loved the peaceful surroundings and felt like we had our own little retreat. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We enjoyed the fire pit outside in the backyard and also the fire pit in the house as well. We highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and well-located place to stay. We would definitely love to return!

Nice place quiet area would stay again

Beautiful home! The perfect meeting place for our extended family. Very well stocked with everything you could need. We were a group of 13 and this home offered more than enough space to accommodate everyone comfortably. LOTS of things to entertain our 7 kids (18 months-12 years) and we didn’t hear a single “I’m bored” through the entire stay! A short drive into Memramcook for pizza, sweets and extra wine ;) Randene sent very clear instructions, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay. We would love to come back and highly recommend this stay to anyone!

Lovely spot. Downtown and quiet. Place is accurately described. Thoughtful details at the BnB. Overall, a pleasant experience. Will likely stay there again.

Lorie is a great Host we had 1 issue which was out of her control and she was quick to respond and offer an alternative solution to the issue ,. She is very friendly and responsive. The house is close to stores and shops and you might even see the odd dear walking around town .

A clean, cozy, and bright space. The bedroom was bright and inviting, with a wall mounted TV close by for relaxing with a movie in bed. It was easy to find the house, and the neighborhood was quite charming as well.

Jeni's place was perfect for our needs. Close to our friends and family, and also close to Charlottetown. The parking was very convenient and Jeni was very responsive. Would stay here again :)

Wonderful stay at Karens place. We were 5 adults and had plenty of space. Very comfortable and quiet.

All we can say is, WOW!! What an awesome space...heritage building, beautifully appointed, super spacious with very high ceilings and absolutely soundproof! Great location, so close to the waterfront and all the good spots to eat in Charlottetown! One of the best we've stayed in over many years in many locations globally. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We had a great stay here over the holidays! Peter was very helpful and flexible with us. The place is clean and spacious and we were very comfortable there.

Rosemary’s place was cozy, clean and convenient. She was very helpful and left clear instructions. The bed was so comfortable. It was such a cute little spot. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Sebastian was great. always quick to respond. waited at the apartment for a late check in.

Awesome experience to stay at the rotating house! Condo was very clean and felt like right at home! Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

We stayed here for work and immediately booked it again for the next week. It is a really nice property the "master bedroom" had its own ensuite with tub and shower. We were very pleased with this location. The hosts were great, something was left behind, we messaged back and forth, the cleaners found it and they are going to get it back to us. Above and beyond communicating and helpful.

Where do I even begin? One of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed at. Check in was a breeze. Everything, from the well stocked kitchen to the stunning bedrooms, and luxurious bathrooms, made our getaway feel like a true vacation. You also will not find a better location - walking distance to Founders Hall, fantastic shopping, and delicious food (highly recommend Tekila and The Hopyard!). My only regret is that we didn’t book to stay longer! Will definitely be back - thanks for hosting us, Dino!

Place was very modern and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Great view of the coast. Rick was very friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our 3 day stay. I give this place top marks.

Catherine’s place is in a spectacular setting with stunning views out to sea. We received a wonderfully warm welcome from Catherine. Do not miss sitting in the sunroom looking out to sea and chilling. The apartment is spotless clean. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom a lovely size. If you are looking to get away from it all, this is a great place to do it. We wish we could have spent more time there We ate at the Red Shoe pub about a 15 minute drive away. Food was decent and live music on the Friday was very enjoyable. You do need a car to stay here but if you’re travelling around Cape Breton, you will already know that Catherine & Francis took the time to give us some great recommendations and places to stop around the Cabot Trail. Catherine also baked us some extremely good cake that was fantastic with our morning coffee. I’d highly recommended staying here

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Windsor! I was just close enough to family in the HRM that travel was a breeze, and I had my choice of several excellent shops and restaurants just outside my door. The apartment had everything I needed (and more, since I was only staying the weekend). Everything is in top condition, the soaking tub is absolute heaven after hours on a plane and in the car, and Rick and his team are incredibly responsive. This apartment is top of my list for the next time I come back East for a visit home!

Loved it and really appreciated that it was pet friend. Very peaceful location and central to many locations on the island and very close to cavendish. Would definitely recommend!
