Beautiful views in a quiet location. The children didn’t use the downstairs bedroom as it can only be accessed by outside steps and didn’t have a lock. This didn’t matter as the second bedroom has two single beds and is a good size. When we had a problem with the shower draining very slowly, the matter was sorted very quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

This was our second time staying at Villa Lana! We absolutely loved our stay again. Being here for the second time allowed us to appreciate the location even more. Villa Lana is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The neighbourhood is respectful of noise. The house is fully equipped with everything and more for your stay. Thank you Demetris, we can’t wait to come back!

Great accommodation with everything you need, e.g. all kirchen essentials were there. If something came up, Antony came by and fixed it within hours, communication was super easy and fast. The house was located in a small village, so it was quite important to have a car to get around/ for grocery shopping etc., but theoretically you could also get to Ayia Napa etc. by public busses. The outdoor pool area was our favorite place around the house since there were many comfy options to chill and enjoy the sun or to have a barbecue in the evenings. We had a great time!

Wir waren als 4-köpfige familie mit kids 5 und 7 jährig dort und das haus sowie die lage sind perfekt. der strand ist in unmitelbarer nähe und das wasser dort sehr klar und sauber. alle unsere fragen wurden von der gastgeberin sehr schnell beantwortet. wir buchen wieder und können eine klare empfehlung abgeben.

Christos en zijn familie zijn zeer aardig. Een persoonlijk ontvangst met taart was zeer hartelijk en uitgebreid. Het verblijf ligt op een heuvel met inderdaad een steile weg er heen. Blijf in de eerste versnelling, zet bij een automaat deze in D1. Blijf gestaag gas geven dan komt alles goed en went de op en afrit. Het grondstuk ligt zeer privé zonder buren in de buurt. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Overal zijn schaduw plekken te vinden. Wij hadden de eerste dag reeds vriendschap gesloten met de poezen, deze zijn echt een verrijking tijdens het verblijf. In het Troodos gebergte zijn prachtige wandelroutes te vinden, een aanrader is de Artemis rondgang van 7 km. Ook een aanrader is het bezoek aan de hoofdstad op 45 minuten autorijden. Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf en het afscheid nemen viel ons moeilijk. Hartelijk dank Christos en familie voor het verblijf.

Tony was a fantastic host, very helpful and always responded promptly. Any minor issues that we had (weather related), Tony dealt with swiftly. The property was as pictured and was very comfortable. It is clear that Tony takes great pride in his property and rightly so. An all round great experience and would recommend Tony’s property to friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chris’s place! The apartment is cozy, spotlessly clean, and full of unique interior details that give it a lot of charm. We felt very welcome and would highly recommend staying here. A small tip: as mentioned in some previous reviews, the location can be a bit tricky to find at first. We found that using “Here WeGo” maps works perfectly—it has the correct location.

Wonderful Villa, everything was clean and spacious and there was no problem with electricity or warm water (what's not always the case with villas in this vicinity). The host was very friendly and replied always fast to all our requests. Can only recommend this property for everyone who wants to have a blast of a stay in the Vivo Mare area :) Just please get those pool lights working, it's important for the vibe and feeling in the night :)

I’m not usually one for leaving feedback but on this occasion I felt obliged to give credit where credit is due. My wife and I have just returned after spending 6 weeks at Lefkolla Maisonette and it was like a second home for the duration of our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need for a stay of any duration, long or short. It is conveniently located in the centre of Protaras and a stone’s throw from a very long beachfront with various bays (including Fig Tree Bay) so plenty of options for the beach lover. The host family made us welcome from start to finish and were on hand whenever needed giving us contact numbers should we have needed them. I would definitely stay there again and would thoroughly recommend the Villa and its owner Stavros as the perfect host. In the end we didn’t want to leave so that speaks volumes regarding our stay. A big thank you to Stavros and your lovely family for making us feel so welcomed.

This is a fabulous house, roomy, airy and perfect for a stay in Nicosia. We needed to be close to local government buildings and it’s a 15 minute walk to the old town. Loads of shops, restaurants nearby, we hired a car but you don’t need one as it’s opposite the bus terminal. The garden is lovely, the smell of the orange blossom on the trees was simply amazing. We also enjoyed the lemons and oranges off the trees. Huseyin was a great host, attended to our every need very quickly. My father is elderly and I asked for some non slip mats which promptly arrived the next day. The house has many things left over from previous guests like cling film, foil, teas, coffees etc.

We booked it only because of private pool and what we got was….. Lots of. 1.drinking water bottles, 2.biscuit packets. 3.freezer full of ice cubes&ice cream. 4.toilet rolls and kitchen towels 5.shower gel and shampoo in both bathrooms. 6.every other day pool maintenance. 7.tables every where for you to sit and enjoy your tea, coffee or food. 8.fully functional kitchen with new dishes. 9. New air conditioning units in all 3 bedrooms and sitting room. 10.own gated parking. 11. Washing machine with soap powder and softener. The reason i mentioned all these petty things is to show how committed she is to her guests( personally i haven’t seen someone supplying those things in my past experiences). In the end a happy heavily tanned family of six returning home just because of a little extra effort put in by the super host, thanks Ayca, hope to see you soon

Op een klein probleem met het sleutelkastje na (is opgelost) hebben wij een hele fijne week in maart gehad in dit mooie huis, met 5 personen. Het huis is volledig gerenoveerd en overal voorzien van airconditioning. Erg fijn voor wat extra verwarming op koudere avonden. Het huis ligt echt heel dichtbij de zee en alle restaurants. De Lidl is ook niet ver weg (paar kilometer). Erg fijn dat je de auto op je eigen oprit kunt parkeren! Het losse bed in de woonkamer slaapt ook prima. De voorzieningen zijn in orde en de beheerder Marios is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Het huis is zeker aan te raden!

Dejligt stort hus, masser af plads og alt det udstyr man behøver. Meget tæt på centrum, og alligevel meget roligt område. Parkering mulig. Hvis man kommer i den kolde periode skal man være opmærksom på at cypriotiske huse IKKE er isolerede på nogen måder. Der varmepumper til alle rum, så det er let nok at varme op, men prioriter i stedet for lunt indetøj, og ikke mindst noget varmt til fødderne. Gulvene er iskolde. Det kan let blive en dyr omgang hvis man holder alle rum opvarmede hele tiden. Vi tændte i de rum vi opholdt os i, når det var nødvendigt og slukkkede altid når vi ikke var der. Vi betalte ca 100euro for 14 dage, men kunne let have kostet måske 5 eller 10 gange mere hvis man ikke havde tænkt sig om. Der er ALT i huset, og det er børnevenligt, da intet står sart og funklende, men mere praktisk og afslappet. Bedste vært vi har haft nogensinde. Oplagt til store familier med plads til privatliv.

Firstly communication prior to arrival was excellent including detailed directions to ensure safe arrival, there are some reviews mentioning how bad the access is, this is not the case if you just follow the information sent, mopeds deliver food and groceries so ... Check in was faultless and flexible on check out. The villa is excellently equipped and has everything you will need for your stay, including condiments, toiletries etc and nice touches with cold drinks, coffee and snacks so you don't have to rush straight out for supplies. The location of the villa is beautiful with stunning views, sunsets and walks surrounded by nature. Marie-Line is always on hand for recommending local restaurants, beaches, activities sending links and directions, even advising short cuts when certain areas are busy. Over all faultless, very professional, friendly, excellent communication and always on hand for questions, I wouldn't think twice about returning to this great villa and location. 🏖.

Levent’s home is one I would come back to time and time again. Her patience and understanding at the number of times I had to change my booking due to the variances caused by the COVID-19 outbreak was nothing short of miraculous. Both Levent and her husband Fevzi are the most wonderful hosts, really going above and beyond to ensure your stay is everything you need it to be. They had stocked my fridge with essentials ready for my arrival after being in quarantine which was extremely welcome and the fresh produce they presented me with on numerous occasions was a delicious delight every time. They have very generously helped with numerous trips to the hospital (I came specifically for hospital treatment) Fevzi is a veritable fountain of knowledge about the history of the Island, I have spent many hours talking with him, it’s been fascinating. The house is beautiful, filled with quirky artifacts that make this home quite remarkable. I love the wooden beams, the exposed brickwork and the stone tiles. The pool is spotless and wonderful to cool off in. I would love to come back for another stay.

Wir waren über Silvester in der Villa und es war ein Traum. Als wir ankamen hatten wir sogar Essen im Kühlschrank und auch am nächsten Tag brachte Nikos ein leckeres Essen als Willkommensgruß vorbei. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Und sind froh, so einen tollen Ort entdeckt zu haben. Silvester ist dort eindeutig ruhig & es sind kaum andere Gäste was wir sehr schön fanden. Winter auf Zypern in der Villa können wir definitiv empfehlen 😊

We had a great stay at Kyriaki’s place. It was conveniently located for our trip and Kyriaki was extremely responsive and helpful in the lead up to our arrival and very flexible which took some stress away from our journey. The apartment was lovely and clean, everything as described. Outdoor space is lovely and private. Great pool that was attended to during our stay. We would love to come back again :)

Highly recommending Andreas house for families with children. You can find in the house all you need for them not only for the beach. Games, umbrellas.. No talking about chair for eating etc.. It looks as on picture but you know where you go.. maybe not super modern but very autentic. And few meaters far you have small aquapark!! No worry, no loud.. you will not hear nothing.. Very well working aircons in all the rooms.. Thank you Andreas for very first vacation with our 11 months old son!

Eleni’s place was fantastic, clean and well located. She was very responsive and happy to help with any recommendations/taxis. A great time away.

Cengiz Bey’e ailecek teşekkürlerimi sunarak başlamak istiyorum. Son derece ilgili, bir sorunda/ soruda hemen cevap veren, çözüm bulmaya çalışan bir ev sahibi. Eve ilk girdiğimizde temizlik personelinden kaynaklı temizlikle ilgili bir sorun yaşadık. Cengiz Bey son derece ilgili bir şekilde tekrar temizletmek için uğraştı gelen temizlik personelleri daha sonra temizleyeceklerini söylediler ve gelmediler. Cengiz bey hemen temizlik ücretimizi iade etti. Bizim için önemli olan da ilgisiydi zaten eksiklikler her zaman olur ama önemli olan eksikliklerin giderilmesi için çabalamasıydı. Ev son derece güzel eski bir taş ev resmen bizi geçmişe götürdü evin dekoru, bahçesi, odaları, balkonları… merkeze, denize uzak değil. İşlerimizi rahatlıkla hallederken huzurlu bir tatil imkanı sağladı bize. Kesinlikle Cengiz Bey’ in evinizi tutmanızı tavsiye ederim çünkü herhangi bir sorunda direkt olarak muhattap buluyorsunuz ve sanki sizin yanınızdaymış gibi çözüm bulmaya çalışıyor. Çok teşekkür ederiz. 🌸

Отличный огромный дом. Когда дети впервые оказались в нем, то спросили, не живем ли мы в музее - гостиная полная книг, правда на русском всего пару было, мы добавили в нее детективчик. Каждая из комнат оборудована кондиционером, так что пережить жаркий август оказалось несложно. Места навалом, чтобы всем в доме найти уединение или наоборот собраться большой компанией и не толкать друг друга локтями. Понравилось большое кол-во уборных - не было очереди в душ, но уличный душ с небольшим напором. Моющие средства для машинки есть, для посудомойки надо покупать самим. Есть мыло и куча полотенец. Одиссей встречал нас с фруктами, напитками, вкуснейшим оливковым маслом (+молоко в холодильнике). Также в шкафчиках были специи, уксус, соль, сахар, чай, кофе. Огромный выбор посуды. Вообщем, по приезду мы немного перекусили и поехали на пляж. Не советую соваться на пляж в Ларнаке - платный паркинг и неглубокое море. В платном паркинге надо платить монетами, иногда мелкими. Очень понравился СессакБич пляж на военной базе, а также CTO beach, до которых добираться по времени столько же. Парковка там бесплатна, а места много. В основном закупались в Лидл или в местном, рядом с домой супермаркете - очень рекомендую мороженное c мастикой (необычно и незабываемо). Одиссей постоянно угощал нас инжиром и был готов на решение любых вопросов, которые у нас появлялись. Электричество, как и бензин кусаются ценами. За 2 недели мы потратили 80 евро на электричество, но без кондиционеров там не выжить в это время года.
