Istvan is an outstanding host and does all that he can to make you feel cared for. He provided flexible options to accommodate us and has taken careful consideration to make the site a driver or rider’s paradise. I will be aiming to rebook with him again!

This place was so cute and cozy. The views were absolutely incredible and the drive up to the place was fun. Shelley was such a wonderful host who was responsive every step of the way even before hand with making check-in and our arrival very much anticipated and easy. We enjoyed the place with the fireplace right in our room, balcony with great views, bed was luxurious and the soaker tub was so relaxing! Will definitely be back during the season to enjoy some of the awesome things the place has to offer.

This is a magical place! The property sits at the top of a dicey road which is more like a paved path than a road, but it works. The views are wonderful. The lodge is like stepping back in time with present day amenities. Everything is clean and well taken care of. Loved the coffee/tea bar and the beverage bar which had wine glasses and regular glasses. We ran back out to go the store, but I'd recommend packing things you want for when you get there to avoid an extra trip out. It was an easy drive to the casino, where we went for dinner and a concert. We were the only guests there for our time, but there are plenty of rooms and beds for a family/friend trip.

We took a last minute trip to the mountains and we were able to quickly and effortlessly book the eco retreat. Awesome place! A little wild finding it in the dark but the directions were clear (use Waze app) and the host responded to us in under one minute even at 10pm! Beautiful little resort with awesome cozy amenities and tranquil “escape from it all” vibes. Delicious coffee and a neat little store in the lodge. We played checkers and listened to music late into the night at the main lodge. Like many other reviewers my only complaint is that we arrived so late and that we couldn’t spend more time there! I would also note that it’s A little on the pricey side, could be a little more affordable. All in all we were very pleased and I’m sure we will be back. Next time we will def arrive earlier and stay longer. Thanks!

No stress, calm and peaceful. Friendly dog and cat. Easy to come and go. All locations we needed to find were within a 10 minute range. Enjoyed getting to know Pia, she shared helpful information for outsiders visiting the area. We plan to stay again soon!

Friendly host, luxury linens, and the most beautiful surroundings!! This place was awesome. My husband and I arrived late on Christmas night around 9pm. I mentioned to TJ how we weren’t able to find anywhere open to eat (because of Christmas) and TJ (the innkeeper) ended up making us 2 turkey sandwiches for dinner!! Talk about hospitality. We stayed in the Riverside Suite and the linens were AMAZING. I was not expecting that but the sheets were ultra soft as well as the towels and the mattress was so comfy. Literally checked the brand to buy the towels for my house. The hot tub is the perfect way to relax after hiking all day and our pup enjoyed every minute. I was grateful to get to chat with TJ and the story behind the inn and how he has put his heart in soul into that place. You can feel that spirit and love throughout the whole property. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful room, gorgeous pool area with comfortable loungers. If you want to get away from it all—literally—this is the place for you. Also if you love golf, this place is perfect. Restaurant by the pool was very nice—we loved our chill day of ordering food and drinks and just lounging by the pool. If you want to eat out and experience the area, choose elsewhere. This place is truly off the beaten path—the closest restaurant other than the one on site is 30+ minutes away. However, we wanted to be away from it all and this place was perfection.

I stayed here for a girls weekend/ski trip and it was the perfect for our needs! Parking and access were easy, amenities were great and the beds were so comfy! We’d absolutely stay here again.
