Marsha’s place, Lakeside, is ideal for a large group with 5 bedrooms, 3 living areas and 2 dining areas (including an undercover outdoor area) across two levels. It is just across the road from the Lake and a 10-15 minute stroll along the Lake into town. Marsha is a very responsive host and offers an earlier check-in compared to other places so we had more time to settle in and discover the surroundings on day 1. We all (including our dog) had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and have already booked to return later in the year!

Very cosy cottage. Lovely fireplace & spa bath. Surrounded by beautiful greenery & decorated nicely. I got ready here for my wedding and the photos looked amazing. Jade was responsive & helpful whenever we emailed her & on arrival we received a congratulations card & bottle of wine (for our upcoming wedding) which was a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend!

What an enchanting experience! Exactly as the photos described, serene and secluded. Yurt was amazing, super cool on the hot days, then we had a couple of nights with rain which was wonderful and cozy inside. Everything you needed there - we stayed for 4 nights so my only suggestion would be if staying for more than a couple bring an esky, but we were happy to even have one. Shower was a huge highlight, along with the bath. Sharon was accommodating and warm. There are a lot of dirt roads around and access to the yurt is up quite a hill so I was glad we had gotten a 4WD. Heaps of wildlife - we saw cows, sheep, horses and even a few wombats!! We absolutely loved our stay and will always remember how magical it was.

Nice big property - plenty of space and very clean and modern. Emily was a great host. Great location - 5 mins from the main town and quiet neighbourhood. Great for families

Really nice stay, huge space and very comfortable. The record player was a nice touch. There was a lot of music from the neighbours the night we stayed, till 2am. Not enough to impact sleep, but I was hoping to hear more nature given the location. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

A nice, quiet loft and great place to stay. Very friendly and responsive host. I arrived at 10 in the morning already (as i was going to the f1 race in Melbourne) and despite the early arrival Helen welcomed me in and offered me tea…. As it was raining she then also lent me her umbrella… all of this was very much appreciated. Thanks Helen!!

Frank was great to communicate with and very accommodating, even with last-minute changes. Frank's home is wonderful, spacious and very clean. The Balcony is to die for, and I wrote a chapter for my next book on the swinging chair. The only slight disappointment was that the pool is actually a pond. You can dip in it, but it is not for swimming laps it is relatively small and full of fish. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life, endlessly quiet, beautiful sunrises from the comfort and warmth of your bed.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly. The location was perfect—close to attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Great location. Easy walk to restaurants and cafes. Comfortable home with good wifi and off street parking.
