Villen als Ferienunterkünfte in Metropolitan City of Palermo

Our stay was very pleasant, everything was fine. However, it's important to note that each villa contains a total of three apartments, which might matter for those looking for more privacy.

Es ist ein außergewöhnlich schönes, komfortables, privates und entspannendes Anwesen in den Hügeln oberhalb von Sant‘ Ambrogio. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und der Pool fantastisch. Selbst im November konnten wir den Pool bei 16 Grad täglich kurz genießen. Im Haus und auf dem Grundstück ist alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es liegt sehr ruhig und man braucht ein Auto. Der Esel auf dem Grundstück daneben freut sich über Möhren oder einen Apfel. Der wunderschöne Ort Cefalù ist sehr zu empfehlen. Der Vater von Salvatore, Stefano, war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Er war immer erreichbar und ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus jedem empfehlen, der eine ruhige und private Unterkunft sucht, die trotzdem nicht weit vom Meer entfernt liegt. Auch das Hinterland mit seinen schönen Bergdörfern rund um den Pizzo Carbonara hat uns gut gefallen.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war einfach unvergesslich! Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir gemerkt, wie viel Herzblut hier drinsteckt: Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit – sie haben uns sogar mit selbstgemachter Pizza aus ihrem eigenen Pizzaofen überrascht! Ein echtes Highlight! Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit haben jedeoch unsere Privatsphäre gewahrt. Auch bei der Organisation haben sie uns super unterstützt und uns ganz unkompliziert zur Autovermietung gefahren – ein Service, den man wirklich nicht überall findet. Die Villa selbst war ein absoluter Traum: wunderschön eingerichtet, blitzsauber und mit einem liebevoll gepflegten Garten, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Der Pool war einfach perfekt – glasklar und genau der richtige Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Man merkt in jedem Detail, wie viel Liebe die Gastgeber in Haus und Garten stecken. Wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden. Das gesamte Grundstück inklusive dem Haus, dem großzügigen Garten und dem tollen Swimming Pool haben uns sehr überzeugt und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Man hatte das Gefühl auf einem kleinen Stückchen „Paradies“ angekommen zu sein. Tatsächlich waren sowohl der Pool, als auch der Garten in Realität noch schöner, als auf den Fotos hier. Die Lage ist super. Alles (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Feinkost, Cafés, Restaurants …) ist fußläufig erreichbar und die kleine Badebucht ist authentisch, paradiesisch und schön. Clemente ist ein toller Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war top, er antwortet sehr schnell und ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Für uns gabs es viel frisches Obst, leckeres Gebäck aus Terrasini, die gesamte Zeit frisches Trinkwasser und Café. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Sowohl mit großen, als auch mit kleineren Kindern, eine kleine, feine grüne Oase.

Gorgeous location, fabulous hosts - nothing was too much trouble. A really lovely family who gave great recommendations and were so helpful in general. The view is far better than described you can actually see the sea from the terrace. A great family break!

La villa è proprio bella, molto accogliente, curata e pulita. Ha ottimi spazi interni arredati con gusto e un bel giardino curato. Dai poggioli del primo piano, dove si trovano le stanze da letto, si può godere di una bella vista mare. La zona è tranquilla e con un piccolo ma bellissimo accesso al mare. Guido è gentilissimo, preciso ed estremamente disponibile.

Wir waren sieben Erwachsene in der schönen Unterkunft von Giuseppe. Das Haus sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern - sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Pool war sehr groß und auch das Meer und ein schöner, weitläufiger Strand sind nur 2min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet (z.B. automatische Saftpresse, scharfe Messer, große Bretter, neue Pfannen und Töpfe, toller Kaffee aus Kapselmaschine, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Küchenwaage etc.). Der Außenbereich ist riesig! Besonders toll ist der BBQ-Bereich mit Waschbecken und Induktionsherd. Einziger „Nachteil“: relativ eng zu siebt, da zwei Personen auf dem Schlafsofa in der Küche schlafen und das Bett im oberen Stock über keinen direkten Zugang zum Haus und WC verfügt. Am besten vmtl. zu fünft oder mit Kindern. Ein Auto wird benötigt, um einkaufen zu gehen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, vielen Dank!

Marco's place is outstanding. We arrived and got the keys with ease (Daniele greeted us and was fantastic, showed us around and gave us tips) Marco's communication was great. The Villa exceeded our expectations (Family of 4, kids 13 and 11). There was so much space, everything you needed (Marco stocked up the fridge for us, thank you). Bedrooms are nice and roomy, plenty of sleeping g options. The outdoor space is to die for, from eating outside, to the patio outside the bedrooms upstairs, and then the masterpiece which is the swimming pool. It is quiet, and even in Mid April, it's a sun trap up there. An amazing stay, one which we are already planning to come back to. Thank you, Marco! A couple of pointers: • Driveway is steep, but you'll be fine after 1st time •If going to Cefalù and sat nav says turn right out of the Villa, don't! It'll take you down the smallest road and take an extra 15 mins • If parking in cefalu park at Parcheggio central park Cefalù (always space, and lovely!)

Das kleine Haus von Lorenzo ist bestens geeignet um Cefalu und Umgebung zu erkunden ! Gemütlich, sehr sauber und ordentlich im Haus , genau richtig für 2 Personen ! Gemütliches Sofa mit wunderbarer Aussicht, Terrasse und Garten ebenso und dann der Pool ! Leider war es im April zum schwimmen noch zu kalt, hätten wir aber gern auch genossen- Lorenzo hält alles sauber und einladend ! Draußen vorm Häuschen sitzen , Aussicht genießen, entspannen - auch ohne baden im Pool sehr erholsam! Parkplatz sicher auf dem Grundstück , ein paar Stufen hoch und man ist da. Lorenzo ist ein großartiger Gastgeber! Stets erreichbar bei Fragen, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit-haben wir uns mit seiner Unterstützung sehr wohl gefühlt! Cefalu hat viel zu bieten- zu Fuß ca 30 Min. bis zum Zentrum, mit dem Auto nur 5. Parkplätze gut erreichbar - Tageskarte an der Promenade 12 Euro. Von hier aus diverse Ziele - Altstadt , Sandstrand , Wanderung La Rocca, kulinarische Spezialitäten in wunderbaren Restaurants! ?

Ornella and her daughter Beatrice were wonderful hosts. They responded to my questions in a timely manner.—- always pleasant and eager to help. The Villa and its surroundings and location were perfect for my group. The outdoor space was amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to be near Palermo and the beach!

Lovely villa with stupendous grounds and gardens. Many artistic, historical and family artifacts made this stay a cultural adventure. We had two cars and enjoyed the leaving the cars there and being able to train into Palermo, avoiding driving into the big city with traffic and ZTL issues. Geri was an absolute joy and one of the nicest, most generous hosts I’ve ever met. We had a wonderful time here!

Stiamo stati veramente bene a casa Vostra. La villa è veramente confortevole, comoda, spaziosa e molto silenziosa. Adatta a tutte le persone che desiderano trascorrere una vera vacanza all’insegna del relax e del silenzio assoluto. Un bagno per ogni piano consente di essere autonomi e sbrigativi nei ritmi estivi. I proprietari sono stati molto attenti e presenti in tutto, pronti a soddisfare le nostre esigenze, per quel poco che abbiamo richiesto. La piscina meravigliosa, a sfioro vista mare, di nuovissima costruzione. L’invenzione della panca dentro l’acqua ti permette di rilassarti ed ammirare l’infinità bellezza del mare. Eccezionale, fatta veramente bene, con gusto. Ritorneremo sicuramente perché finito il nostro soggiorno Paolo ci ha resi partecipi di un nuovo progetto per la casa. Stava per creare un nuovo angolo per i bambini ed una zona home fitness, con tapirulan, ciclette e attrezzi per fare yoga. Lo consigliamo!

Just completed a 4 night stay. The property was great! Views better than shown on listing. The apartments are well stocked with basic necessities (shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap, coffee, water,etc). We were met by the host and shown around, they communicated well and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. A short drive to Mondello Beach or Port of Palmermo. Plenty of space in the apartments for our group! Very happy with the property! Thank you!

Данило уверенно помогает и постоянно поддерживает свои гостей начиная с планирования поездки, заканчивая уже только в пути домой. Спасибо Вам, Данило! Я надеюсь что мне повезет еще раз быть в Палермо, и затем после прекрасной прогулки в Палермо, вернуться в его тихую виллу с друзьями и комфортно провести время вместе.

Amazing! Magical! You should stay here :) Honestly, this is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in the world including fancy hotels. The house is located on a nature reserve, which meant it was quiet and beautiful with truly spectacular views. The sound of the ocean, the fragrant smells of the garden, the relaxing patio overlooking the cliffs and the water - it just seemed unreal. Our friends said it was like being in a movie. The house was very comfortable and relaxed but also well done - modern kitchen, bathrooms and doors. Easily space for 8 people. Caterina was a fantastic host - very easy to communicate with and had a whole array of goodies for us when we entered including fresh fruit, cookies, bread, jam, tea, coffee, milk etc. The town nearby was walkable and we ate at a great pizzeria close by. The nature preserve, tide pools, everything - just phenomenal. I can’t recommend highly enough - and I can’t wait to go back!

We worked with Albi, Giorgio’s sister, for our stay. She was very responsive and helpful, even when we had last minute requests for a guide to Etna, etc. I would highly recommend reaching out to her for any questions or recommendations you might want during your stay. The neighborhood is quiet, but the walkable restaurant is wonderful. You will want a car though to fully explore and get to the grocery, etc. Taxis take 30-45 minutes to arrive and we found them pricey. The house is amazing, though it is important to note that the hot tub is a European hot tub that only accommodates 2 people at one time. Otherwise, the house is well furnished, stocked and has all the equipment you need to enjoy the view and the ocean! It may have been seasonal, but during sunrise and sunset the mosquitoes were horrible and made it difficult to fully enjoy the wonderful terrace.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Traumhafter Blick vom Pool. Haus ist gut, klein und niedlich von der Architektur, gute Küche, für einen Sommerurlaub absolut gut. Vielleicht einmal mehr durchwischen vorher, aber wir geben trotzdem volle Sterne. Die Außenanlage und der Blick auf die Bucht und Berge sind wirklich 10 von 10 Punkte. Haus ist mit Auto gut zu erreichen. ca. 10 Min zu Cefalu City und noch nicht einmal 10 Minuten zum Hafen. Uns hat der Urlaub hier wirklich sehr gut gefallen.

I am happy for choosing Natalia's house not only of the wonderful view, the well-kept fruit garden, the constantly cleaned pool, the peace, the functional and comfortable spaces, but most of all because of the host Natalia and her family, who showed the most beautiful features of Sicilian people. From the beginning of communication, any question or problem I had was handled with great care and delicacy: be it "where to buy fish?" or "help with the car tire". Upon arrival, a fridge full of drinks, snacks, fruit, and wine was waiting for us. The smallest detail has been taken care of, so it is impossible not to fall in love with these hosts and with their home. Of course, there are a few things to consider: a car is essential, and sometimes the smell of sheep farms comes through. We travel by our own car, so the spacious parking space was a big plus. The huge fenced yard allowed our poodle to have fun. I will never forget the hospitality of Natalia and this family🙏🤗😍

Our stay at Isen & Nino‘s was amazing. The house with its huge and well kept garden with orange and lemon trees is very spacious and modern. A big plus was having three separate bed-rooms, especially bigger families will benefit from that. Communication was easy and the area beautiful - we went for a peaceful time in between wine yards and away from mass tourism. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Lietta, a beautiful, spacious and peaceful villa. Even better than we expected. The pool was amazing with plenty of different areas to sit in the garden. We were warmly greeted by Andrea’s family who couldn’t have been more charming and though we didn’t actually meet Andrea himself he was extremely helpful in so many ways - offering us invaluable advice and recommendations. We would definitely recommend to anyone to stay in this lovely villa.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit mooie huis! Het heeft een geweldige tuin, veel ruimte, alle benodigde voorzieningen en meer dan voldoende ruimte voor 8 personen. Riccardo is vriendelijk, geeft duidelijke instructies en is altijd beschikbaar. We hadden een klein probleempje met de elektra en dat was met dank aan onze host in 2 minuten verholpen. Geweldig! In de directe omgeving is weinig te doen maar als je een auto hebt kun je de mooiste uitjes maken binnen 30 minuten rijden. Heel erg aan te bevelen!

The house itself was impeccable: spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. It’s a fantastic place if you’re looking to enjoy everything Palermo has to offer. Nous avons passer un super séjour dans ce logement, le lieux est calme, la terrasse avec une super vue, la piscine au top ! L'hôte est très gentil, disponible et de super conseil :)

Sehr schönes Anwesen, sehr schöner Außenbereich mit Pool (leider nicht beheizt) und Außenküche, Grillplatz. Toller Blick auf das Meer und die Umgebung. Wohnung ist funktional, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Küche und Wohnbereich in einem Zimmer kombiniert (somit wenig Rückzugsmöglichkeiten in der Wohnung), plus Schlafzimmer, Kinderzimmer und Dusche/WC. Mein persönlicher Favorit war die Dusche und Toilette im Außenbereich, sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr viel im Freien aufgehalten, und viel unternommen. Giorgio hat uns zu Beginn viele Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Palermo, Cefalu, Trapani und schöne Strände in ca. 1-2h alle einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auffahrt zum Gelände und Anwesen sehr steil, zu Fuß ist der Aufstieg anstrengend.
