Villen als Ferienunterkünfte in Menton

Abbiamo trascorso il Capodanno nella casa di Eddy e non potevamo fare scelta migliore. La casa è pulita, accogliente e situata in una zona tranquilla, perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi il soggiorno. Eddy è stato un host disponibile e attento,l. Consigliato vivamente per gruppi e amici che cercano serenità spazi comodi da condividere!

Ein großes Dankeschön an Rüdiger und Fabienne. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in ihrer Unterkunft (6 Personen + 2 Hunde), die alles hat, was sich ein Mieter wünschen kann. Bequeme Wasserbetten für 6 Personen, separate Badezimmer auf 3 Zimmern verteilt, eine moderne Einrichtung, eine voll ausgestattete große Küche, wo man wirklich zu 6 gleichzeitig beim Kochen mitwirken kann, eine breiten Wohnbereich mit bequemen Möbeln und und und … Das Highlight der Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall der Außenbereich, der wirklich atemberaubend ist. Wirklich riesengroß, super eingerichtet, geeignet für alle Freizeitaktivitäten und alles sehr einfach zu bedienen. Wir haben quasi jeden Tag am Pool gelegen und jeden Abend am Pool gegrillt (mit einem Gasgrill). Uns ist es auch wirklich schwer gefallen, die Unterkunft zu verlassen um die Gegend zu erforschen, da wir uns im Haus zu wohl gefühlt hatten. Zudem kann man nicht genug davon erzählen, wie hilfsbereit Fabienne und Rüdiger sind. Ganz tolle Gastgeber.

Fabulous house in the middle of olive trees, quite and views. The kitchen is very well equipped and the swimming pool has a good size. A pity there was no flower in the property. Definitely a home to recommend for families.

We had a wonderful family stay at Renee's place. The views are absolutely stunning so it was always a pleasure to be in the gardens, especially for meal times. The house is beautiful with amazing spaces. The open kitchen and living area was so perfect for what we wanted for our trip, which was to spend time with family who had travelled from the US. Cooking and being together before meal times and then relaxing together in the evening over a movie. The pool is great and because it is in a separate area down multiple stairs from the main garden, we could play with our toddler without worrying about him making a beeline for the pool. Our bed was really comfortable, as were the sofas and the kitchen is really well equipped, with also a barbecue. The location suited us really well since we had a car and we really enjoyed exploring the riviera. Highly recommended! Keith

Une maison vraiment chaleureuse, propre et tres spacieuse. Nous y avons séjourné pour passer le réveillon de Noël en famille nous avons passe un tres bon sejour. Isabelle la voisine qui nous a reçu est vraiment tres accueillante et sympathique. Je vous recommande fortement cette villa.

Ein sehr schönes Haus das vollständig der Beschreibung entsprochen hat. Sehr viel Platz und ein modernes Design des Hauses lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Anfahrt ist etwas eng da der Nachbar seine Autos in der Zufahrt park. Absolut hervorheben möchte ich den Empfang und die Übergabe durch Thomas, er war sehr freundlich, hat extrem schnell auf Anfragen reagiert und kümmert sich perfekt um einen.

Very peaceful and having easy parking made a huge difference. Thomas was a great host. Just as described.

Beautiful view from the villa which is very peaceful and private. The pool is large and there is plenty of space for sitting and eating outside. It was a great base to travel along the coast and see Monaco, Cannes, Eze, and Nice plus so many other pretty towns. The hosts Guy and Michel were great. They met us and showed us around the villa and then kept in touch to make sure we had settled in. I would highly recommend this villa for a large group/family holiday.

Une très belle villa, idéal pour une famille. Le jardin est superbe, la piscine est magnifique pour les enfants, le logement est top et je le recommande. On étaient 9 en tout avec 4 enfants en bas âge.

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

Perfekt ophold i de skønneste omgivelser. Dejligt hus, og et skønt pool område med udekøkken, hvor intet manglede. Vil klart anbefale Claudes bolig til andre.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines formidables dans cette charmante maison. Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique avec la vue sur mer depuis la terrasse. La piscine est très agréable et bien entretenue plusieurs fois par semaine. La communication avec Angela, Laura et Claire a été très appréciable et nous tenons à les remercier.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Davide. C'est une très belle maison de famille, pleine de charme et avec une âme. L'intérieur de la maison est très bien équipée. On ressent la générosité du propriétaire. La maison était très propre à notre arrivée. La piscine avec son jacuzzi est fabuleuse. Le jardin est très beau. L'extérieur bien aménagé pour s'y reposer et y déjeuner à l'ombre. Rien à redire. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Nous remercions également Serge pour son accueil, sa bienveillance et ses recommandations pour les visites et les bons petits restaurants. Un vrai coup de coeur.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer guten Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand oder ein einfacher Spaziergang sind ohne zeitlichen Aufwand zu erledigen. Die Wohnung entspricht exakt den Bildern auf den Fotos. Die Erreichbarkeit von Greg ist nicht zu toppen, reagiert sofort und hilft umgehend. Wir waren zu fünft vor Ort und würden die Unterkunft auch ein zweites Mal buchen

Wonderful property, even better than it looks on photos. Lots of space, good amenities, pool is great. Set in beautiful landscape with a sea view to the front, mountains visible behind. Short drive to local shops, restaurants and the coast. We will definitely come back. Only one thing to be wary of - mosquitoes so be prepared!

We had a beautiful holiday at this villa; 9 of us stayed comfortably, with plenty of space and everything you could need for a great holiday. We spent most of our time in the pool, it’s a fab size and with the garden, it is perfect for kids. The villa is very private, just a few mins walk to a very small beach and few minutes to bus stops. We didn’t drive so found it a little far from the supermarket to walk but buses were regular, easy and cheap! The surrounding areas of Nice, Cannes and especially Antibes are stunning. Overall a perfect holiday, thank you ☺️

This property is a gem. A great layout for either family or friends. So nicely finished and furnished inside and out. Supplies such as linens and towels are amply provided and high quality. Carole provides detailed information and guides about the house and areas to visit in the surrounding areas. Carol was delight to meet upon arrival, providing a tour of the house and great recommendations of places to visit for our one week stay.

La maison est très agréable, bien entretenue, spatieuse et fonctionnelle, De plus, nous avons trouvé sur place tous les équipements utiles et nécessaires à notre séjour : linge de lit, linge de toilette et linge de maison, ainsi que tous les produits d'entretien. L'environnement est aussi très agréable et invite à la détente. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
