Inna’s Airbnb was in a great location with a few shops in walking distance and a large shopping centre with in a 5 min drive with lost of restaurants, the CBD was only a 15 min drive.

Overall, the room was very clean and nicely furnished, spacious and comfortable.The sofas are very comfortable, the bed mattresses are great, and the inner garden is lovely. Most impressive was the water server attached to the refrigerator. As other reviewers have mentioned, the wine and snacks were a nice touch.She even provided us with a case of beer! When we ran into trouble, our host was kind enough to respond immediately, which was very helpful and appreciated.

Very cozy and comfortable place to stay. Well equip kitchen, aircon, firm but comfy bed, king size is a bonus. Great yard for the dog and my daughter loved the trampoline! We would happily stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Harry’s place! The layout of the house was excellent, and the surrounding scenery was super beautiful. Communicating with Harry was a pleasure—he was always responsive and friendly. 😀 Everything in the room was perfect! ! At night, we could enjoy Perth’s stunning starry sky from the little outdoor space. An amazing stay—highly recommended!✌️

Excellent location for easy access to what Freo has to offer. The house itself looks exactly like the photos, eclectic warehouse fun vibe with plenty of room and beds for everyone. Hosts were great and extremely responsive and proactive. We had a great stay.

Great to find a house that is pet friendly with lots of room for the dogs to run around. Meat and tidy and lots of communication.

We loved our stay in Heather’s tiny home. It was clean, comfortable and cozy. There are little touches throughout the accommodation that make it feel like home and heather even delivered breakfast for us each morning, which was a lovely surprise. Check in was super easy and all instructions were very clear. We would definitely visit again!

I almost don’t want to leave a review because then people will know about this place. Honestly, the stay was everything we could have wanted and more. The location is huge bonus as it’s so close to everything. The outdoor area was our favourite and was a great spot for gathering each night. The pool was a massive plus. Can’t go wrong with the accomodation. Was perfect for my family that came over from the UK and Calvin was so easy to communicate with, taking my booking well in advance and helping to ease my worry of where they would stay. Would return in a heartbeat!

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

This is a great family home with lots of space even for a large family, it has nice gardens and great little pool with everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. The location is brilliant, just a short walk to 3 supermarkets, cinema and lots of different restaurants. It is also in an ideal location for driving to the beach, in just 5 minutes, and to Joondalup Lakeside Mall, plus easy access to the freeway and coastal road.

The house was beautiful and comfortable. Maureen was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. Our children absolutely loved the pool. We will definitely be back.

In short, the place is just as amazing as it was on the first occasion and Emma is very helpful as always. Cannot speak highly enough of this accommodation. I intend to stay here on any return trips to Perth!

My husband and I are so grateful to have enjoyed a few days on the beautiful orchard, staying in the incredible barn. It was beautifully finished and had all the comforts of home, as well as extra treats we didn’t expect. Although we were on a working farm, we were not disturbed by the goings on around us. The surroundings are so peaceful and quiet and the views are spectacular. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the veranda and the sun warmed us as it rose over the fruit trees. Thank you for allowing us to share in your piece of paradise.

Really enjoyable stay! The home was beautifully furnished, clean and the bed was so comfy. Well appointed with great attention to detail with the little extras (power chargers for phones). Morag is a responsive, friendly host, and provided clear instructions on getting there and entry. Morag also provided a few really lovely extra touches (milk, juice, coffee and munchies) which were greatly appreciated! Would definitely stay again!

Loved staying at this gorgeous home hosted by Natalie and Jake. Excellent location, really good communication from hosts. A lot bigger than it looked in pictures. Was actually really spacious. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay especially as we had we had two small dogs. Was great walking to piccolo’s. Perfectly clean and great amenities.

If you need to be near to Joondalup and need a private and comfortable location this is a good choice for a couple. It's a classic purpose-built granny flat set up for AirBnB purposes and it's very comfortable. One air-conditioning head unit services the living and bedroom area. Keep the bedroom door open and all is perfect in hot weather. We needed a 4 day stay to attend a family celebration nearby and this property worked very well for us. It's private and parking out front is convenient. There are a few steps to consider to get up to the front gate.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Louise's property. The house was lovely. Exceptionally well presented. The location was close to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The communication from Louise was outstanding and always very quick to respond. We would happily stay there again when visiting Perth.

A great place to spend a rainy weekend inside with my dog! Has everything you need, including a comfortable bed, and it’s in a beautiful neighborhood. Nicki was great to deal with too. Would absolutely stay here again!
