This is hands down the best Airbnb we stayed in in Dar!! Incredible value, immaculately clean, private bathrooms in each bedroom, two balconies, gorgeous views. Can't recommend highly enough!!

I booked this apartment kind of last minute and I am soo happy to have found a gem. The apartment is spacious, clean and very well put together. I loved the furniture, especially the super comfy beds! The apartment is a beach front one, and I mean you walk 10 steps and you can dive right into the ocean! I loved to hear the soothing sounds of the waves and the sunset and sunrise over the ocean were just magnificent. The apartment is in a secure and well guarded compound with 24 hour guards! I felt extremely safe! Aida is very pleasant to chat with, she was very quick to respond to any queries I had before and during my entire stay, the grounds Managers were also very helpful. Aida was able to provide me with some very useful tips and insights. I will certainly return to this homely space.

Everything was perfect and very nice. We loved the house. Spacious, friendly people. Security 24 hrs security are there. Everything was perfect just one thing not sure about it. They let me pay 200,000 electricity. My family lives in Dar and they said 200,000 is enough for 2 months. In the description says electricity fees not exceeding 80,000 maybe for coupled of days. Just be careful regarding this thing or go and pay by your self better.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Windsor House, and it was an incredible experience. One of the standout features is the expansive greenery surrounding the property; it's truly a picturesque setting that feels like a private oasis. The vast lawn is perfect for hosting gatherings or enjoying a relaxing day outdoors. The pool area was fantastic as well, providing a great spot for a refreshing swim and sunbathing. It added a delightful touch to our stay, making it easy to unwind and have fun. Our host was exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I also want to give a special shoutout to Venus, the care taker who was an amazing help throughout our time there. His assistance made our experience even more convenient.He’s truly one of a kind . Overall, I highly recommend Windsor House to anyone looking for a beautiful place to relax and create lasting memories.

Very nice and calm place in Oyster Bay. Online Maps seem to have the road name wrong (Yasser Arafat Road instead of Mkwawa Road). Maybe it was recently changed. The apartment is in the same building complex as the Amigos Restaurant (behind it), where you can also have lunch, dinner or a drink in the evening. The apartment at ground level is very well equipped with the kitchen, TV and office desk. It is very spacious and I felt right at home. There is a 24/7 security and electric fence, so no reason to feel uncomfortable. The receptionist and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. You can reach your private balcony with pool view through the bedroom and living room. In front of the entrance, there are often motorcycles or bajajis waiting, or you can take a bolt or uber. To coco beach, you can even walk. I would definitely come back here!

I stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment upstairs in one of the houses on the compound. The garden is beautiful, it is a quiet and safe area. It was fun to go across to the football field in the evenings and watch the local games. A local farmer sells fresh delicious yogurt across the lane.. There is lovely choir music on Saturday aft / Sunday mornings. The apartment was comfortable and all services as described in the posting were provided. The balcony was lovely to use in the evenings to catch the cool breeze. The on-site staff were wonderful and were quick to respond to all questions and requests. Grace also responded quickly to any questions. The small road leading to the apartment is a bit rough but okay to walk/drive slowly. It is good to have transport if you want to access the larger supermarkets and restaurants, but there are plenty of local shops within walking distance. Local transport is also available close by. I would recommend Grace and Bengt's place.

Our stay at Jessica´s place was great. Our flight arrived at 03:00am, Jessica help us arrange a taxi from the airport, and someone to open the house for us in the early hours of the morning. Jessica was always available for any questions or doubts and also helped us with many other tips. The place was spacious, clean and quite well located to get around. I would highly recommend staying at Jessica's place and will probably be a repeat customer in the near future.

My husband and I stayed here for over three months. Sekela and her family were very friendly! We had stayed in a hotel near here before and liked it so much that we decided to stay in this area for our next long stay. And we stayed this place as our home. When we first arrived, we had a small problem, but we could instantly get in touch with Sekela on her mobile phone and she solved it straight away. After that there was no inconvenience at all. The Wi-Fi worked smoothly, we had very few power cuts, and when we did have a power cut, they immediately switched us to a back-up system. In front of the house is White Sands Road. It is a paved road, but the traffic is not as heavy as other roads, so noise is not an issue. Sometimes we can go out for a walk or a jog. We didn't have a car, so we used Bajaj a lot. Despite the traffic, this small car was very comfortable. The drivers are friendly. It is also safe to have a security guard at night. Thank you very much!

Nice place with a lot of space and everything you need. Communication and check-in were excellent.
