It is a clean and good environment, and quiet even though it's close to the roadside. Nice facilities and not crowded. The location is easy to approach for Grab & Private car, but it is a distance from the nearest 711 / convenience shop, so it is better to choose delivery.

Very lovely and comfortable place if you’re planning to stay a night near Mt Austin area. Our stay was smooth thanks to Christine’s friendly and clear instructions. Would definitely come back again in the future 😃

Great atmosphere and place. Cosy as well. A little bit inconvenient if walking is main mode of transport, but with the wonderful amenities and security provided, it was definitely worth it.

The location is excellent, very close to Singapore and conveniently accessible to many places. The house was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The water pressure was great, and the air conditioning was pleasantly cold. I visited with three friends, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Host Nikki provided a great experience, and we will definitely return. Thank you for hosting us!

Nice place

We stayed at this Airbnb for 4 days 3 nights. Tang is so responsive and reply our queries very promptly. The house is spacious and easy to find. Clear instruction given by owner ,Tang on how to check in and checkout. Overall , our family have a lovely stay at the Airbnb😆

집이 깨끗하고 필요한 집기들이 거의 다 구비되어 있습니다. 세탁기, 건조기, 전자렌지, 밥솥, 빨래 건조대, 청소 도구 등이 다 있어서 오래 머무를 때에도 편안합니다. 호스트 Ian은 친절하고 답변도 빨라요. 체크인 할 때는 로비에 먼저 나와서 맞이해줬습니다. 두 달 동안 불편함 없이 잘 지냈습니다.

We had a wonderful day at Nikkol's place. It was a very spacious home to have fun. Importantly the swimming pool is so hugee. Nikkol was very responsive from the beginning till end, she replied to all my queries superfast. However, please note that this is an residential place and it might not be suitable if you would like to host party as the neighbours will complain if got noise after 10pm

Cozy and comfortable for family stay. Nice and clean. During new year's night 12am 2024, got a memorable moment to watch fireworks from the unit. It was spectacular!!

plus points:- Conveniently located though road works hampered our route. Clean and neat place with extra pillows available. Host is also responsive and helpful, both check in and out were hassle free. provided chrysanthemum packet drinks and bottled drinking water. Overall nice experience and stay at this place, Thank you host.

There is 24 hours security guard at the lift landing. The house is safe. Easy access to shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Local food and provision shop available downstairs and within walking distance nearby. Host provide a welcome message with all the instructions clear and brief. Hustle free self check in and check out. Very greatful host provide early checkin. Eary access to residential facilities as stated.

A wonderful place for my family! Danial’s apartment is just a few blocks away from my father’s home. It’s so convenient for my family to visit my father during Chinese New Year. The environment is very good cause it’s surrounded by golf court and greenery. Aeon mall, IKEA and Mid Valley Southkey are about 15-20 mins driving distance from Danial’s place. A very great experience.
