Appartamento grande e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, soprattutto per famiglie con bambini. Per noi è stato il primo viaggio con Letizia e abbiamo scelto questo appartamento proprio per l'attenzione ai piccoli. Nelle vicinanze troverete supermercato, mare e passeggiata serale con gelato 😉. Andrea è stato impeccabile. Pur non potendo riceverci di persona, ci ha supporto telefonicamente ed è sempre stato reperibile e molto disponibile. Alla prossima 😊

La casa è facile da trovare. La signora Cristina ha risposto ad ogni nostra domanda sempre prontamente. La casa sì si trova a pochi passi dal mare, ha una corte interna dove parcheggiare l auto chiusa con un cancello, seppure vicina ad un campeggio risulta molo silenziosa . Un bel bagno spazioso, anche gli altri ambienti molto comodi, una bellissima sorpresa è stato un piccolo vuoto dove riporre sia le valige vuote che per i rifiuti da differenziare. Si raggiunge comodamente con l ascensore, ma che non risulta vicino da dare fastidio il rumore. Personalmente, abitando vicino ad un treno non ho trovato così invadente il passaggio dei treni , che comunque non sono molti, soprattutto nelle ore notturne non c'è passaggio. Lo consiglio vivamente

everything went well. Angela was always there when we needed her. The problem we had is we are 82 years old and don't get around as good as someone younger. I would suggest her apartment to other people. It has a great view as advertised.

La casa è come in foto,forse un po’ più piccola ma esteticamente è lei. E in posizione ottima, sulla via principale che ospita moltissime bancarelle la domenica dalle 13 fino a tarda sera (ma non si sentiva nessun rumore in casa). Vicina a moltissimi ristoranti/pizzerie/bar/pasticcerie buonissime! Vicinissima al mare sia spiagge private che libere. Zona davvero ottima In casa abbiamo trovato moltissime brochure di attività da fare. Ci siamo sempre spostati a piedi perché comodo a tutti i servizi. Ci abbiamo davvero lasciato il cuore a Porto Recanati, è stato bellissimo e la città è bellissima e indimenticabile!

Alloggio pulito, comodo, accogliente e funzionale. Zona gradevole, verdeggiante e vicina al centro. Comunicazione con l’host rapida e efficace, Maria è stata molto gentile. Consiglio anche per soggiorni lunghi, la casa ha spazi che consentono di vivere con agio (es.nella camera matrimoniale c’è una scrivania, in caso di Smart working; la cucina è ampia per cucinare e c’è un tavolino da 2 oltre quello in sala, da 4). Tv in tutte le stanze.

Sarah hat uns liebevoll mit einem jungen Mann empfangen der gut englisch kann, haben uns gezeigt wo wir parken können, haben uns ein sehr sehr gutes authentisches Pizza pasta Restaurant empfohlen ich schwärm jetzt noch von der Pizza:-) der Strand ist 5 geh Minuten entfernt das Stadt Zentrum ebenfalls 5 Minuten zu Fuß die Lage und Umgebung ist einfach perfekt, die Unterkunft war genau richtig. Allerdings ist die Dusche und das Badezimmer schlecht für Menschen die über 1,85 sind :-) aber alles machbar mit etwas beugen. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder wenn Hochsommer ist. Wir hatte das Vergnügen, in einer neu renovierten, wunderschönen und geräumigen Wohnung zu wohnen. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch äusserst gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, was perfekt für Strandliebhaber ist. Auch die Anbindung an die Stadt und alle wichtigen Einrichtungen ist hervorragend. Die Vermieterin war immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit bei jeglichen Fragen oder Anliegen, was den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Alles in allem kann ich diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Sie erfüllt alle Erwartungen an Komfort, Sauberkeit und eine perfekte Lage zum Strand!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und mit dem privaten Pool außergewöhnlich. Die Lage ist super zentral direkt in der Altstadt umgeben von vielen Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit Chiara war freundlich und unkompliziert, wir würden hier direkt wieder buchen.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Appartamento curato, pulito e in ottima posizione.

Angela und Massimilliano sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fragen zwischendurch auch mal nach ob alles in Ordnung ist oder was fehlt. Da sie selbst auch im Haus wohnen sind sie schnell bei Problemen vor Ort. Die Kommunikation ist recht schnell. Zur Wohnung Der Ausblick ist einfach phänomenal. Man sollte sich aber vorher im klaren sein das man im 15. Stock ist und das Geländer ist etwas mehr als hüfthoch. Ansonsten alles positiv die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was für tägliche Bedürfnisse reicht. Küche, Waschmaschine, Fön, Grundausstattung und vieles mehr. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren frisch. Unser Hund war auch sehr willkommen. Das Café im ersten Stock hat eine gute Auswahl morgens zum Kaffee und wir haben dort jeden Abend unseren Absacker genossen. Der Parkplatz ist abgeschlossen und kostenlos. Zum Strand sind es wenige Gehminuten. Über die Straße und schon da. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Soggiornato in uno dei suoi appartamenti per 3 notti. Gentilissimo nel rispondere a tutte le mie domande e sempre disponibile. Appartamento pulito, comodissimo a tutto (spiaggia, zona pedonale e supermercato) e con tutto l'indispensabile. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

La casa è in un’ottima posizione fronte mare. Le due biciclette a disposizione, nuove e funzionanti, si sono rivelate molto utili. Ogni camera è dotata di tv e aria condizionata. Filippo è stato disponibile nel procurarci tempestivamente un asciugacapelli mancante. L’appartamento è nuovo e pulito. Bellissimo il terrazzo, curato e ben arredato.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 con due bimbi piccoli, la casa é molto accogliente con tutti i comfort e una terrazza sul mare incantevole. La posizione é perfetta per una vacanza di mare, natura e relax, riparata dal caos estivo ma anche vicina a ristoranti e bar, tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Gabriella e il suo co-host Pierpaolo sono stati gentili, disponibili e sempre reattivi nelle risposte alle nostre richieste. Posto consigliatissimo, speriamo di tornarvi presto.

Abbiamo avuto un bellissimo soggiorno. Federica è stata molto disponibile e gentile. L'appartamento è nuovo, quindi molto confortevole, pulito e ben posizionato fronte spiaggia. Parcheggio in loco. Tutti i servizi a pochi minuti. Camere molto spaziose e letti comodi. Lavabo disponibili fuori casa per lavare biancheria da esterno ed una casetta per deposito con attrezzi utili. Consigliato! Torneremo sicuramente.

Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

Casa pulita e spaziosa. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, il proprietario della casa è stato molto gentile e disponibile con noi. Ho avuto il piacere di incontrare Michela, la quale oltre ad aver pulito la casa mi ha portato anche al supermercato per fare la spesa, ci siamo dimenticati la carica batterie e ce l’ha spedito a casa. Molto consigliato ✨

Elvio ist ein sehr sympathischer und freundlicher Gastgeber.Das Fischerhaus hat eine einmalige Lage direkt am Strand, aufwachen mit Meeresrauschen garantiert! In Laufweite sind viele gute Restaurants und zwei Fahrräder stehen auch bereit. Danke für den außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt:)

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo passato in weekend nell'appartamento di Sara. Proprio perchè il brutto tempo non ci abbiamo permesso di vivere troppo i dintorni, ci siamo goduti l'appartamento come se fosse casa nostra. Tutto pulito, ordinato e fornito dei beni essenziali. La signora Romina ci ha accolto calorosamente e mostrato la casa, ci ha consigliato dove mangiare, dove andare a fare la spesa e dove parcheggiare per raggiungere il centro di Fano comodamente. Quando torneremo a Fano, sarà sicuramente qui.
