Ferienunterkünfte mit Seezugang in Mangochi

The house was one of the nicest we’ve seen. Very modern, comfortable and fully equipped. The staff were very helpful. The views and location right in the water was gorgeous. We really enjoyed relaxing at this property.

I had an amazing stay at David's Airbnb by the lake in Mangochi! The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. David was an excellent host—responsive, friendly, and always ready to help. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Mangochi.

Anwar was extremely responsive and flexible with us. He checked in the morning after we arrived and was attentive that we felt right at home. He even offer a late check out for us as no one was scheduled to come after. Although we had already planned to leave fairly early, the offer was a nice touch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have Lemani pick up some local items for us which he did in a very timely fashion. Edith was sweet and attentive to help. They were very respectful of our privacy but ready if and when they were needed. The place was clean and maintained fairly well for an older home and we found the location very private and peaceful The only thing I might mention is that we found it a tad aggressive to forbid pork. Although we did not personally have any in our food , I could see many guests unwittingly planning some meals ahead of time around that kind of meat. We do respect other people beliefs and dietary feeling but it felt somewhat overbearing.

Katherine was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The place was brilliant, great value for money and great location; we felt right at home. Kennedy and his crew (chef and house help) were exceptional! The food they cooked was amazing. They helped us to source fish fresh for dinner. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall, it was a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

We hebben een goed verblijf gehad in Sungeni Cottage. De gastheer was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het huis werd dagelijks schoongemaakt, we kregen schone handdoeken en de vaat werd gedaan. De tuin is erg mooi. Iedere ruimte heeft goed werkende airco. De veranda van foto 4 bestaat niet meer, daar ligt nu alleen een hoop beton. De ronde veranda aan het einde van de steiger en de loopbrug zijn ook niet sterk meer. Bij ons bevonden die zich trouwens niet boven zand (zoals op de foto), maar boven water. Maar dit heeft ons verblijf gelukkig niet minder prettig gemaakt. We hebben genoten!

Tive uma boa hospedagem, o anfitrião é super simpático e prestativo. Foi um bom lugar em vista do custo-benefício. Existe vários lodges ao redor com opções de Day Use com vista para o lago.
